"Mik charged me $1,500 and ultimately replaced only 8 bricks, though there were many more I had wanted replaced (I had said replace "broken bricks" but he argued he hadn't seen them when estimating). He didn't bring the requested mortar and silicone color. He threatened to leave if I didn't like it. No repointing as requested in agreement. He failed to show on the first scheduled workday. The workers failed to protect my floor, and when Mik finally arrived after they dragged the rig through my home, they put paper down on my parquet with duck tape that pulled off the finish. I chose Milestone based on all these glowing reviews. No sir!"

"Can't say enough good things about Vinny and Anchor Asphalt and Paving. They did an excellent, professional job on the repaving and even came back and did extra work. They listened to our concerns, took the time to explain everything and went out of their way to satisfy all of our needs. The road had not been paved in about 40 years, was badly rutted and had several areas of heavy ponding. Vinny even took the time to come out before starting the job so that he could view the road after a heavy rain so he would be able to see the issues in person and advise us on how to best alleviate the ponding. He wants to do a good job and satisfy his clients not just take their money. And the price was very fair, less than we had expected. AAAAAAAAAA+++++++++"

I had to chase Luis down for 3 weeks after a deposit of $3,000 was made and no work had been started. After the work was done it started to deteriorate and pavers came loose after 1 year, He sloppily threw down concrete to keep the pavers together, because I refused to pay him an extra $4500 for additional pavers on top of the $7,000 I already paid him. this job was done in the winter and did not advise on the possibility of the concrete separating from the pavers. I will not refer him to anyone, nor will I hire him again. He is probably better suited to doing commercial work, not residential."

I had about a 2 foot slope of land under the patio and a large slope for the path and step area. This work was done by 4 guys over two hot July days. The bobcat helped dig and rough level it. A lot of material was moved around along with at least 4 pallets of pavers and the blocks for the steps. To finish it off, they put down top soil, grass seed and hay was placed down to finish the job off very well."
