He was great! I hardly knew he was here. He actually moved the furniture away from the windows (which I wasn’t expecting) and did a fantastic job cleaning. I didn’t realize how smoky the windows were, but after he cleaned them they looked wonderful!

Went great. We have older windows that do not slant into the house. Added an additional 30+ windows which was the additional expense. Going to have him clean them every year from now on.

I explained above. I consider his behavior unprofessional, and asked for a refund. He said, "Deal with Angie:s"

Bobby and his associate did the washing and cleaning very thoroughly. I've never seen anyone work as hard as they did. Our windows haven't looked so good in the 20 years we've lived in our home.

They set up a time with me to come today and I took the day off of work, no body showed up and no body called concerning missing the appointment that was set for hours ago.

A window is considered a piece of glass. So most "windows" are actually two windows. So if you have only ten windows, the 20 window deal is very good. However, the odds are you have significantly more windows, probably a skylight, and while they're on the ladder, they might as well clear the gutters. The guys did a very good job and the windows look great.

Bobby came quickly to perform the estimate and then showed up to do the work on time as promised. I had initially called to have him just for pressure washing, but learning he would do windows seemed to good to pass up! There was a special on Angie's list, but since my windows are all original and casement, the special wasn't extended. Even so, his price was more than fair. My house is quite small, so he only needed one other person to help him finish the job. They really did a wonderful job and were a pleasure to have around the house.

Overall, it was fine. The quality was good. They were quick, on time, and I was pleased. I felt the price was good considering what they had to do. I thought I had mentioned my skylights in our initial communication and I thought they would be included in the price, but they weren't. They did want to charge for the skylights so I didn't agree to that.

The work went very well. I would recommend them highly.

We selected Bobby Ellis after researching Angies? list for window cleaning services. He came out to give a quote, was timely, polite and professional. We have a two level colonial with 16 various size windows and one sliding patio door. The total job was cleaning those windows and screens, power washing one side of our home that had some mildew appearing and to power wash a back deck. We have marveled at how well the job came out. The windows & screens are very clean and the mildew is gone. We would strongly recommend Bobby. He is a smaller company so scheduling would need to be flexible but his commitment to doing a good job is there at a very competitive price. We would not hesitate using him again.

They had one guy come out, cleaned everything in about three to four hours. His coworker was sick so he came alone. He was a nice guy and came in on schedule which is unheard of. I called them initially for the big deal, they had high reviews, and they answered the phone. I have regular windows but they are not all window, they are not all glass. The wooden squares for half windows wasn't covered by the big deal. They needed to 100% glass, no wood slats.

I was very happy with the service and will use him again.

I never heard back from the service provider. I tried to message him through Angies List. He got back to me and asked for me to text message him the dates. We finally set up an appointment for April 26th at 9am, but he never showed up. I sent him a text message again this past weekend and still have heard nothing from him.

They were very thorough, quiet and efficient. They did a very good job.

He came when he was supposed to come. There was nothing he didn't do, he even cleaned the window sills. He was very punctual and professional and there were no problems at all. He is wonderful. I would refer him to anybody.

He did an excellent job! He came and completed everything in about four hours. I was very satisfied with the service.

Nce again he never called me back

It was fine. I didn't spend more than the $199 for the Big Deal. They were nice, professional and prompt. Bobby the owner and another worker came to do the job. I was pleased with the quality of their work and they answered my questions.

We negotiated a new price which was fair as he spent the entire day here. He was a pleasant presence as he went about his work. The end result was great. My wife was so happy she plans to bring him back twice a year.

My wife was very happy. They were very thorough and professional. We will use them again.

After purchasing the deal, I contacted them three different times. They didn’t return my phone call for a week. When they did get back to me, they said that they do not service my area. I have had deal cancelled and refunded.

He was on time, very clean and did a nice job.

They sent one person and he worked for two hours. I paid almost double for the additional work but the price seemed fair. Overall, the service was fine.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I just about had the same number of windows that were included on the first floor so he did it and it was fine. It was a little higher. After I hired him, I saw people that were less money even with the deal. This was considered a special deal and it was still more expensive than I could have gotten it for. The actual service was fine, it was just the price.
