Description of Work: Work was excellent but cost was not clearly represented in the offer. Divided panes in window, storm, screens, all added to original offer and since these variations were not explained in the offer, final price was significantly higher, or in my case, led to fewer windows being done.

Description of Work: Bob was kind, professional and very accommodating with scheduling. My windows look FABULOUS. He was incredibly thorough and I would ABSOLUTELY use in the future. Plan on calling him back for the Spring without a doubt.

Description of Work: They never came when scheduled, they kept not showing up, and when they finally asked me to send them pictures of the windows (which they had not done before not ever coming out) I told them forget it, I was not sending pictures after they didn't show up twice.

Description of Work: Did a good job cleaning the windows. However, after they left we found a broken shade in the bathroom. The shade was in good working order and only a few years old (shade cost about $140 at time of purchase). The provider did not acknowledge the broken shade, but did make a loop in the broken pull string so he had to know he broke it. When we contacted them we were told they are not responsible for items in the house and there is nothing they can do about it. Based on the above we are disappointed in the service.
