Contacted me promptly and we made arrangements for service. Men arrived on time & did a great job cleaning out the vent. They also check out the chimney & recommended that I have a cap put on. Very satisfied.

Original plan was to clean out old vent, but when they saw how clogged it was we decided to replace the entire stack. Work was professional and crew got the job done without any problems.

Great service from start to finish. The appointment was set initially for an estimate. The chimney expert ( Mike) came to my house right on time, explained what needed to be done and a price. Mike could not have been more accommodating and knowledgeable. The next a lovely women called me from the office and made sure everything went smooth (wonderful customer service). I agreed to have the work performed on 7/30/2015. The day before the work was performed a courtesy call was also made. On 7/30 the men came right on time and were terrific, as well as super neat. The day after the work was performed I received another courtesy call. I highly recommend "Fred's Chimney Magic/JFT. I wish all companies were as honest and accommodating.

There were two repairmen: Matt and Justin. It was explained to me in detail what needed to be done. I was shown the materials to be used. The process went smooth and the cleanup was excellent. I was provided with an approximate time as to when the service should be repeated. Everything was professionally done. The additional expense was for the metal dryer pipe replacing the hose.

Excellent. Arrived on time, courteous, identified themselves, got to work ,and oh yeah, called to say the were on their way. Great experience. Then followed up with phone call to make sure I was satisfied.

Very satisfied with the service - very professional from the office staff (Rose) to the technicians (Tom and Eduardo). Called me promptly from original purchase call to setting up time for service to letting me know they were on their way and who to expect (Tom). Cleaning was very difficult as exterior venting was under an existing deck. Eduardo had to crawl under the deck and even then couldn't reach the vent. Eventually they had to remove some panels from the side of the deck to reach the vent. They cleaned out not only the lint from the cleaning but also the lint that had built up under the deck. They put the panels back on as well when they were through so no animals could get under the deck. When they were through Tom also did an quick inspection and provided some suggestions of other things I might want to do. Just as importantly, he told me what didn't need doing. I would definitely use "Fred's" again and would recommend him to others.

They were excellent. They were very, very good. They came exactly when I wanted them to come. They came on time. They called before they came. The service they did was what they were supposed to do. They did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite and very nice.

I bought the Angie's List Deal for a chimney cleaning. I scheduled the service on Angie's List. The company called the day before to confirm and then called again the day of the service when the truck was on it's way to my home. Two gentleman came. One cleaned my insert while the other went up on the roof to inspect my other masonry chimney. The house was built in 1906 and this is the original chimney which is no longer used. He gave me an estimate in order to cap it off and close it up so no rain or animals get in. The cleaning went well. The workers kept my house clean and I will use them again if and when need be.

Repaired holes in the sides of our chimney where birds had previously nested. They waited for birds to vacate and filled the holes and sealed cracks all along the chimney. They were very skilled and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.

The actual chimney cleaning was exactly as they said it was going to be. They identified and gave us estimates for other things that they thought needed to be done but were not overly aggressive about trying to get us to do it. The workers were quick and clean. They came within the scheduled time and was completed within the time they had suggested.

I don't think we were that satisfied.

They were prompt and courteous. They quickly got on our roof and cleaned the gutters with a blower. One guy installed the gutter guards while the other then cleaned the debris that fell from the gutter. They also inspected our chimney and dryer vent which was included in the deal. Overall, I was satisfied with their work.

Bought an Angie's Deal for $79.00 dryer vent cleaning. They were very responsive, getting back to me that night, and accommodated my first choice of appointment times. They showed up in the time frame that they said and did a good job cleaning all the lint out. Will consider them in the future for Chimney work.

JFT did a very good job. The price was fair. One of the repairs was not finished properly. Called them up and they promptly returned and fixed it. I had used them before and will keep them in mind for future work.

Two men took care of this service. The cover on the roof vent was clogged and was manually opened. The vent line down to the dryer on the first floor was vacuumed. I was advised to have return service in less than a year due to the clogging. The process was videoed by one service man and I asked to see the amount of lint removed. I will call the company back in March/April after winter. Right now the dryer is working well with a much shorter drying time. Thank you!
