It was wonderful. My windows hasn't been cleaned since he moved away. He said he'd come and he'd come. He was reliable, honest and kind. He was prompt, you can use all the adjectives that you can.

Bobby was excellent and pleasant. He responded quickly and was willing to come on a Saturday. The windows and screens look terrific!

Bobby was responsive and provided a reasonable quote within 48 hours. It was easy to schedule a time for him to perform the work. He cleaned the inside/outside of my windows, including the screens. He did a great job on my windows and is also a lovely man. I recommend him.

Great job. Very responsive to my call. Estimate within a day and job done later in the week. Showed up on time and prepared. Windows were very dirty and had residue from the screens on them. Results were excellent. Fair price.

It was a positive experience. He was very fast, and very efficient. I had a hard time getting him started, because it was Memorial day. We were making arrangements and I told him, Do you know it's memorial day, and he didn't. So we changed the day, and the day he was supposed to come, he didn't come. He said his wife had an emergency, and then we made another date. Then he came, and everything went well. Once we got him here, he was an a. He seemed like an honorable man. He was neat. The day he was supposed to come, I was sick, then when I called him, he came that day. I think the price was fair for 13 windows. The quality of his work is excellent. Responsiveness, as I said, he was a slow getting started, so that was a little disappointing; but, once we got started, everything went well. Once he said he was coming over, he was here within an hour and a half from upstate New York, I would say that's pretty good.

Not well. It took a few weeks before he contacted me to schedule. WE decided on June 19. A few days before the 19th he emailed me to set up a date; he then emailed and said he was sorry for the confusion. Before he came I had to contact him to ask if there was anything for me to do before he came, since he had never given me any directions. He then responded. The weather prediction the day he was scheduled for was not good. I contacted him to ask if he would come even if it rained. He responded it would determined by the weather. The weather was beautiful in the morning, so I expected him. He had said he would be at my house between 8:30 and 9 AM. At 9;30 I had to call him to see where he was. He said he was not coming because the weather prediction wasn't' good. Fine, but he should have called me in the morning. He then said he would have to "get back to me" to reschedule. I feel he was unresponsive through the whole process. I cancelled him completely. When a vendor begins a process on the wrong foot, I have found that it usually continues that way. Thank you Angie's list for refunding my payment. This is the first time I have had a problem with a vendor I hired through Angie's list. The others have all been A+.

Excellent! Nice guy, good job, well priced. I will hire him again. It's a pleasure to look out such nice clean windows.

After I paid the "special" amount he came to my home and quoted me a price 5 times higher. I told him I felt it was a bait and switch. I demanded a refund aND he told me to call Angie's list. I had taken the day off and was not happy. I called Angie's List and was told I was refunded. I would not use this service again.

Weather was miserable but Bobby was there and worked hard over a 2 day period. Everything cleaned up nicely and all furniture, etc put back in place.

Bobby did a fantastic job! He responded promptly to my purchase from Angie's list. I had to change the original appointment date, and he responded promptly and accommodated my request. The day before the service, he contacted me with the time of arrival, and he was punctual. I found Mr. Ellis to be a thoughtful and professional man with a friendly disposition. He worked neatly (entered the house with shoe covers) and was well organized. He did a superb job on all of my windows, screens, and frames. He completed his service by closing and locking all the windows, folded my hose neatly, and closed all doors. He also pointed my attention to a damaged screen, worn molding on my bay window, and explained the problem of oxidation from the aluminum screens through several years of neglect. I appreciated his advice, and I would not hesitate to secure his services in the future. An A+ experience!

We had a slight delay in receiving a call back after indicating on line which dates we could have the work done. After a follow up call to the company, everything worked well. We had 21 windows, screens and 3 skylights cleaned inside and out. Arrived promptly and worked diligently. Pleased with the results and would use again.

It was awesome!! Bobby did an amazing job!! He singlehandedly cleaned every single window including the screens and the storm windows, the glass panels in the front door and the garage windows. The sparkle and shine are amazing. The entire house is brighter and more cheerful. He clearly takes great pride in his work. He is the only option for window cleaning .

This was the first time I'd contracted to have my windows washed. I was surprised that screens were $10 extra per piece but they were power washed, so I thought I should do them too. My windows are newish Andersons and so the screens could have remained in place. He did not use a squeegee which I think does a better job long term.
