When I arrived home everything looked great and the one cleaner explained how hard they worked... and presented me with a bill that was quite shocking. Regardless, I knew my house was dirty, and I felt guilty, so I gave what I considered a large tip. After the cleaning crew left and I started walking around my house, I noticed more than a few things that were very disappointing... The walls were not cleaned at all. There were visible cobwebs that were still there. None of the corners in the house were cleaned - the dirt from sweeping was still there. All of the surfaces that hold books or vases or knick-knacks were not dusted properly - they just dusted around things without moving them. The doors were not cleaned so they were still full of fingerprints. The fridge doors and handles were not touched and still dirty. I could go on, but suffice to say that I was not at all impressed. I have no problem paying for services if I get the services I need, but in this case I felt like it was highway robbery.

I am interested in pursuing a long-term agreement with this company. Their regular price is $7 more than what I currently pay with another maid service, but I was thoroughly impressed with the team's straightening services, which really make a difference in the overall look when they are done cleaning. They offered to change towels and bedding, as well as wash dishes, which not every company will do. They could have paid a little more attention to detail in high dusting, but they admitted they would have liked to go into greater detail over the course of one more hour -- except that the promotion was for 4 hours of cleaning, which I totally understand. I was impressed by how much they accomplished in a short amount of time. The house smelled really good when they left. I like that they called me to ask if they could come a little early.

The two women arrived on time. did a fantastic job. I was satisfied. Would recommend Magic Assistants to anyone.

Two women came to the house and did a professional job of general house cleaning.

I was getting my house ready to sell and so wanted it extra clean, so I wanted four hours of cleaning. I guess I should have read some fine print or something, but I got two women cleaning for two hours. That wasn't enough time to get my whole house done. They left dust in the corners and I would say just did an average job. As I said, it wasn't enough time to get the whole house done so we ended up having to do more cleaning anyway. It just wasn't a great deal.

They did very well and finished within the allowed time.

Great service, would use again.

The ladies who cleaned the house did a nice job. Unfortunately, I had them come back a couple of months later and wasn't as satisfied with the job they did.

I am a cancer survivor still on the path to recovery. I've lost a lot of physical strength, but my mind still works (mostly) and I am very grateful for the fantastic work these folks do! ? I love the team that has been cleaning with me! Especially Jolene! She listens well, is detail oriented, professional and works hard! ? I always have a long list. ?They help me prioritize and they do as much as they can within the time allotted while being very flexible and sweet. They even put up with me when I work along side them, as I'm able. I requested they come one day just to help me and my young daughter purge and organize her room. ?I was prepared with containers and trash bags and we accomplished a tremendous amount in a very short time. I can't ?wait to have them come back!

The cleaning was fine, however I thought they should have been able to get more done in the allotted time. Instead of 2 people working in the same room, they should have divided up and been able to complete more. I have used another service and had an idea of what could be completed in 2 hours by 2 people.

It wasn't the greatest. They broke a mirror. It wasn't the worst but it wasn't the best. They could be a little more thorough and a little more careful. They're very nice. They were here on time.

For the work they had done, the quality is great. For the work they had not finished, I cannot comment on. While they were cleaning my house, all of the three girls wore their big boots/shoes without taking them off. I may be a little paranoid but I think this is not very profession especially your job is to make the house clean. Well, I try to be objective. The overall quality of work is still great.

Desirae and Jo arrived on time and prepared to complete the job. This was my first time with a cleaning service and their professionalism put me at ease. These ladies cleaned things I didn't know needed cleaning and I couldn't be happier! They also let me know what type of jobs they would be able to complete in my house and recommended a cleaner for my hardwood, I was very happy and impressed. Before they left I scheduled them to come back again. Pricing seemed fair, this was the $77 promotion and my next appointment will be for $96-$112 depending on what I want done.

They did a good job cleaning and were very nice. They were punctual. The overall B rating is only due to the fact that it wasn't like the ladies were expert cleaners. Just 3 young girls, who did as well as I would have, no better, no worse.

They do a great job. Always punctual, clean the areas that I ask them to focus on and are very professional. Would recommend them to anyone and use them again!

It was fine. It was not because necessarily that they were...I just have another service that I like better from Angie's List. What they did , they did well, but they missed a couple of things.

Magic Assistants are amazing! I was a bit nervous about hiring a cleaning company as I'd never done it before, but the coupon was a fantastic deal I took the plunge. I'm never looking back! The amount these wizards cleaned in 4 hours astonished me and I plan to hire them on a regular basis. I'll finally get my weekends back!

The price was good, but she wasn't happy with the quality. They weren't very efficient with the four hours they had.

I bought a deal for 4 hours of housecleaning. I wanted a deep cleaning of my kitchen focusing on my kitchen cupboards because I was putting my home on the market. They sent 2 girls for 2 hours to do the work and I was busy doing other tasks around the house I told the girls if there was a problem or if they needed anything to let me know. at the end of the time they told me that they were done and that the grease did not want to come off of the cupboards so they cleaned the rest of the kitchen instead. This was not even done well I moved my canisters and the counters were dirty behind them. I called the owner to let her know what had happened and she was very upset to hear this. She made another appointment to send others out to the house but that took another week. The new girls did an excellent job. I appreciated the fast response of the owner to correct the problem but it was an inconvenience. All of the staff who came were quite young, but the second pair to come did do a nice job.
