It went extremely well. The two girls were very efficient and extremely professional. They were pleasant and did an amazing job on my house. I will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for housekeepers.

They sent out two youn ladies for 2 hours. They were prompt and very professional. They came in and went right to work we just had to point them in the right direction. I will definitely use this service again.

Tammy and another young lady came to my house in the morning and I explained that I had just had some work done in my house that included drywall sanding, and they knew exactly what I needed. I left to go to work while they cleaned, and when I came home my house was sparkling clean! The 2 girls I met were very nice and easy to talk to. I've already had them come back and clean again for me since then! I am very happy with their services and I would recommend them to anyone!

My experience with house cleaning service was very bad. They left my house looking awful. They used a feather duster like device to move the dust from the end tables to the lamp shades and furniture. They left furniture undusted. They sprayed some chemicals on the bathroom tub,sink & floor also used spray on kitchen sink. When I ran water in kitchen sink the water just beaded-up like it was oiled or waxed. They sprayed so much in the kitchen the gas alarm went off.After they left I called the gas company. The gas company said there was a heavy odor of ammonia. What's up with that, they both denied smelling anything. They both smelled the spray bottle and denied any odor. When they left I cleaned all that spray stuff or tried to. What a job!!!!!!!

I will definitely use Magic Assistants again! They arrived on time and were extremely professional. I was not completely satisfied the first time they came out and I emailed Tammy. She was amazing! Tammy called me back immediately, and wanted the opportunity to make things right. She sent out another team ( at her expense) and made sure that the house was done to our complete satisfaction. I was truly impressed with the customer service and her commitment to excellence! Tammy takes pride in her business and delivers outstanding professionalism!

This is the second and final time that I will use this service. I had a scheduled appointment at 2:30 with the two cleaners who performed services on December 15th. The cleaners on December 15th did a wonderful job and I hired thier service with the stipulation that I would have these two cleaners every time. I was advised that, due to vacations and other things that may come up, I would always have at least one of the cleaners. At 12:15 on 1/23/15 I received a call from an employee of Magic Assistants asking if she and another cleaner could come early. I inquired as to why I would have two different cleaners and she said that the regular cleaner was injured (only mentioning one of the original cleaners). I agreed, and told her that I was at work and my husband was home. I gave her instructions over the phone and assumed she had notes from my previous cleaning. Apparently, she did not. When I got home, there were a list of things that were not clean, including, but not limited to, the television stand, the fireplace mantle and hearth, the piano, the mirror and grandfather clock in the front hall...etc., etc. Keep in mind that there were two cleaners for two hours who were only responsible for cleaning my main floor. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, kitchen and foyer (1,000 square feet at most). I was very upset and disappointed and immediately composed an email to Magic Assistants to make them aware of the situation. I outlined, in detail, my concerns and assured them that although I was not happy I would still pay for the service and was cancelling any further service. This I sent through the comment link on the company website on 1/23/15. As of today, 1/30/15, I have not received a reply or any recognition whatsoever addressing my concerns. The website states that Magic Assistants respond to all communication within twenty-four hours. They did not do so in this case.

Their personal are very friendly. I am comfortable with them being in our home. They do a fairly nice job cleaning.

I spoke with the service provider and they were excellent, but unfortunately the time frame I needed this complete they were booked.

Incredibly friendly and professional staff of 3 but they were only hear for 90 minutes (I was originally told it would be 2 for 2 hrs for the 4 hours of labor I purchased). They just did not have enough time to complete what I thought could be completed. Our shower was more complicated of a clean than they had anticipated but I still thought they would have tried to address the second requested cleaning (kitchen floor) on our list rather than moving down the list and vacuuming/dusting (the third person did this work), which was a lower priority. Two of the cleaners seemed to finish with about 10-15 minutes remaining because the other jobs were too hard to get started, but I would have preferred that they vacuum or dust the downstairs during that time until the full 90 minutes was reached. Overall, I could see if I was a regular customer that I could have a different or more positive experience, but they really did not work to impress me or try to win me over as a future customer. My impression was that they were very rushed and had to get right to another cleaning and were just looking at the clock the entire visit.

The girls were professional and friendly and were not afraid of my two dogs. Overall, the quality of the cleaning was great and I was pleased with the work. I had hoped my floors would have been scrubbed rather than wet mopped, but I understand that this was a time restraint. I have hired the service for future cleanings and look forward to working with them.

Everything went great, my daughter in law was very pleased.

The provider is terrific as is her staff. They are thorough, pleasant and accommodating. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so!

The girls where absolutely fantastic. They did a phenomenal job. They scrubbed every inch of the bathroom and kitchen. I have already recommended them to my family and friends and I plan to us them again. These girls were cheerful, ;professional and very thorough.

The ladies were enthusiastic and very accommodating. GREAT ATTITUDES. Very professional. I would recommend them.

The ladies who came to clean were very pleasant and responsive when I asked questions or requested that they clean an area of the house that was of importance to me. I prioritized the areas that were of most important, however, they finished the whole house with time to spare. I was very impressed with their work in the living room, dining room and bedrooms. The bathroom, however; was not quite as clean as I would have preferred. There was some dust remaining on the cabinet and counter top and the toilet and shower were not scrubbed inside the way that I normally would have preferred. Overall, however; the cleaning service was excellent and I would hire them again. I would just request that more attention be given to the bathroom next time.

I have used them before and they were very good. However, I needed to have this particular service done before the holidays and we were unable to get anything scheduled before then.

I bought the deal for 4 hrs at $77. It went OK. I have a small ranch about 1050 Sq Ft 2 Baths, 3 BR. They definitely did a fairly good job in the bathrooms, however they moved the "products" I had sitting there which was fine as I expected them to, but they did not clean the top of the vanity outside of the ring around the sink. That should have been cleaned/wiped down. In the Master Bedroom, I had my quilt pulled up to the pillows on the bed, They pulled it up over the pillows so the end of the bed sheets were showing, but they never tucked the bottom of the sheets in. Also they stopped at the bed and never cleaned the other side of the room. My hanging light had obvious dust on it. also, they didn't clean the top of the dresser on that side, nor the floor there. The girls wiped down the kitchen counter top, but again, didn't move any of the small appliances, they just wiped around them. Again, they stopped at the table and didn't clean the dry sink on the side. In the living room they wiped down the mantel and moved things, but they didn't dust the things on the mantel. Also they didn't pick up a light stool on the hard wood floor and clean the bottom of the stool or the floor. They never got to the 3rd bedroom. I would also expect them to run the cloth over the top of the picture frames, but that did not do that. Oh, they fluffed the couch pillows, but put the pillows upside down so the zippers were showing. The floors they cleaned the did a good job on. Not sure if I would use them again. They did OK, but did I expect too much? With 4 hrs, I thought they would have done the tasks mentioned above, If I were to hire them for 2 hours, I would probably get no more than my bathrooms cleaned. Although I did not meet the girls myself, I was told they were very nice..
