There was a mis-communication about the job. I have storm windows and the original deal did not take that into account. I ended up paying more to have all the windows that I expected to be cleaned. Details of the job should be more specific in the advertisement.

He did an excellent job. He actually did it by hand and I was thinking he might do it with a power hose or something, but he did most of it from the inside and then just went outside and got the ones that he couldn't do from the inside. He did a really good job and I really noticed the difference. He called me two or three days after I bought the coupon and he came right on the date that we had setup. I was going to be out of town and we juggled the dates around and settled for yesterday, he was right on time and it took him a couple of hours. What he was asking originally for what he did wouldn't have been out of line as far as price goes.

It was great! There were some extra charges beyond the big deal amount because we had more windows than what was specified on the deal. I think it was for 20 windows and we had 22 or 23. I think it was $50 to 60 extra because he did the windows and he did gutters also. One of the windows was a skylight. They did a great job on cleaning the windows. He was very clean inside the house. He pointed out some windows that are foggy and need to be repaired. He went up on the roof and cleaned the gutters for an additional charge that was less than half of what we normally pay for having the gutters cleaned. The pricing was very reasonable.

Bobby was GREAT-- Went above and beyond with our old windows. Many were stuck closed and he got to all of them anyway. My windows are beautiful! Bobby also power washed our brick decking and it too looks beautiful. I can't wait to have him back to replace the window weights.

The provider was sent from heaven! He not only washed the windows, skylights and doors and vacuumed all the screens, managed to reach a ceiling high, exterior set of windows which start at the 22ft high peak. It is a triangle with two four foot panes and four triangular panes to complete the geometric giant triangle. I wish I knew how to draw pictures on the computer. He never lost a drip/drop of water! He worked alone and he was amazing. He replalced the screen in one of the six foot doors that my dog had nose-butted. He is so competent and pleasant to work with that I would recommend him wholeheartedly! The company who serves as an agent for Pella quoted a fee of $180 just to come to the house and look at what might need fixing.

He replied promptly after leaving a voice message and promptly scheduled a convenient appointment. He took off his shoes upon entering the house was professional, neat and courteous. My windows were on the upper level of a high ranch. He power washed them first and then hand cleaned each one inside and out. Very pleasant to talk to and would use him again. I have already referred him to someone else and he only finished a half hour ago!!!!

In a single word he was "WONDERFUL".......Called back quickly after we left message; he scheduled up right away, was punctual, pleasant.....a great job was done at a fair price......Bobby was professional and did the work himself.....A great find and we will certainly use his services in the future. This was as good an experience as it could have been.

Bobby stopped by a half an hour after I called for an estimate on his way to another job. During the walk through, he explained that small items should be cleared from the work area for safety reasons. I expressed my concern as to how he would be able to get to this window or that window and his response was always "No problem". I accepted his estimate on the spot. He showed up on schedule, went about his business addressing the outside first and only after putting on latex booties, did he request to enter the house. He methodically went from room to room completing his work. He is very attentive to detail. We found Bobby to be very sociable and will use him again as well as for the other services he provides.

VERY positive experience, In addition to the window washing, Bobby has repaired water damage to an outbuilding, and rebuilt an exterior staircase. He is truly a Handyman.

Bobby arrived on time and started work immediately; in short, he was professional, cheerful and did a careful and thorough job with our windows. We have an older house with quite a few windows plus we have storm windows throughout. Bobby worked methodically and efficiently and did a great job. The day after, my wife said the windows have never looked this clean and I agree (we?ve had them cleaned twice before over the years). Although we haven?t asked him about any of his other services (gutter and roof cleaning, pressure washing), the bottom line is we?d hire him again in a heartbeat.
