He was a good window cleaner. In a way, he was counting windows. It was only 10 actual windows because it was double windows. So, it was far less than I was looking for. But, he did a great job on the 10 windows that he did. Then, he was supposed to come back to do some additional work that I was willing to pay for. But, he never returned my calls to set up a further meeting. The work that he actually did was good. But, he fell through in terms of follow up. If he had also been good on his administrative work, I would have given him an 'A.' But because he was a little bit slow in getting going and in particular, because he didn't follow up and be responsive with coming back as I had asked, it drops him down to a 'B.' His price was a little bit higher than I had anticipated for the number of windows he cleaned.

They did a nice job. I felt that I had to point out certain things for them. They were very nice about going back and doing it. However, in certain spots, they didn't catch everything. I had to ask them if they could touch up some windows. Their price was a little high. Some of the other prices I got were lower but they didn't clean the windows the way these people cleaned them.

The service was never provided. The services was never available when I was. I am a professional who has to be at work and can only depend on approved time off by my employer.

Bobby arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was very courteous and professional. We have one home that we use as an office and he was able to finish the windows there without disrupting any ongoing business. We have had a lot of work done over the past 4 months to our residence and both the windows and screens were filthy. Bobby was able to restore them to their original looks and did it while not creating a mess. We will be calling on his services again.

Bobby and his helper cleaned all my windows crystal clear. He power washed all the screens. Original deal was $179 for 20 windows. Extra for screens, storm windows, and picture window was $135. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the outcome. The last time these windows were this clean was when they were new.

If you want the ultimate perfectionist that works tirelessly to ensure that your windows sparkle, then Bobby is your guy. I feel like I live in a new home! The sun just pours through now. I never knew just how dirty my windows were until now. Wow! If you need your windows cleaned, you must call Bobby to do the job.

Found Bobby's company on Angie's List from their outstanding rating, and I have to tell you, they deserve it! Bobby and his assistant are so customer service oriented with outstanding work ethics it's refreshing. He's a very easy guy to get along with and has a great personality. We have a large house with a diverse style of windows. Double hung, picture, bow, sliding, large panel fixed, and casement. We hadn't really had the windows cleaned since our sunroom was put up in 2009. Everything sparkles now thanks to Bobby. He also cleaned all the screens and window sills both inside and out. My wife loves it!

Bobby was excellent. On time (actually a few ticks early), friendly, professional and did and outstanding job cleaning our windows that had 10 years of dirt built up. His price was very reasonable and well worth the cost. I will definitely use him again. And he was just a real nice guy. Don't find that too much anymore!

Bobby was very careful with curtains, furniture, etc. However, one window screen was damaged. Bobby said he would repair the screen, and he did so in a timely fashion. However, I noticed that the repaired screen was "too tight", such that the clips that hold the screen in place couldn't quite reach the wooden frame to the left and right of the screen. Bobby eventually came back and, for no additional cost, repaired the screen on site so that we could be sure the finished screen panel was wide enough to clip into the frame properly. He was willing to make this right, pleasant when he came to do so, and not at all impatient about getting this "extra" work done. I really appreciated his taking responsibility for the repair of that screen.

I never heard back from this company.

He wanted additional money for the job since the home is so large. He was professional and responsive. It was a positive experience and I have no complaints.

This man is a saint! He somehow managed to work around stuck sashes even if it meant climbing out onto a narrow porch roof or up a tall ladder. This house was not an easy one, but he was determined to find a way to get the job done right. He told me he really enjoys seeing clean glass. (I do too!) My big surprise was that he also removed all the screens and power washed them. That alone made a big difference! And he taught me how to clean my storm windows with a simple household cleaning solution, a window washer's razor and a good squeegee which I bought online the next day (so much faster and better than my 40+ years of doing it the hard way). Bobby deserves the super rating he has!

I purchased the 249 special. The discount noted service covered about 20 windows. My home has about 60 windows. To give you an idea of what other vendors charged, I had a popular franchise company do my windows last year for $450, and the previous years I found a local guy who was less than $300. In reality I knew Bobby would need to charge me more than Angies $249, I just didn't know how much. Since he charged $100 more that the franchise company in the end, I will need to rethink who does my service next year. Let me just say that Bobby is very professional and polite, and leaves the house in tidy shape. His work on the windows is great.

He explained everything he would need to do. He was very through and was honest about the pricing and what needed completed. The extra costs was just too much.

I have never experienced such professionalism, thoroughness, and care. He was here for over three hours. Methodically he removed screens, power-washed them outside, and cleaned the windows magnificently. He was friendly yet kept his work rhythm going. I felt totally at ease with him in my home. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to everybody.
