Magic Assistants

Two very polite women arrived on time to do some general housecleaning. Since I have a large residence, I did not have an expectation that they would be able to completely clean my house but they were fast and quite through in the rooms they were able to get to during the time allocated. Perhaps I missed the fine print that the 4 hours meant 2 people for 2 hours - perhaps this detail could be made clear in the write-up.

I purchased this on Angie's list deals. Magic Assistance contacted me as promised and made an appointment for them to come out on one of the days I had available. 2 girls came out, started in the upstairs in-law apartment which needed cleaning BADLY, my 26 yr old son lives there and is not a great cleaner. They cleaned upstairs and worked their way down to the first floor where we live. Time was running out, only had about 45 min left and they still managed to get my place cleaned. GREAT JOB LADIES!!

Magic Assistants were absolutely a great investment. I had never had a cleaning service and was nervous, From the beginning they were punctual and polite. I got an e mail immediately and they were able to come on the date I needed. There was quite a bit of wood to polish and the bathrooms were in need of a good clean. I am very pleased and will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors. Thank You !!

I bought a deal for 4 hours of housecleaning through Angie's list for $69. The owner immediately contacted me to schedule the cleaning, and was able to accomodate the date I requested. This was our first time hiring a professional house cleaning service and they did a great job! My 2.5 baths were deep cleaned, as was the kitchen, including the inside of my 12 year old microwave (which now looks brand new). They also vacummed and dusted our master bedroom, hall and stairs. Our kitchen floor and hardwood dining room floors and entryway were also cleaned. The cleaners brought their own supplies including a vacuum, and took out the garbage on their way out of the door. I usually clean the house myself, but will definitely consider hiring Magic Assistants again as a special treat in the future.

Cleaned the entire house. Thorough, hardworking, and very professional. Had it not been for this offer I would not have known about them. I will definitely have them back.

Cleaners arrived on time, were pleasant, friendly, and efficient and completed every item on the list (and some extras!) quickly and perfectly. I am delighted and will continue to use this cleaning service. My house shines!

Great job. The women clearly have their hearts into their work and also speak very highly about the owner and her passion! You don't hear that every day. It is a true testament to the management of this company.

The ladies arrived on time and immediately started working as quietly as little mice. Before I knew it they were finished. My kitchen never looked so good...they even cleaned the crumbs out of my toaster! I will definitely have them back and wonder why I didn't get them sooner!

We purchased a new home and wanted to have it cleaned top to bottom before we started moving in so it was one less thing for us to do in the process. They cleaned the whole house, including vacuuming up the spider webs in the basement. There were some vinyl inserts in the drawers that weren't lifted up so when I got there and moved them, I found quite a bit of dirt beneath them. I called them to ask about this as I was disappointed that they didn't remove them and completely clean the drawers. They apologized and immediately made arrangements to come back and take care of it. I was very pleased with the service.

The staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They asked what needed to be done and completed all the tasks required.

Oh my goodness, what didn't they do! Our kitchen was remodeled and to say the whole house was affected is an understatement. I swear my family thought that since it was already messy, they could just add to it! Tej (sp), Delia, and Miranda came in and did some serious cleaning. My mom found a few places they missed but she would do the same if I cleaned it. Tammy was very pleasant and very accommodating. I am very grateful and very happy! Thanks to all!

Great job very professional

Three weeks ago, my husband decided it was the right time to sell our home. We built this home 25 years ago and have accumulated a lot. ?I knew we needed help cleaning ((after we spent 2 weeks clearing out "stuff"and getting the house ready for the realtor's photographer. ?I checked Angie's List and found the perfect company. After explaining our predicament with getting everything done in just a few more days, I was told not to worry. THEY FIT US IN AT 6:30 PM!!! ?At exactly that time the cavalry arrived. Six women, all smiles and enthusiastic about getting started. Second floor, cleaned and staged. ?First floor, cleaned and staged. ?Basement, cleaned and staged. ?They rearranged decorative items, rolled towels, switched around anything needed to make it look better for pictures and video. ?They all got along so well and were wonderful with us. I'll be telling all my friends about them for their cleaning needs. I can't stress enough what a weight was lifted from my shoulders knowing everything looks great.? THANK YOU MAGIC ASSISTANTS!

