I've already told the story many times. I paid for my deal with Bobby's Clear View for window cleaning. I gave the dates I needed service. He never called me. I tried to fax him with no result. I tried emailing with no result. I contacted Angie's list to get a hold of him. They did and then I got an email asking for my phone no. I wrote back immediately giving him my phone number and he never called. I tried calling and emailing him with no response. Now the time I can wait has run out. I find this man terribly irresponsible and unprofessional. For someone to not even tell you if they can do a job or not is simply unacceptable. He should be removed from your list in my opinion. I have never been so frustrated. He doesn't even have an answering machine. Now, when my home is being photographed, I have filthy windows. Thank you Bobby!

That went very well. They came out right after purchase. They were nice and did a good job. He did whatever was in the ad. He specified how many windows.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and he did a good job. The windows came out beautiful. We had difficulty scheduling, but that was because he was really busy with the Big Deal. I paid a little extra to have them clean one extra window. Just one guy came out to do the work and it took him 2-1/2 to 3 hours, tops. He was courteous, the work was good and it was reasonable.

It was a great and phenomenal experience. The guy who came out did additional windows for me and I do not remember what he charged per window but it seemed pretty reasonable. He did a really great job. He even took all the screens out and washed them. He was punctual, friendly and on time. The person that was supposed to help him called in sick so he did it by himself so it took a little long but he did it. His price was probably fair since we did it with the deal. I would use his services again in a heartbeat.

He missed the appointment and took five days to even get back to me after this. He also never apologized and just gave the option to reschedule or get a refund through Angie's List. I am very surprised by the recent A's that this company has gotten.

Bobby and his assistant took 8 hours to complete this service because they spent so much time on each pane of each window to make certain it was crystal clear. It was a pleasure to watch someone who enjoys doing hard work and who does it to such a high personal standard. It was raining most of the day, but that did not stop them. It was dark by the time they finished, and one storm window on the last window they worked on had a couple of swipe marks on it --that we only saw the next day when the sun came through it. We will definitely use this service again.

Bobby arrived on time and did a great job washing all the windows. We were very satisfied with his work and would gladly recommend him.

It was wonderful! They were very responsive and answered all my questions. They showed up when they said they would. They were quick and efficient. The price was well worth it! My windows look fantastic. I would definitely recommend them.

Bobby cleaned the windows well. No complaints about quality of work - it's the pricing that's tricky. The coupon says 20 windows for $134 but that's not really true. If your window has three glass panes i.e. it has a storm pane it is counted as 3 windows, not 1 window. So be careful when deciding on this service based on your count of windows in your house. I am pretty sure that Bobby's count is going to be higher than yours. And you are going to end up spending much more - like I did.

Great!!! Bobby was terrific at what he does. I'd definitely employ him again.

After weeks trying to set an appointment and a missed appointment yesterday Bobby finally showed up today. He first of all claimed that a bay window counts as 4 or 5 windows and then proceeded to say that he wanted an additional $250 to do a total of 27 windows when the deal was $199 for 20. When we told him that was ridiculous $35.70 per window versus $9.95 he then offered to do just the 20 windows. When we pointed out that we would be unable to get another person to come out for 7 windows he said to get in touch with Angie's list for a refund and walked out. There was no reasoning with him. He is an awful merchant and shouldn't have the AL stamp of approval, you need to vet your deals more carefully as this is the second deal where the vendor hasn't lived up to the promise, not just with me but with others.

Provider was supposed to visit my home to count the number of windows and to contact me and give me an estimate for cleaning them. He apparently did not visit the home because I never heard from him.

Bobby did a great job - communicated well prior to doing the job, quick and thorough while at the house. He arrived when promised and my windows haven't looked this good since they were installed. Highly recommended.

Windows were sparkling clean - probably the best they've ever been cleaned. Price was a bit high - even with the deal, but considering the quality, worth it. Only complaint was that Bobby left a bt of a mess (dust and dustballs) from the cleaning process. Not sure why since he brought a vacuum. Again, he did a great job. I'd use him again (I'd just ask him to vacuum better).

Cleaned all my windows, storm doors, screens. My only problem was it was very difficult to get an appointment. However, once I was able to make the appointment, everything went very well.

Bobby cleaned the glass on all the windows and doors, inside and out. He did a perfect job and was extremely professional and polite. A perfectionist, he made sure each window, including ones that were hard to get to, was done completely. My whole house looked fresher and brighter. I would recommend Bobby's Clear View to everyone and would use his services again.

I purchased the deal in early October. He stated he was too busy to come before today (Nov 11). When he arrived he looked at the windows and stated he would require an additional $4 per window since they have permanent divides. There was no mention of any conditions in the deal offer. After waiting more than a month and arranging my schedule to be here for this service, I have to say I am extremely disappointed.

Cleaned windows, some extras from 20 . I disagreed with number if windows he counted as Zi counted 2 less, but I payed as they where nice people .

We had a little hiccup with scheduling, but once he showed up it went quickly and thew windows look great!

Ran out of time to finish the job -explained how difficult it was to judge time on each job-Was thrilled with what was done will call back to do upstairs when I have the time.

Bought the deal. It said 20 windows. Provider then responded saying he's busy and will reach out to schedule in a month. I asked to schedule now for next month and had to follow up again a few weeks later. he asked about the number of windows I have and their sizes. I gave it to him. He scheduled for nov 7 only to show up and say the special doesn't include the kind of windows that I have and that I have to add money. I said, I gave him all the info in advance. He said he didn't remember. I declined the work and said, I will reach out to Angie's List for a refund. He was ok with that.
