I called Fred's Chimney Magic based on the excellent reviews on Angie's list. Their service was prompt, they came the same day I called. Mike and crew were terrific, I can't say enough about how wonderful they were. They were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and clean. There was a massive squirrels nest in the heat side of the chimney. It was evidently not an easy removal but they tried different methods and were able to remove it. I had a "family" of four squirrels that came down into the fireplace itself (literally!) Once they swept the chimney, installed the new damper and capped the chimney they humanely removed the squirrels from the fireplace and set them free (removal and release was important to me). I will be using them to put a new liner in next. I have already recommended them to other people. Overall excellent service! Thank you!

Replaced chimney tiles with a stainless steel liner. Replaced chimney cap and replaced pipe from hot water heater.

Mike and his crew we’re punctual. I had a new liner installed and the exterior portion of the chimney needed some pointing work they did a great job highly recommend . them. Very professional and clean.

They are very honest. The technicians came and saw that I don't really need any service. They did not charge me for the visit because they did not have to do anything.

Chimney and flu was a mess. They re-pointed all the brick, Added a flu extension and put a new concrete cap on the chimney. Took pictures for me so I could see what they did. Looked great. Would definitely recommend

The work went flawlessly. The chimney on my fathers house had been falling apart (i.e the top 3 levels of brick were disintegrating and ready to come down.) Tom,(lead on the job) was a true gentleman and a true pleasure to deal with. He is a man of respect, great work ethic, (that many people lack these days) knowledge and a helpful hand to let you know anything you ask. He was on-time to the estimate and to begin the work. Not only did Tom complete the work ahead of schedule. It came out looking remarkable! 1,000 times better than I had ever anticipated. Beyond that, the woman from the office were outstandingly helpful in scheduling an appointment for not only an estimate but to begin the work as well. They were extremely helpful in answering questions that i had forgotten to ask earlier. All in all this company shows not only utmost respect to their clients but they take great pride in their work and their buisness. Which makes them an absolute pleasure to work with.