This company is excellent. Kathy and Brittany were the 2 "magic assistants" that came to my home to provide 3 hours of cleaning service. They respected my home, and were very thorough and efficient. My bathroom has never looked so clean! I look forward to having a continual service with this company and I will definitely be requesting Kathy and Brittany again!

So far so good. They send over the same two girls to the house so the continuity of the "team" helps both me and them in familiarity and efficiency. They were very flexible in setting up a time and were able to get me into their schedule quickly. Looking forward to having them around for a long time. Very happy with the service.

I called last-minute because I was having unexpected company and magic assisstants were extremely busy. Somehow they managed to send four girls the very same day that I called and were done in a short time. Not only was my house clean, but I was given free time to concentrate on the other chores that needed to be done. Thank you magic assisstants.

WOW! FANTASTIC! These girls are AMAZING! They are the hardest working trio I've ever met. They are pleasant, quick, and efficient. We thought it would take them 4 hours, they finished in 2.5 hours. So even though they charge a little more per hour than some, they finished early and did an outstanding job. So it was actually a bargain.? They moved a ton of stuff out of my basement and put it into my garage as I directed them to. When they left I looked in the garage, and all the stuff was neatly organized in the garage. I was so impressed. ?I will definitely be hiring them again. They are worth every penny!

I've been trying out a few cleaning services and these guys exceeded my expectations. Not only did they clean the whole house in two hours, they organized as they went! Messy shelves and tops of dressers were arranged neatly. Towels were refolded. Trash was emptied and they put fresh liners in the cans. These were all things other services didn't do. Very happy with the service.

Melissa and Angela arrived early, calling first to make sure it was okay that they come early. After some basic direction from me about where I wanted them to focus, they got right to it. They spent a lot of time on the bathrooms, cleaning in the corners. They even fixed my standing shower door, which had gotten a bit derailed. The appliances and cupboards are no longer grimy and the whole house smells lemony fresh. The cleaners were very fast and professional. I was very pleased with their services and will be calling them again.

I had a house that a tenant just vacated and I would be moving into. The two ladies who came to clean were on time, very professional and got to work immediately. They brought all their own equipment. They were quiet, just focusing on their job. Some areas were cleaned several times as the area needed it. When they were done, they went over some problem areas that I should be aware of. The house looked great when they were done and smelled wonderful! I've had other people clean in the past and this team was so much better than others I have used. I highly recommend them.

I hired them to do a standard cleaning of my home. I was truly impressed, they did extras that I did not expect. They wiped off window sills and got into corners and picked things up and dusted, not just around things. I was so impressed that I have signed up with them to clean every other week. The thought of not having to worry about detailed cleaning has freed me up to do more things with my children. Kudos to Magic Assistants I will recommend them to family and friends.

I was in a car accident 1 1/2 years ago and my neck and spine are still not that great so I needed some help getting my house back in order. I called Magic Assistants and received the answering machine. About an hour later a very pleasant young lady called me back I explained what i needed done and she set up an appt to come out and take a look around. She arrived as scheduled and gave me my estimate, she was very pleasant in person as well. I set my appt up for Monday of the following week. The young ladies arrived on time and did a excellent job. They did everything that was asked of them in a timely manner and didn't miss a thing. Everything was put back in its place and nothing got broke (I have alot of glass and ceramic items.) They finished within the time period stated and were very pleasant and professional when I spoke with them. I am a very picky person and I always say nobody can clean my house like me but these young ladies have proven me wrong. Hopefully I can get back to cleaning my house myself but if not I will definitely be call Magic Assistants again.
