We diligently try to explain to all that purchase a promotional voucher that they are time pending; for 4 man hours (a team of 2 for 2 hours). We were only able to complete the upstairs during your first visit and then offered you a re-booking special to try and complete the rest of the home which was also timed. Unfortunately you were looking for a move out cleaning in order to put the home on the market. Once we completed your "timed" cleanings we offered you to look around, which you did and said to the girls that everything was great and even tipped them. The only thing that we weren't able to complete was a detailed cleaning in the kitchen but again this was due to timing. You mentioned you would call back for a more detailed (thorough) cleaning as we mentioned that detailed cleanings consist of a larger team and are set as an un-timed project. Please feel free to call the office so that we may go over any concerns or issues you may have. Thank you Magic Assistants

Thank you for providing feedback; promotional vouchers are time pending (4 man hours). A team of 2 for 2 hours totaling 4 man hours cared for your home which included a supervisor (2 adult women in their 40's). A home of your size 4 beds, 4 baths, over 3700 sq ft requires much more time and man power than what a limited voucher can offer. It was mentioned during your cleaning appointment that if you preferred to reschedule we recommended a team of 3 at an untimed appointment in order to care for the entire home in a detailed fashion. Upon finishing up your wife complimented our techniques on cleaning all of the mirrors and glass shower doors as she was unable to achieve a streak-free shine. You also indicated that the cleaning took place in March, the cleaning we provided was done in February we do hope this was not a mix up in companies. Description of Work: the owner Tammy is very cordial and professional. Where we had a problem, was with one of her cleaners. She did some damage in our home, and hid broken knick-nacks from us. What she couldn't hide, was the protective covering over a stainless-steel fridge. In attempting to clean it, she stripped half the plastic coating off, exposing the metal to scratches

Thank you for taking the time to hoist your concerns, I assure you that we work as diligently as possible to ensure a satisfied cleaning while taking great care within a home. The coating on the refrigerator was actually the plastic protective wrap that comes with new appliances and are generally removed by the purchaser. While cleaning debris from the refrigerator it started to peel slightly. However the girls were under the impression when they informed you of this that you knew the protective plastic wrap was to be removed. We are unaware of a broken nick-knack but if you feel this was done during your cleaning appointment please feel free to contact Tammy directly and she will be more than happy to provide assistance to you. As always your happiness is truly important to us and we can not change what we do not know. Please do call the office so that we may rectify any concerns you have.

Description of Work: My house was spectacular! They were extremely professional and spent hours on the 3 bathrooms alone. I keep a clean house, but they made it look like no one ever resided there. I had them come back again and since they had already been at my home once, it was ver clean and they were able to clean my kitchen and family room too! I would love to use them again, but the normal price was a little expensive for my budget.
