Description of Work: I gave this to my mom as a gift to clean her 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1000 square foot house. In the time they were there, the two people spent almost the entire time in her (very small) bathroom. They did not do the floors, one of the bedrooms, and if she hadn't insisted, they would have walked out without cleaning the kitchen. She has absolutely no idea what they did the entire time. On the positive, they were very polite and punctual. But overall, a total waste of money.

A promotional voucher of 4 man hours was purchased for the home (a team of 2 for 2 hours) however, the girls stayed for 3.08 hours (totaling 6.16 man hours) the additional time being free of charge as the girls were unable to get your mother to understand that the voucher was time pending and we can only complete what is possible within that time frame. As a courtesy they used their best judgement to try to ensure your mothers happiness. Bathrooms always tend to take the longest as they are detailed from corner to corner and many times require small brushes to get into things and areas that are hard to reach. We always work in teams of 2 throughout the rooms as this is how the girls are trained (1 scrubs down the tub or shower, 1 scrubs down the commode and vanity area, etc). Many times clients themselves do not realize the small things that are in need of cleaning which takes time to care for (scrubbing baseboards, staining on floors, window sills, soap scum, mold build up, woodwork) the more informed we are of expectations the more successful the outcome (detailed cleaning, standard cleaning) as we are then able to suggest the likelihood of what can be accomplished during the "timed" promotional vouchers. We apologize that we were unable to secure your mothers happiness but do wish you the most joyful holiday/winter season coming up. Sincerely, Magic Assistants

Description of Work: Hired to clean 3-4 rooms of a big house. First visit went ok, but the rest of the approximately 6 visits were increasingly disappointing--the ladies left their coffee cups in rooms they were to clean, rugs left rolled up, nothing moved when dusting, no furniture moved to sweep or vacuum, etc. They were not cnsistent in when they came or how long they stayed. All in all, not a good experience.

We apologize for displeasing you in anyway, the girls did bring to our attention that they accidentally left a Tim Hortons cup behind which is very uncharacteristic us. Please do know as previously discussed in person though that bathroom mats and small area rugs are left rolled up and placed outside the door way of the rooms in order to avoid mats/areas rugs sticking to the floors when drying. We assure you kitchen chairs, ottoman, and smaller items were moved in order to vacuum/mop. Unfortunately we are unable to move large pieces of furniture. We always insist that a client bring any concerns to our attention so that we may fix any issues that arise; but when asked a few times (are you happy is there anything else we may do) your response was always, no all set. We highly encourage our clients feedback as we can not change what we do not know and learning your likes and dislikes are paramount to a successful cleaning as each home and client is different. Description of Work: Workers were clean and professional looking. They didn't spend time on their phones, didn't smell like smoke, didn't leave cigarette butts in my driveway, weren't covered with tattoos and body piercings, Etc...... They did a very good job. I was very pleased with this company. I've hired them again.

Our goal is to provide services requested by the client. As your home is quite large (5,711 sq ft, 6 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms) a smaller team of 2 would not suffice for a home of your nature. It was mentioned to one of our employees that you wanted to work within a budget; should you choose recurring services. In order to help maintain this budget we sent in a team of 5 so-as to complete the entire home. Which of course would allow for recurring appointments to be more time maintained and thus work within the budget you preferred. This team of 5 of course would show new faces. However at each appointment (as there was only 3) the team member you had at your first appointment was scheduled at each one thereafter. As we inform all clients that they will always have at least 1 of their partners at every visit. We are a bit confused at the mentioning of canceling as this was not on our part, you called to cancel/skip/reschedule a few appointments. If there is any confusion please do feel free to call the office and we would be happy to discuss any concerns or issues you may of had. Thank you Magic Assistants.
