Magic Assistants

Overall the work was passable. Not a deep cleaning, more of a swiffer and run sort of group. I'd hire them again in a pinch for party clean up, but not for real cleaning

Cleaned bathroom, dusting and vacuuming. The day that they were supposed to come out they didn't come so had to call company and they sent over a crew that they had to take off from another job. Broke a sentimental piece of jewelry of her mother's. Didn't do a very thourogh job. Sent over 2 people to do the cleaning. Angie's List had recommended them. Would not recommend to friends and family.

Did an exceptional job in only two hours. Vacuumed, dusted, cleaned bathrooms and kitchen, living room, etc. There was a finished basement and entire first floor of large ranch house.

The work was good. I was pleased with the service.

Started out pretty good but service deteriorated after several weeks. Three people were supposed to come but it was usually just two. They were supposed to clean for 1.5 hours but usually left early. Nothing was really cleaned at the end. Even the floors were filthy. I think they just sprayed air fresheners around and left. I feel bad for the women who actually work for Magic Assistants. I know they can't help being short handed and they are probably pretty stressed. Still I'd like to get what I am paying for.

The 2 workers were punctual, pleasant,answered all questions. Their work ethnic was superb. They were thorough, efficient and did not cut corners to clean. When I originally called to make an appointment Tammy Morshed (the company owner)explained everything in detail-2 cleaners for 4 hours total, the price, etc.etc. The entire experience went smoothly even though 3000 miles separate us. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a job well done.

They were very accommodating. We had some bad weather, and they had to reschedule it for a second cleaning, but everything went fine, there was no problem. They held to the cost of the big deal.

They were very efficient within the time frame although did not complete the task. Enjoyed their energy and professionalism. Will use them again!

Everything was fine. They did everything that I asked them to do. They sent 2 women out to do the job. The scheduling was okay and they arrived right on time. They were extremely responsive and they emailed me when I purchased the deal. They also contacted me to follow up after the work was completed.

The two women were very nice and very professional. However, I didn't feel that my house looked that much better, so I might continue to clean it myself.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was really disappointed with them. They were great about the scheduling because I messed up with that. In terms of the quality of the work they did, they spent way too much time organizing my daughter's dresser and not enough time doing things like cleaning the dining room floor. They ran out of time and didn't have time to do that. Things that I thought would have gotten done didn't get done. They spent a lot of time doing minuscule things. It was supposed to be for 4 hours of cleaning from top to bottom. They didn't vacuum my living room or dust anything. I do that when I clean so I thought it would be somebody doing the equivalent of what I do and it wasn't equal to that. It wasn't equal to me doing it myself. I had told them that my house was spread out and to focus on the downstairs and the only thing they needed to do on the upstairs was the bathroom. They spent a ridiculous amount of time upstairs. They didn't touch my living room or office area. They cleaned things but they didn't dust anything. I didn't pay any additional. The price was good and that's why I went with them. I would absolutely never use them again.

The three women that came were friendly, professional and very thorough! I plan on using magic assistants again. Thank you!

The girls were amazing. Not only were they friendly but they did an awesome job! They also loved my dogs which is huge with me! Living with two large dogs a house can get dirty fast but if you walked in right now you wouldn't know they lived here. Thanks again!

I just had a total kitchen renovation and was anxious to get my house back to being clean. I emailed a list of services I wanted done, the girls arrived right on time, they reviewed the list, and accomplished it all. They worked very diligently and did a wonderful job cleaning my home. I have already made a date to have them return this upcoming week.

They fit me in right after Thanksgiving. They are very professional. The 2 girls worked non stop for 3 hours. They were very sweet. Apologized several times for being late because they drove from Lewiston to Williamsville. They did an excellent job. I was only charged for 2 hours. I will use them again and again.

Wonderful experience! They did a great job. The "special" was very affordable at $69. Normal price would be $98.

My experience with Magic Assistants was very positive. They were able to schedule my cleaning during a busy holiday week. The team that came on the day of the cleaning was very friendly and professional. The work they did was excellent. I plan to use them again in the future.

I couldn't be happier with Magic Assistants! Tammy and Kathy did all they could to accommodate my schedule, they showed up on time, were very friendly and professional, and scrubbed my house top to bottom. They did all of the services that I requested in addition to the normal services they provide. Usually when I've attempted to use various house cleaning services, I am left unhappy, thinking I could have done a better job myself if I just set aside the time. I didn't feel that way this time. I think Tammy and Kathy did a great job. I will definitely refer them, and I will use them again (sooner than they think)!

Tammy and her crew arrived promptly. She is very professional. She accommodated changes I had to make in scheduling the service for me to get other work done in the home. They did an average to above average job on the cleaning. Although I grade them overall as B, it's really a B+. Although I said I would not use them again, there is no option for maybe I would use them. When I arrived after they were done, I found that the floors were still covered with 'construction' dust. ( I had quite a bit of work done in the house ... patching and repairing walls, reconfiguration of the laundry which involved drywall work, floor refinishing, and duct cleaning, so there was a lot of dust throughout the house.) I pointed out the problem to Tammy and she attended to it immediately. After moving and in the following weeks, I found a couple of other areas of the house that were missed, nothing major. Although Tammy said that I should contact her if I find any other concerns. For the price paid, I counted on them to get the job done right the first time. I don't have the time to call them and arrange for them to come back every time I open a medicine cabinet or a desk drawer or dust on walls that was missed. Any way, three weeks after I moved in, I'm still trying to unpack and sometimes, it's just easier to handle a minor problem myself. I'm dinging them on quality. Since I work in quality assurance and tend to pay attention to the details, I would suggest she consider having someone on her crew check on the quality of the work before they say they're done.
