Description of Work: Used them twice, and I am forever getting phone calls from them. Every two-three weeks on my cell phone while im at work. Ive asked them to stop, but it doesnt. Finally I told them I took down my chimeny and blocked thier number. | |The thing is, they do a GREAT job. Very clean and knowledgable. I will deffinatly use them again.

Description of Work: He came and fixed the issue properly. Had all materials in the truck that was needed to clean out my very old and linty dryer vent. He was honest and pleasant. My dryer is working like new.

Description of Work: 1st visit was a chimney cleaning, pieces of the lining were crumbling and falling in chunks. After they were finished the area was looking spotless. They returned to install a stainless liner and replaced parts that were not included in the estimate without any extra charge. I was very pleased with the professional job done.

Description of Work: I don't recall the actual date of this service. They supposedly cleaned out the chimney with a shop vac and tried to up sell me on everything under the SUN and I had so many violations etc. |Was the job really done. I have no idea. |It was a groupon and should have known better. |All of the propaganda on his website led you to believe they were honest and reliable. |I received one follow up call and told them I wasn't interested never herd from them again. Well if I was in violation why didn't they really try to convince me and say if I paid cash they would do better. (RED FLAG) |Sorry Fred |

Description of Work: They were prompt and polite, but could not rationally explain the very expensive repair they said I needed. I got two other opinions, neither of which confirmed the Chimney Magic's view. Also, they left cigarette butts in my driveway.

Description of Work: I bought the dryer vent service but he did a quick look and said there was nothing to do so I could use the credit for a chimney cap. He explained the options and cost and then we rescheduled for another time when they could do the cement work. He took pictures of the chimney to show what the condition was before and then did the work. They did a great job with the chimney cap.
