We typically book approx 2.5-3 weeks in advance with some opening's in-between, as long as time frame is not of particular concern. We see that you purchased your promotional voucher on the 25th of August but was hoping to be scheduled in for the 26th or 30th of August. Description of Work: I took advantage of an Angie's List special deal to try this housecleaning service. Two young women came on the scheduled day. They were actually able to come earlier than scheduled (they called first). They were polite, pleasant, and professional. The deal was for a fixed amount of labor hours, so they weren't able to clean the whole house. But they did an excellent, thorough job on the part they did clean. Or, to put it another way, it was WAY cleaner than when I do it. As a result, I've scheduled with the service for them to come every two weeks to clean. I'm thrilled to have them to it, and delighted with the work they do. I've recommended the service to several friends.

Description of Work: They girls did a good job - but several of them came and went - about 7 in total. Tt started with 2 girls - then 3 came - 1 left - another 2 came it was a bit weird. HOnestly, I can't remember - there was so much coming and going. At one point 3 girls were cleaning one bathroom, as opposed to someone cleaning another area. They were all kind and professional - I'm just use to a more consistent streamline cleaning process. It was also a bit expensive. Plus how many people do I tip then?

Yes this is definitely not our standard practice, and we apologize for the confusion. Typically speaking Angie Promo's as they are for 4 man hours; receive a team of 2 for 2 hours. However since you wanted a detailed cleaning utilizing the promo for the beginning amount of time we sent in a team of 3. Unfortunately one of our girls had to [Member Information Removed] due to a family emergency. In [Member Information Removed] to accommodate her leaving we sent over another team of 2 to ensure that we could complete your services and not short you man power due to one of the girls leaving. While we [Member Information Removed] certainly [Member Information Removed] this could create some confusion, we assure you it was for your benefit.
