I left a message when I first called and they called me right back. I inquired about pricing what they do and how they work. The office girl was polite and explained everything to me in detail. I was told that I could purchase a standard cleaning package or that I could leave a to do list for them to take care of. Since I did not know what to expect I purchased the standard cleaning package and I am thrilled that I did. I'm a single mother that works full time and raising 2 children nevertheless time can get away from me and the added help is a blessing. They were referred to me by a coworker who I know is very particular so I figured if they can satisfy her then surely my home should not pose a problem. I then received a phone call asking if I would comment on their company on angies list. I told her that I would be more than happy to recommend their company to others. I have another appointment scheduled for the week of Thanksgiving and will be scheduling more appointments in the near future. Thank you

They did a lousy job the first time. They didn’t even empty a wastebasket. They came back and redid it for nothing.

We have used Magic Assistants to provide housecleaning services on three occasions over the past year. In the first two instances, we were simply looking for some help rounding out what was already a reasonably neat household. Most recently, however, we had them out to do a deep clean of our household after a long period of relative neglect owing to the addition of a baby to the household. In every case, the crews were nice, polite, professional, and hard-working. In the latest case, they arrived about an hour earlier than scheduled (hence the downgraded punctuality grade; better early than late, however). They got right to work and did an excellent job. By the time they were finished, everything sparkled and it was almost hard to believe that it was the same dwelling they'd entered. I would absolutely recommend Magic Assistants to anyone looking for housecleaning services. We will be using them regularly to help us keep our home clean.

Great job. The cleaning was very well done and a check off list was provided of the work that was done. The ladies doing the cleaning were friendly and respectful. I have had a couple different companies in to clean and this company was the best I have had. I just wish the Price was more reasonable for a full house cleaning. Very reliable as far as response to any questions and concerns. On-time and dependable.

Next day call back even though it was on a weekend. Ladies were prompt, made friends with cat and worked continuously, without a lot of personal chit-chat. They did a good job and have already confirmed a return visit time, as promised. I did not hesitate to have them return and feel like a great weight has been lifted and I can now enjoy my home and concentrate on other things.

They arrived on time and came prepared with trays containing their household cleaners. They had their vacuum cleaners etc.The two young ladies introduced themselves and asked if I had a list of desired services. They then started upstairs with the bathrooms and bedrooms and worked their way down. I loved the fact that they vacuumed each of the stairs real good.I went upstairs after they were finished so they could work on the first floor and first floor bathrooms. They cleaned the Patio Glass Door really good. They vacuumed, cleaned counter tops, dusted, and lastly, mopped.

I have been using them for about two months. I have been very happy with their work.

She and her crew were thorough, quick, cheerful, and easy to work with (even though the grime was pretty thick). By the time they were done, my house sparkled beautifully and was ready to put on the market - it sold two days later for more than I expected. Thank you!!

I found them through Angie's List and have been using them for about 3 months. I like them; they are very good on their job. Their pricing is a little more than normal but it is worth the price.

It cost $60 an hour for three people. They were very positive, upbeat, very professional and well-boundaried.

Pleasant experience overall. Very prompt and professional. We started two months ago when they came to our house for a walk-thru and inspection and we detailed our expectations and their cost. Once we agreed to terms they began cleaning the following week. They are not the cheapest cleaners available but we have used cheaper before and the quality is not the same. We have 3 children and two dogs so cleaning our house can be challenging and they are the best that we have found so far and continue to use them.

Magic Assistants did such a great job on our condo, my fiancee wants them to come clean and organize his office. Although I would recommend them highly, their regular price is more expensive than I'm willing to pay for cleaning a 2 bedroom condo.

I asked them to move a number of boxes from our office to the stone basement. They did it quickly, within the price that they estimated, and in a professional and friendly manner.
