Description of Work: I hired Magic Assistants to clean my mothers house. Two cleaners worked and scrubbed from the moment they came into to the house non stop until they were finished. They did an excellent job, were very polite and considerate. I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: The ladies arrived on time and were very friendly but they said that they couldn't get the soap scum mark off under the soap dish on the shower and I requested that the walls be wiped down. When they left I used my regular cleaner to finish the shower and then had to wipe down knee of the walls that they failed to do. It also looked like they just used water to clean things. Wasn't too impressed.

Description of Work: Streaked my linoleum floor in bathrooms & garage foyer. Used their products when I specifically told them to use mine. After third try with them I dismissed them. Owner called to inquire why I terminated her service. Reviewed in detail my displeasure. Owner graciously apologized stating the service I received was not acceptable for her business. Owner refunded my money for the 2 very unsatisfactory days.

Description of Work: Cleaned 3 bathrooms and the kitchen in 4 hours (2 people for 2 hours). They were professional and worked the entire time cleaning. They did a pretty good job. Some stuff could have been cleaner (the last bathroom they worked on), but I'm sure that was time related. Would hire again, but too expensive to have clean on weekly or monthly basis.

Description of Work: they arrived late, spent the 1st 5mins petting the dog. Did not finish the requested cleaning before they left right on time.

Description of Work: I love these guys! They come every month to clean my office space and they do a fantastic job. For the price I'm paying and the work they do, I feel like I'm getting a deal every time they leave. Highly recommend for commercial cleaning - although I'm sure they do great job on the residential as well.

Description of Work: We had 2 Assistants. They were very professional, arrived promptly, sized up what needed to be done and set to work with enthusiasm. They worked very well as a team, and did a thorough job, including dusting the tops of the windows and doorsills. |When they got started, they found that their vacuum cleaner was not working properly, and opened it up to tighten the belt. The belt turned out to be broken. They did not have a replacement belt with them, but it was clear that if they did have, they would have known how to replace it. They used our vacuum instead, and assured us that if it was not satisfactory they would reschedule and return another time. They would also make sure that they had spare belts in the future. I felt they were being very responsible and that they must have good communication with the owner.

Description of Work: Thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and cabinets that had been caked in grease and oil from the previous owners. Answered what little questions I had with helpful information. Very professional and friendly.

Description of Work: Two professional, friendly and just wonderful women came to the house, spent two hours cleaning and can I say - WOW they clean things I don't even think to clean! Exceptional job and they do not try and stretch out the time - they get right to work and work hard for the entire two hours! Love them and will use and refer them again and again!
