 + -1 moreIt was pretty good but there were a few concerns and they were mainly from my 80 year old mother in law. And my concerns were not that much. They were very nice ,very prompt and responded to Emails and i was very pleased and I think they were professional.
Description of Work: The did four rooms and they were able to do two bathrooms, my mothers room and they were heading to the kitchen.

Description of Work: The two women sent from Magic Assistants were prompt, professional and friendly. They called to let me know they were on their way which I appreciate. They got right to work, and were very hard working the entire time they were there. They were able to accomplish most of the tasks, and after being there I will have a better understanding of time/chores. They were extremely pleasant to me and my 95 year-aunt whose house they were cleaning. Making my aunt feel comfortable was one of my big concerns and Tina and Jessica were great. I am so happy that I will be able to have these same two women on a regular basis as both my aunt and myself felt like we had known them for awhile even though it was our first time meeting them. I am a bit protective of my aunt LOL, and it is a wonderful feeling knowing her house will be taken care of and my aunt treated kindly by these two great women. Kudos to Tina and Jessica and your company. They came and cared for my aunt's home as family would. Thank you.

 + -1 moreI thought they would have gotten a bit further than they had. I got 2 people for 2 hours for a total of 4 hours of work. They did an adequate job. I wouldn't say terrific. They were very pleasant, they were very nice and they got to work very quickly. I spent $69.

Description of Work: Wow what an amazing job! They did everything I asked to be done and then some. I have had cleaning services before but mainly from companies that hire unskilled workers at minimum wage who either do not know how to clean or who milk out a cleaning job and most of the house gets untouched. Magic assistants took thier time, knew how to clean and really made everything they cleaned sparkle. I was very impressed.

 + 0 moreThey cleaned, hauled trash, set up a garage sale and called other providers to help. All went very well. I could not ask for more. They came on 3 separate days because there was so much work to be done.
Description of Work: These girls helped me organize my house to ready for a move, they cleaned and emptied my attic and basement. They helped with a garage sale, they arranged other companies to provide what we needed. They were there on, stayed until the jobs were done, worked me into their busy schedule and basically enabled me to move out and leave an empty, clean house for the buyer.

 + -1 moreThings went really well! I have two dogs, just to complicate matters, but these young ladies were just great - friendly, timely, efficient and real workers! I felt completely comfortable having them alone in my house. (I was at work when they arrived and a neighbor let them in.) I would hire this group again in a heartbeat, and certainly recommend them to all! It was wonderful coming home to a clean and shining house.
Description of Work: Everything I asked for and more! I have recently had back surgery and have been unable to really deep clean my floors. I was a little embarrassed by the condition of some of them. These girls and the woman with whom I made the appointment put me right at ease about that. Plus, my floors now look GREAT!

 + -1 moreThe women who came called and asked if they could come early-- a couple hours ahead of schedule. They were bright and energetic and asked if there was anything special to concentrate on. The downstairs, I said. They did a good job, but were pre pared to leave a little shy of the two hour mark without even considering the upstairs. But first they asked if everything was okay. I asked for a few extra things to be done, which they happily did. I got the Big Deal, so the cost was. $77...which was fine. But if I'd had to pay the full price of $150 for it, well, I just wouldn't have. That seems quite high. They called from the company to follow through to see if we were happy, but I missed the call. Happy with everything, though.

 + 0 moreTwo assistants from Magic Assistants arrived today at the appointed time.? Never having used a cleaning service before, I really didn't know what to expect or ask for.? I made a list and it seemed pretty long to me, but Miranda checked off everything on the list and even went a little above what I had asked for in cleaning the hubby's bathroom; 1400 square feet and they were done in 90 minutes!? I have no hard floor surfaces, so all the house was vacuumed, dusted, my blinds were dusted, kitchen countertops cleaned, even the stove and dishwasher surfaces were cleaned.? The master bathroom tub was thoroughly cleaned as well as toilet and sinks.? My house now smells fresh and clean and ready for Easter.? Would recommend to anyone looking for a cleaning service.? Friendly and efficient staff and very professional.
Description of Work: Tammy helped me get assistance from CleaningForAReason.org as I had been trying for months. She contacted CFAR herself and I received an email the same day giving me approval for 4 cleanings (with the possibility of more if needed). I had been trying since October 2013 to find a local cleaning company that works with CFAR. Tammy explained why she donates the time and materials to cancer patients and was a pleasure to talk to.

Each of the girls that have come to our house have been very friendly, and seem to be eager to please.
