It went well but a few hiccups. Had to come back to re-attach hose to washing machine. Gave an estimate for more work on chimney that was not in original specs. , which was great. Impressive credentials and very nice workmen. Definitely would hire again for future work.

It was okay. They didn’t have the right tools in the truck so they wound up taping it up. It’s not bad, but it wasn’t the proper way. I'm not sure if I would yes them again.

It was simple and convenient to make an appointment for the gutter cleaning. The 2 man team showed up at the time scheduled, calling to let me know they were on their way. They did a thorough, professional job cleaning the gutters (I knew one was particularly blocked as there was vegetation growing in it) testing to make sure all were draining properly. Last couple of big rain storms we had here the gutters worked like new. While on the roof, the tech noticed the rotted top of my furnace chimney (which I have been meaning to get fixed for some time). He recommended having it fixed, and I agreed. He studied the chimney to determine the best method of repair, took all the measurements and told me they would call back with an estimate. The next day, they called back with the price, which based on some research I felt was a reasonable price. They set an appointment at a time convenient for me, and again arrived as scheduled, after confirming the day before with an approximate arrival time, calling when they were on the way. They did a very professional job fixing the chimney and putting on a chimney cap. I was quite happy with all the work done. They left the property in exactly the same condition as when they arrived. The 2-man team was very easy to work with, explaining what they were going to do. I will certainly use the company again in the fall!

I've used them two years in a row. It is very easy to set up an appointment. The company is definitely on top of things. They make sure that the customer is satisfied. The workers who came were always nice.

Gave me a good price. Initially price included taxes, but when I let them know that this was a capital improvement, they agreed that it was tax free. Filled up the form. Very pleased with the work they did. Punctual and professional. Cleaned up. They were great. I hired them because they had great reviews, and am pleased to add to it. Reviews matter. And their price is good.

Angie's List recommended a chimney sweep and it was Fred's Chimney Magic and we used them. They did a very good job. He was a very nice gentleman and they did a very good job. I believe the price was very good. My brother takes care of it but he does very good with the prices so I think the price would be very good. I absolutely will use them again in the future.

Justin came to clean the dryer. He noticed that there was a problem with the air flowing out of the house. He diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate. He explained everything to us and he was very knowledgeable. We got a new hose put on our dryer and the dryer is working perfectly.

It went very well. Setting up the appointment was easy, the workers were punctual and got right to work and were done in very little time. They cleaned the gutter, inspected it, and nailed back in some loose gutter spikes. They also advised that the gutter was in excellent condition but they did point out an area of the fascia/soffit where they recommended I hire a carpenter to repair some damaged/rotting wood and also explained that the roof shingles did not extend far enough (to overlap onto the gutter) which was most likely what was causing the wood damage, hence, they recommended I extend the shingles slightly as well. They also noticed spalling of the bricks on the chimney as well as efflorescence which they advise was indication that the original clay liner in the chimney was breaking down. They recommended installing a new stainless chimney liner. They took a good amount of time to explain to me all the ins and outs of chimney liners and left me with additional reading material. There were no high pressure sales or anything like that...they answered all my questions and just pointed out areas of concern...all this from a gutter cleaning. Bottomline: Very courteous, professional, respectful, and helpful. I highly recommend them.

They were very professional and timely

My gutters were cleaned and they were supposed to be inspected. Did not get an inspection, at least to my knowledge.

They were very punctual. Didn't offer to add anything on. It was great.

I have it cleaned out every year. They gave the same level of professionalism and the job went very well.

They arrived within the 12-2 pm window. The gutter cleaning went fine but after they left I noticed some debris left behind at the side of the house. I called the office to inform them. The men came back the next day to clean it up but it had already been washed away by the rain. I'm not sure if I will use them again because this was the second time I used them and there was a small problem the first time as well. That time they didn't put the hose that they used back in its place.

Since this was our first time having the gutters cleaned they had to clear out. The water flowed down freely from the roof after they finished.

What I needed done this company could not do, but they were very nice and I was pleased with them.
