Description of Work: I called them for a cleanup of my chimney. We have a wood burning stove that we use to heat the house. They told me they have experience with woodburning stoves. They were prompt and professional. However when we went to fire up the stove we had a smokey mess! When my husband inspected he found that they had not removed a piece that needed to be removed to get all the spot and debris out. He wound up doing it. I called them to complain and got s prompt response and a full refund. They were courteous. My feeling is that they are used to cleaning fireplace chimneys.

We clean woodburning stoves for 37 years. They claimed that we did not do it correctly and we wanted to immediately send our tech back the next day . She told me that her husband took care of it. To keep our customers happy we gave them back their $59. We just took her word for it but we won't do that again. Even after we refunded the money we were not unable to see what we did wrong. Maybe some one didn't open the damper properly?
