Everything with this purchase was excellent. The price of the door was not the least expensive quote I got but with the extra insulation, the quality of the hardware, and the warranty I felt it was the best value. Mike, the salesman I spoke with, was very informative and did not use any high pressue tactics. When talking about price for the different doors that I looked at he was careful to distinguish between the amount I would have to write a check for and the amounts that I would get back through rebate and tax refund. The installer called me as he was on the way to my house and arrived at the appointment time. His work was clean and very professional. When he was done installing the door he showed me the proper way to maintain it (what to use and where to spray). There was a rebate for the door and he had all the paperwork filled out and sorted so I only had to put it in an envelop and mail it. He also had the tax forms for the current rebate all filled out and ready to go for me. When we were shopping around one of our concerns was if our old garage door opener would work. We had not had a working garage door in a few years. I told the saleman that I would prefer not to buy one but would if necessary. I also told him that I would need to have a working garage door opener the day the door was installed. The installer inspected the old garage door opener when he got there and didn't recommend a replacement at that point. He was able to make the necessary adjustments to the old one which saved me about $300.

They were very professional people in their dealings with me. Work was started and finished in the time frame they told me.

It went as expected. There were no problems. It was fine.

It was very good because they were very responsive and they showed up when they said they would. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. The workers were very polite.

The company service crew from salesman to foreman were very professional. The crew that worked on the roof were experienced, courteous and even brought my garbage cans in. They thoroughly cleaned after they left so you would never know they were there. They explained every thing before they did it and the project manager was there every day to make sure the job went correctly. I can't say enough good things about this company. The roof looks fantastic.

From the time we got the estimate, the company and reps were very professional, very helpful and you could tell they knew their business and what they were talking about.

Workers showed up as scheduled and worked diligently. The house is old and has an odd addition which was difficult to cover. The technician used a different design than previously for the ice and water barrier which he said would be more efficient. It had been raining intermittently that week, so they removed and replaced one half of the roof each day so I didn't have to worry about leaking overnight. Cleanup was done each day. Workers were polite and efficient. Although it was not the cheapest price of my estimates, I feel I got value for the extra dollars and would not hesitate to use them again.

They were very prompt and got the work done very quickly. They cleaned up after themselves great. After they left you couldn't even tell they were there. It was no hassle, Everything went smoothly.

No issues at all. Were very professional when dealing with numerous changes that occurred on the fly. All tasks were completed on a timely basis. Staff was very professional. The space was swept and cleaned at the end of each work day. They worked hand in hand with the woodworking company and flooring company that I hired on my own.

At estimate Ken Kaz promised the world, during the job he was not there to supervise or introduce me to the person on the job to interface with they moved job start and then took 1 month to finish a week job, did not notify me of this or dates, they would be there, picked up debris 2 times, (had to get mad) and request 2nd time, nails allover in wrong direction, sloppy/non even placement of shingles front did not get siding pre-painted prior to install as agreed, nailed siding/trim/flashing directly into brick will cause brick to break in the future.

One concern is that we had a misunderstanding as to when they would do they work. I thought that they had forgotten about me but as it turns out they were waiting for better weather to fix my roof after the horrible wind storms we had.

This has been a nightmare. They had good reviews on Angie's List, but we certainly didn't have a good experience with them. I guess the work that was done right is good, but the countertops in the kitchen were caulked wrong and they have been back many, many times at my request because they aren't right and they can't figure it out. They also flooded our bathroom because they forgot to take a plug out. This has been totally aggravating. They have been very unprofessional and unresponsive. I'm stuck with this because they won't fix it and we can't afford to have it redone by someone else.

KAZ Brothers did a very good job. There was a lot of work involved and they were very skilled in every area. I was very satisfied with the outcome and I believe them to be very good in all phases of the work that they do.

They did a great clean up job, worked very fast and the owner came by a couple of days later to check on the job and asked me if everything had gone alright. If I ever have to have roofing done again I will call Kaz Brothers.

They did a great job on our roof. The previous owner (house flipper) put on a roof over 4 old layers. Looked nice but nails were starting to pop out. Kaz removed all old layers, put up ice shield and a ridge vent which were both missing and a beautiful new roof. There was no huge dumpster in the yard. They were careful to protect plantings and hand cleaned up every day. We have had them do a lot of work for us and have always been happy. All of their employees are courteous and actually work for the company. They have repaired dry wall, siding, ceilings and a few other things. They will be installing a new front door and sidelights this summer.

Overall speaking, they did a good job on my new roof. The new roof & gutters look very beautiful. My furnace vent pipe cap was lost & it was not included in the original estimate. I paid $150 for a new one. They installed the cap too. They broke my bird bath stand during the installation & they deducted the cost of the bird bath stand from the final payment. They installed a bathroom exhaust vent on the roof, but they did not install the bathroom fans pipe properly in the attic. I fixed it myself. I did not ask for reimbursement for this job.

I called them about a week ago. They told me it might take two to three weeks. Yesterday they called and told me that some workmen could be here this morning. They came promptly and repaired the siding professionally and for less than half of what another well known siding firm proposed. When the job was completed, I noticed two minor areas that required a bit of extra work. This was accomplished promptly on the spot. I am very satisfied with the Kaz Brothers operation. The workmen behaved in a professional manner and are very good at what they do. I would willingly use their services again. Moreover, I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Kaz Brothers Construction did a wonderful job. They were very concerned not to ruin my yard, so they covered everything below them. I was very pleased with how neat they were. The siding looks great, too.

Kaz Brothers Construction represented themselves well. They didn't subcontract. They used all their own workers. They were neat and covered all shrubbery, so they didn't ruin it. I was very happy with everything.

Kaz Brothers installed a new roof for me. I have worked with them in the past and they have always done a good job. I will use them again when needed. I highly recommend them to others.

We have used Kaz for over twenty years. The only bad thing, is their pricing is a little on the high side. I would recommend them as the quality of their work is excellent.
