It took two days since my windows had not been cleaned, especially outside, in many years. He explained to me about screen oxidation and had to scrape several of the windows due to it. Also showed me problems with moisture between the inner and outer panes. Thoroughly cleaned not only windows but sills, etc. Very happy with the job. Did seem a little pricey but probably not for the amount of work involved. (I had not bothered to get any estimates on the job so cannot make any comparisons.)

I purchased a coupon for Fall Window Cleaning. I received an Angie's List message from the vendor. He asked me to email him my phone numbers, which I did. I did not hear from him after a few days and followed up with another email. He responded by email that he "takes care of customers in order that they are purchased" and to please be patient. That was over a month ago and I have not heard from him. I have lost my patience as pretty soon it will be too late for Fall window cleaning.

Job was done very well, even requiring climbing on a roof and up ladders. I never knew about aluminum oxide deposits until John explained and showed me how they got on the windows from aluminum screens. He advised switching to fiberglass, since they needed replacement anyway. Windows look amazing!

It took a few weeks for us to actually get into contact with this service provider. We were finally able to get an appointment scheduled. After he did not show up, my husband decided to call him. He told my husband that he felt sick, so he sat in front of our house for a while before deciding to leave. He did not discuss re-scheduling the appointment or even apologize for missing the appointment. This type of service is unacceptable and I will be seeking a refund for this deal.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He's great and he did a great job. Five windows were covered and I had approximately 20. The guy does good work but it wasn't exactly clear. The deal and what I got when he got here were two separate things. I have crazy windows and a window with a storm window were considered 2 windows. I paid an additional $200 for 14 windows. We have actually invited him back to do more work.

Bobby showed up on time to clean my windows and was very professional. The deal purchased was for 20 windows but I had him do a few extra. He washed all my windows inside before starting on the outside where he washed and scraped all my windows since they hadn't been cleaned in a while. He let me know, before starting that the scraping was not part of the deal and how much more it would cost per window if I wanted that done. When he was done my windows were crystal clear and the window sills and frames were clean. I would definitely use him again.

Bobby did a quality job. He's a real professional and all the windows look amazing now. There was an extra cost involved as he had to scrape off some paint splatter on all the windows. Highly recommended.

Bobby called me within 2 days following my purchase of the Angie's List deal and we were able to arrange an appointment within two weeks following. On the appointed day, Bobby arrived promptly and began to work - he never stops - he worked diligently to have me house shining. Everything was completed by late afternoon. He cleaned up after himself so that I never saw any debris, water splashes or anything else that might have occurred. The windows are so clean that a bird hit his head on one today! (The bird was not injured - just flew away, but it gave me a start). I will call Bobby again in the Spring - there is nothing that makes a house look better than sparkling clean windows!

A very pleasant man, who is the owner of the business, even came to my house to set up an appointment because I had not returned his calls yet. He was right on time (early am) and quickly began taking down screens and cleaning 32 windows inside, then out. He replaced the screens. He pointed out which screens were damaged, and which windows might need to be replaced (which he does not do). It took over 4 hours. The difference in being able to appreciate the turning colors in my yard is, of course, great as the windows were perfectly cleaned and clear. In addition, he provided another service for me unrelated to cleaning the windows. I needed some lights replaced very high up on an outside corner of my house, and he offered to do it after I mentioned how difficult a time I was having finding someone to come and do only that. I really appreciated his willingness to offer after 4 hours of hard work!

Still trying to figure out how to get my payment refunded.

After I purchased the Big Deal the company reached out to me regarding which dates would work for me. I responded to him with the dates that would have worked with me. So it seemed that he was going to be able to honor the deal and get the work done. On October 10 he had sent me an email regarding the work. He explained to me that my area was too far away to honor this Big Deal. Which I was confused with because he should have been able to tell me that when he first reached out to me regarding the work and scheduling. Price was good, but too good to be true.

I was very happy with how the windows came out. He even gave me some pointers on how to do my other windows (i.e., what type of cloths to use, the solution (water and vinegar:-). He could not have been any nicer to deal with- even though the price was a wee bit high. I would call him again.

I wanted outside washing only. Windows look great. Bobby is prompt, personable, and does good work. I took several cards to pass out to my neighbors. I would absolutely recommend him.

He called at 9:45 pm after I reached out to him and wasn't available for four weeks. I need work done in a timely manner.

We live in a new development with ongoing construction, and the windows were never cleaned by the builder. So they were VERY dirty. Bobby did an excellent job on cleaning all of our windows, inside, outside and the screens. It was a BIG job which lasted all day, but we are very pleased with the results.

Bobby arrived 30 min. early and went right to work. We hadn't had our windows cleaned for years and he worked hard for about 7 hours. As we had more windows -- and skylights -- than originally contracted, there was an additional cost involved; i was aware that this would be the case, and was happy to pay that very fair fee! Bobby's work is really fantastic and I can't recommend him highly enough! I spoke with him about coming back to do a few basement windows and hope that's on his radar as well.

After several messages back and forth with the owner of Bobby's Clear View they have denied to service me even though their ad said they would. It is my belief that they had very good success with the sale of their services with this ad and because I am on the outskirts of the County just decided not to service me and only service clients that are closer to their location. I gave them every opportunity to correct this prior to contacting Angie's List. Angie's List verified that I was in the correct service area and that my deal should have been honored. Angie's List has promised to refund me my money as the staff at Angie's list is both professional and always quite helpful. Shame on Bobby's Clear View!

Unfortunately provider had a 2 week 'window' (no pun intended) to do job and I was unable to coordinate a time that worked for us both within those two weeks. Purchase agreement indicates that the offer expires on Dec. 2, 2013 but when asked to do job later in the season this provider said no.

Everything was done well and carefully. There was no damage. He was friendly and courteous.

He works very hard, he was here a long time, and he worked very hard that day. I was more than pleased with his work.

Bob contacted me immediately to set up a date. He was prompt and got right to work. He was very nice and I enjoyed his sense of humor. He worked primarily from the inside and took out most of the screens and washed them outside. The screens were old so he could only do so much to the frames for the price paid, however, I did expect the tracks/sills to be cleaned a little better. I had him clean an extra window and two sliding doors and it cost $30. Thought this was a little high because after he left, it appeared he had forgotten to clean frame of screen from sliding doors and the tracks on top and base of the doors. I did not contact him about this. Overall, I thought the job done was worth the price and I would definitely use him again.

EXCELLENT, really nice guy, did a better job than I expected. he was neat, clean and very personable. I will continue to use him in the future.

He came on time, and went to work. His work ethic is incredible. He cleaned the windows inside and out, did the storm window and screens, and cleaned the sills, etc. Everything was just sparking by the time he left. The charge was more than I expected but we have a number of storm windows, and many windows with multiple panes. Most are the old-fashioned kind, so they don't have those grids that just snap out. I thought the price was fair, especially since we have many odd windows in odd places, which are difficult to get to. . Bobby is also a very pleasant person; his Scottish accent is soothing, and he has a nice sense of humor. I told him that if he sent me a postcard in a year, I'd use him again, and I certainly will tell my friends about him.
