Description of Work: checked dryer vent on roof. told me 89,00 for a vent cap but when finished told me i needed 3 vent caps when i thought i needed 1 since he did not say i might need more. offered to take vent caps off, but i said no gave me packet to read of many horrible things that they could prevent from happening in my home. did not like sales tactic.

Description of Work: The provider repaired my crumbling chimney in a timely and professional manner. They explained what needed to be done, and worked swiftly to complete the job.

Description of Work: I purchased the gutter cleaning and chimney inspection online. The company was quick to follow up by telephone. They arrived promptly and did a wonderful and thorough job. The workers were very polite. They confirmed that the chimney had not been done in a long time. They confirmed that the last people who cleaned my gutters did not do a good job because there was a lot that needed to be cleaned. They alerted me that I should get a chimney cap. They also followed up with a telephone call about that and offered discount options. I would use this company again and would refer them to others. I referred them to a friend and they were also very happy with them.

Description of Work: They were VERY responsive to Angie's list deal purchase. Contacted me nearly immediately and scheduled service. They were punctual and neat. Very satisfied. But was a little disappointed that a friend I referred did not have the same level of responsiveness.

Description of Work: He turned the dryer on then went outside and with a ladder(our dryer is on second floor)climbed up and removed the outside grill and inserted some type of cleaning device. I did not go outside, but from what I could hear. he inserted some type of vacuuming tool which he maneuvered inside the dryer exhaust coil until it came to the inside of the dryer. All the while I could hear the vacuum running and the tubing being maneuvered inside the dryer exhaust. The dryer dries clothes faster again and I can see that this probably will become a yearly service.

Description of Work: I purchased a $59 Big Deal for a Chimney Sweep and Full Inspection. They offered a suggestion that I get a top up there which I knew I needed so I also bought a chimney cap from them as well.

Description of Work: Repaired and re-pointed my chimney, Installed a new piece of flu at the top to support a new spring loaded damper. After they were done they sprayed a water proofing Liquid over the entire chimney. The men were friendly and kept a neat workplace, above all they did a very nice job.

This firm was profesional and courteous as well as rasonable in the repair costs
