It was great. It was kind of slow. They did not get much done at the time they were here. They were good. What they did, they did well. They were on time. They came in and they did what they were supposed to do. I used them one time.

They sent two people to clean. They asked detailed questions on what I wanted done. Most of the cleaning was done very well but the hearth wasn't cleaned in the living room and I found a shoe under a chair in the living room. Their price was high but I would use them again.

The two women arrived promptly and were friendly and gracious as well as highly efficient and thorough. I have used this service before and have never been disappointed in their work. I will certainly use them again!

The cleaning was fine. I wanted to have them come back. For some reason I could not get them to come back here as a regular cleaner because I need someone every week. Anyway, I could not get somebody to call me back. Finally somebody did call me back and she said they would set me up and would give me a call when it would be. I did not hear back from that and just gave up. They are really hard to get hold of. I don't know if they just got in business and only had limited staff or what the deal was with them, but there is never anybody to answer the phone, you always have to get a phone call back. That kind of thing, when you are doing this stuff, you normally have somebody answer the phone, at least. They are not very usable because their system wasn't set up. So I figured they were new and did not have the staff to take care of the things they were supposed to.

called and showed up 1 hour early.very disappointed with the quality of cleaning.I told them the number one priority were the floors in kitchen and bath room. after washing the kitchen floor there were many small black spots,. i inquired about them, the older lady who was in charge said she could not get them out. i later took a couple out with my finger nails. obviously just vaucuumed and washed over with no effort to scrub the spots.I asked for the counter tops to be cleaned. they cleaned only the counter top near the burners. They did not clean the counters around the kitchen sink at all , neither the kitchen sink was cleaned. I did not provide a list of priorities as requested but i suspect they only use that as a excuse if they miss something anyway. after all if they are professionals would they not know as its common sense. i and my mother are disabled and really needed their help. very disappointed.

I don't have anything other EXCELLENT JOB, USE THEM!

I bought a big deal for this service. I needed cleaning right away. They were good. The house really needed to be cleaned so they did a great job. The price was right.

It went really well. I did have a reaction to the chemicals they used and I thought they used green products. They do clean well though. They were nice, efficient and friendly. I would trust to leave them in my home if I wasn't there. They were so respectful. I was told only two employees would provide service but a third employee came as well.

It was fine. It just wasn't what I was looking for. I was probably looking for like general cleaning in general and so they were very detailed and they didn't get done what I wanted to get done in the time that was allotted. It was only the $77. That was only for a certain number of time. They had two people here for 2 hours. They came within a week or two. They did a good job cleaning, it just wasn't necessarily what I was looking for. They were fine. They got back really fast. I was looking for much more general house cleaning one and the entire time they spent here was essentially focused on like one bathroom and a little bit of some of the kitchen. I have somebody who comes here regularly for me now and in the same hours does the entire house.

Kathy & Maggie were very nice, yet very professional. Told them what needed to be done and it was. When I came home, every room was spotless and smelled so clean. Everthing was put back into their proper place, towels folded nicely.

Tackled a very large job with enthusiasm and professionalism. Used appropriate products [and specialized products on request] to clean a wide variety of surfaces, including tile, hardwood, vinyl and plaster [some walls and ceilings]. Brought a large crew of very hard-working ladies, which was definitely needed for this job. Got the job done on time and within the schedule, which enabled the rest of the turnover to go smoothly. Second year using this company and would use them again. Price a little higher than last year for some reason, but it is a large property.

3 years ago after a house fire and car accident back to back, we needed help keeping everything cleaned up on a weekly basis while my family stayed with my mother in a small apartment. Two ladies cleaned thoroughly for 2-3 hours p/wk. Very good..we've recently moved and was looking to get help and remembered that it was Magic Assistants who were so thorough all those years ago, I'm re-booking and hope their as good as they were then!

Went very well . Both women were professional and I was satisfied with the experience. I would use them again.

These two ladies were very polite and friendly and worked well together. Kudos to them and the company. All was accomplished which was on the to do list.

Hit or miss service, used them a year ago and was unimpressed, they left cleaning residue on the floor and didn't get the little corners and details, it was a very superficial cleaning. We hired them again as we needed quick help, and this time we were very impressed. The two that came did an excellent job and got all the small details perfect. So we hired them again a couple weeks later and again got marginal service... Seems the different employees have different standards. They used the same microfiber cloth for several floors and ended up just spreading the dirt around, we went behind them and it took several clean stiffer pads to get the floor clean... overall I don't think I'd hire them again

Very well. I have two dogs, and they were very accommodating.

superficial cleaning. not what I expected

They were on time did an excellent job two people for two hours. Did all the floors 2 bathrooms. The fingerprints on the appliances gone. They even folded our bed spread in a nice pattern. They really rock. Great job. Nice people. Hre them and tip them well they work hard..

The overall cleaning was fair. The way the laminate floors in our family room and dining room were cleaned, left streaks and lines of dirt. I was not impressed with this aspect- the floors were the main area of focus. The conversations the ladies had while working was a bit inappropriate- they spoke about another co-worker and client. The ladies were over an hour late they did call to say they were running behind schedule, but it threw off plans that we had for the day.

What really made me happy is that they did a fantastic job vacuuming the stairs. They are difficult to get all the corners and edges and they did a better job than I do.

Excellent attention to detail and the house sparkles when they finish. They have been pleasant, efficient and courteous. They have met my high standards for cleaning.

They were professional, and courteous. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them and are considering using them for ongoing service.

The young women were polite, listened to what I needed to have done and went to work efficiently. The Bathroom was clean from top to bottom with no soap scum left in the tub or sink. They did a good job vacuuming taking care to clear cat hair from upholstered furniture. There was time remaining to mop the front hall floor which has taken a beating this last winter. They were chatty and I need to remember to not distract them from their work as they held to the 2 hours exactly. My cats were a distraction. I am considering having them come once a month and do a deep clean on one room each month. The coupon price was good, but not sure about paying their regular price.
