Great, called for an estimate, it was very competitive, they were in my area and showed up an hour later. Very professional, very clean, and they were able to fix some missing cement around my flue, which is laying heat cement upside down. They did it on the spot and at a fair price, now I can enjoy my chimney for the season!

I called at 12pm and They came the day I called at 3pm! Tom was and his assistant (sorry can"t remember his name) were fantastic- very professional, quick and extremely tidy.

All went well - and we even received a follow up phone call.

The work was completed quickly. They suggested additional work to reline the chimney for approx $1500 and left an estimate.

We purchased a deal through Angie's List. After some confusion regarding coverage, Fred's Chimney Magic followed up to make sure the job was fully completed.

It went extremely well. The customer service staff, especially Janice, were extremely pleasant and courteous. Since our gutters are copper we needed to use a "bridge" or "step over" so that the ladder would not rest against the gutters. Janice called me ahead of the appt. to remind me to have the bridge available on the day of the cleaning. The two fellows that came to do the gutter cleaning were pleasant and knowledgeable and were careful not to damage our copper gutters. All in all it was a very pleasant experience with a job well done. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

It went well--they showed up on time and worked quickly. They did not leave a mess or try to up-sell us in anyway and let us know that our furnace chimney was new (we just bought the house) and therefore did not need cleaning--it would have been easy for them to say that it did need cleaning and make the extra sale, so I appreciated their honesty.
