Description of Work: Basically gutted and rebuilt a family room. Reinforced the roof, new drywall, leveled the floor,took a wall down between rooms, and insulated the room. Finishing work could have been a little neater. Overall the work was well done.

Description of Work: Andy from Kaz was amazing. Very professional. He was very clear and upfront about when the job could be done and kept the appointment time with us as well as sent reminder emails. He put in a great deal of work planning our addition which consisted of converting our two car attached garage into a master suite with full bath and walk in closet and then building a new three car attached garage with storage . His design was beautiful and he paid a great deal of attention to detail. He incorporated my wish list into his plan and brought in many new ideas that really gave the design that "wow" factor. I could see how much work he put into the preliminary design and quote. He kept in touch through out the whole process via email answering all my questions promptly and completely. He also included 3D pictures of his design so I could really 'see' his vision of what he planned. His quote was precise and included all details. Unfortunately the quote was outside our price point, although I could see it was reasonable for the work that needed to be done. I was very disappointed that we couldn't move forward, but I would highly recommend Kaz Company to anyone and would certainly use them in the future if our finances allowed. At this time our plans are on hold. I would like to compliment Andy Witryk for his professionalism and the beautiful design he created for us.

Description of Work: The sales rep came and talked about the work that I wanted done and measured. He did not bring samples of the roofing materials they use or siding. He said I would have to go to the showroom to see the materials. He said he would email me the estimates in tow days. I have not recieved anything as of this date, nor have I recieved any follow up calls. I guess the 30k that I will be spending is not enough for this company to bother with an estimate.

Description of Work: DIDN'T GET PAST THE INITIAL PHONE CALL TO REQUEST AN ESTIMATE. REPRESENTATIVE STATED THEY REQUIRE $100.00 UP FRONT JUST TO GIVE ESTIMATE DUE TO PAPERWORK!

Description of Work: Removed old roof which was only 15 years old & had been leaking for 5 years & found cause of leaks & remedied.

Description of Work: Replace/repair/install gutters throughout the roof line.
