Very well, I've scheduled more work. They arrived on time, very professional, very nice, and we simply went through the plan. The work they did was highly satisfactory, especially since they were coming into a home that really needed hard work.

I was hosting a party and wanted the house cleaned for the event. Two cleaners arrived and asked what my priorities were for the cleaning and I explained I was having a party so the Bathrooms and the downstairs floor were the priorities. They spent the majority of the time they were here cleaning the upstairs, they remade all the beds I had already done, and ran out of time. I still had to clean most of the downstairs myself before the party. They did a good job with what they got done and were very nice but I would be extra sure next time that they understood what tasks were important and which were not.

For the $77 2-hour special, they cleaned both bathrooms and all of the rooms in my 3200 sq. ft. house. They were fast and pretty good. Their regular price for my house was about quite a bit less than the service I had already tentatively hired plus, they were better. Needless to say, I called and hired Magic Assistants as my regular cleaning service.

This is the second time I have used Magic Assistants to clean while I am going through chemotherapy. The owner of the Company is very professional and compassionate and the two young women she sent out were very personable, professional, and did a fantastic job. I explained quickly what I needed done and what they didn't have to spend much time on, and I could find no fault at all with the quality of work they did. No more cobwebs, no dust on the ceiling fans, bathtub cleaned as well as kitchen appliances. Because I have an aversion to some smells now, I asked that my cleaning products be used because I know what I can tolerate. They compiled with my request without problems. My house looked and smelled nice and was spotless the next day when I returned from treatment. What a fantastic company to work with and the professional results are so worth it. I can't comment on the cost of the service because Magic Assistants participates in Cleaning for a Reason, but the young ladies that came out were well compensated by my husband for their excellent care and service. Tina and Melissa were very professional, and arrived on time. They got right to work and did a wonderful job. It was the type of cleaning you do 3 or 4 times a year, very good job. They brought their own supplies including vacuum. They were able to get my stainless steel refrigerator spotless. I really appreciated their work.

Everything went extremely well. They didn't get to all the rooms in the period of time allotted but it was probably because they had to do some work in other rooms. I wasn't there because the service was for my parents house. It was just the $75.

Responsive, fast, thorough, outstanding job.

It went pretty well, except that the cleaners only stayed 2 hours and not 4 hours, as stated in the offer. I had read the fine print to the offer on Angie's List & did not see any info with regard to a change in the number of hours of cleaning, if 2 people were to show up & clean. There was nothing stated as to the number of people showing up to clean, just that it was supposed to be "4 hours of continuous cleaning" and to have a list of items to be done, ready for them. 2 cleaners came; however, they only cleaned for 2 continuous hours. The workers said that, if only 1 cleaner had shown up, then it would have been 4 hours of continuous cleaning. 2 showed up, and they said it was only going to be cleaning for 2 hours. These details in the cleaning special were not stated in the Angie's List special offer, and I had expected 4 hours of continuous cleaning, no matter how many cleaners showed up, but it was only 2 hours of continuous cleaning for that price, hence the "B" rating overall.

There was a slight delay in their arrival, but everything went well aside from that. The cleaners were friendly and courteous, brought their own supplies, and did a reasonably good job.

Because it was their first time in our home, I did not expect them to clean as much as I wanted. I told them my priority was kitchen and bathrooms (2 1/2 bath). They never got to the kitchen in 4 hours :( The bathrooms look good not great. They said the upstairs was "done" but never dusted and missed a lot of the hardwood. They did do a great job on our carpeted stair case. I bought this package 50% off. If I had spent the full amount on this I would have been very upset!!!

Bathroom looked fantastic. Requested dusting and vacuuming of bedroom, hallway, and living room. Not happy with the dusting; nothing was moved, they dusted around articles, there were places on top of the entertainment center where the dust was still apparent, a small table in the hallway was missed entirely. Vacuuming: nothing was moved, they totally missed all the corners, behind and under end tables, behind bed where there is a 12" space. I expected a thorough vacuuming; it was not done. Washed kitchen and hall floors, but missed cobwebs underneath cupboards. They were booked for four hours and only worked two. I did leave a list with the expectation of being hone before they left so I could add things if they were finished with things on the list (I didn't know how many people were coming and how long it would take them, so I left the most important things on the list. I did have several more items I wanted done if they had time). They made an appointment to come back in November, and already called to confirm it. I will NOT be keeping this appointment.

Almost none. Three teenage girls showed up, stayed for one and half hours and just cleaned one refrigerator and one bathroom barely. That was all, Leaving dust and dirty floor behind. One of the leading girl was extremely rude and unprofessional. I should have taken one of the comments seriously before purchasing this coupon. Big mistake.

They were great. They did a very thorough job on what they did. They cleaned the cupboards out. They brought their own cleaning products. Two cleaners came. I made an appointment for November and they didn’t make me pay ahead which I appreciated.

Great job! Everything sparkled and smelled terrific. I was really impressed with how thorough the Magic Assistants were. They added nice touches like folding our towels in the bathroom and kitchen. It was like coming back to a freshly cleaned hotel room! They're well worth the cost.

They are just such lovely young women. I was pretty keyed up due to the move and the extremely demanding job I have. They are soothing, kind, bright, diligent and very, very sweet. I will ALWAYS hire them!

owner arrives first then crew of teenagers follows an hour or so later. owner works very hard concentrating in the kitchen while others, approx. 3-4, vac and dust with direction from owner.

FABULOUS! In the kitchen floor was cleaned, appliances cleaned and sparkling, counters cleaned, table dusted, carpet under table vacuumed. Bathrooms spotless - sinks, shower, toilets, floors, mirrors. Family room vacuum, dusted, afghans folded. They were focused and efficient. Very impressed.

I received a call that there were arriving on time. Dessarae and Amanda were very personable and professional. We discussed my expectations and everything was met and more. I took advantage of their special cleaning for 4 hours and they completed it on time. I was thrilled with their work because at this time I am not able to take care of the house as I would like. I highly recommend the service and I plan on using them again in the near future.
