they showed up a day early and the work was performed by two kids.

The overall grade should probably be a B+ but that isn't an option. It's a little hard to rate them on how clean they got my gutters as I have no way of knowing about the ones on my 2nd story (which is why I hired them), but the ones on the lower level that I can see from windows on my 2nd floor looked good. My only problem with them was they damaged from flowers in my front flower bed. Nothing major, but a few sunflower seedlings got bent over and I had to do some splinting of the stems to save them. Had they not done that, I would've given them an A. They were on time, and left no mess behind, which is always a concern when you get gutters cleaned.

They were very dependable and I was very satisfied with their work.

It all went very well. The workers came on time, did all they were supposed and cleaned up everything. We were really pleased.

Good -- They came, when I wasnt home, replaced it... Thats about it.... I am actuallyin the process of trying to get an estimate for some more gutter work... Just left a message and waiting for a callback.

When I called the company they were very polite and thorough in describing what they do. They assured me they would be able to perform the services I required and what the exact cost would be. Gave me an option for payment and when they would be available to perform the work requested. They can within the time frame they gave me and started working immediately. The technicians were polite and professional. When they completed the job they gave me a bill and left with my full satisfaction.

This Company is excellent. I wasn't able to call until Friday afternoon because things were so busy with work. When I finally found a few minutes to search Angie's List for a Company and make some calls I found The Gutter Guy. I spoke with someone in the Office and was scheduled for the following day on Saturday. Every other Company I called prior to them was completely booked due to the number of requests to have services performed before the storm from Hurricane Sandy hit. The Gutter Guy came at 8am on Saturday and took care of everything. To be completely fair though, they did advise me that had I not been so close to their Office (same town), that they probably could not have squeezed me in. However that said, they did find a way to fit me in, and the service was tremendous and fairly priced. I will definitely use them again and would refer them to anyone. They called ahead, showed up just about on time and did a great job. They also fixed my missing hanger so that the gutter is now flush with the building.

After I called, Marty came to see what needed to be done and gave an estimate which I accepted. After the office re-scheduled an appointment, which was OK with me, they arrived on time and prepared. The crew quickly took down the old gutters, cut new ones to size, installed them along with new leaders. They listened to my thoughts on downspout directions, and in one case, did a good job on their own. They were quick, thorough, and did all the cleanup.

Called The Gutter Guy based upon good reviews on this site. Marty came to my house when he said he would, was very pleasant to deal with, and gave me two quotes based on different sized gutters. I wanted to eliminate a downspout in an inconvenient location and discussed my options with Marty. I had already figured out how I wanted to do this, and Marty agreed with my solution, but it required upgrading to the larger 6" gutters for nearly twice the price. What I liked about Marty was that he gave me good prices on both options and did not pressure me or try to hard-sell me on the more expensive option. I opted to use his company because he came in with a very good price and they have their own machine to make the 6" gutters. (I got a quote from another gutter company and unbelievably they were going to have the 6" gutters made somewhere else and then bring them to my house. A 45 foot long gutter included!) I also felt most comfortable with Marty. The first appointment to install the gutters had to be rescheduled due to a forecast of heavy rain. The second appt. was a few days later. His 2 man crew (Pedro and another man who's name I don't recall) came on time and were very pleasant. They reviewed the details of the job with me and where all the downspouts would run ( I had no pre-existing gutters after doing extensive work to the house myself). His guys got to work quickly. After they installed a gutter on the front of my house, I noticed a small dent in the metal on the front facing part. The sun was at an angle where the shadow was pretty noticeable. Though the finish was still fine and it wouldn't have affected the gutters in any way, that small dent bothered me , and being on the front of my house I was sure I'd only see that dent every time I walked up to the door. When I brought it up to the installers I was expecting some resistance in replacing it or them being annoyed for being anal about the gutter. Instead, the installer said the machine would sometimes cause an errant dent and that they'd replace it right away. I was pleasantly surprised. The rest of the job went quickly and smoothly. Besides that one small dent on the gutter they replaced, every other section was perfect. The crew left no debris of any kind. Overall The Gutter Guy gets perfect scores from me and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I read the 4 pages of reviews on Angies List for this company, they were excellent, I called on Wednesday and Eileen called me back Thursday Morning, I asked for a Saturday appoitment for the estimate, she was trying to get him to my house this Saturday, I said theres no big rush, next Saturday would be fine. She said OK he will call first. On this past Saturday around 12:15 Marty called and said he could be over in about an hour, I said that would be fine, he arrived in that time span. We told him what we were told by the people that installed our new roof. He went up on the roof and then came back and said, Ladies I would love to sell you new gutters, thats what I do, but guess what you don't need them, I have been all over up here and there is no problems. I was amazed. I then explained some concerns I had and he reassured me that everything was OK. He also gave us some idea of pricing when the time comes. This is an exceptional company, I am already recommending them to some friends. Marty and Eillen were not only very nice but also very professional. I am still in shock. I will call them when the time comes and hope you will too. Just awesome!!

Excellent experience overall

Came the next day to give me an estimate. Price was in range that i expected. Gave them the jobs but as of this time the work isn't complete. They said they would do it next week which is fine with me.

I was comfortable leaving them there while I went out to finish the work.

We received a quick response for an estimate. Estimate was reasonable. Installation was done quickly and correctly. Our biggest complaint was that we were left with a big mess. They did return 3 days later to clean up the mess. Although it not completely accurate.

Guy came and gave me a quote quickly. Next week had crew come and install new gutters.

I called and the office manager was very friendly and professional. I actually received my estimate the same day. The gutters were installed within a week. It may have been a couple of days. I was very pleased with the service. Everyone was professional and kind. As a woman getting fair service without someone trying to rip you off is very important.. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

As it turned out my husband cleaned the gutters himself. The company went out of their way to get me a full refund.

Response was almost immediate... Maybe one day. Estimate was scheduled for a few days later and the job was done maybe a week later. Marty provided 3 different estimates depending on the different options available. He made some suggestions we hadn't thought of and some recommendations like installing upgraded oversized leaders where better drainage was needed and moving one of the leaders to eliminate the water always coming into my basement. Gutters had a hidden hanger bracket/no nails. We opted to add gutter guards for an additional charge. But the best part of the process was Marty who came to do the estimate. He recommended we install green gutters to match the rest of the trim on my 3 bedroom ranch house. We decided to spend the extra $60.00 and are so glad we did. It changed the entire look of the house (in a good way). We got every upgrade and we expected to spend hundreds more without any upgrades. Very professional from the friendly office staff who scheduled us and the crew who did the job.

Got a quote quickly and set up an appointment for a gutter cleaning. At first, I wasn't sure when they would get the job done since they do jobs by area and I would have to wait until they got to my area. But within about a week, I got a call that they would do the job the next day. Everything went just as planned. They did a generally good job of cleaning the gutters and removed all the debris from the property. Not necessarily the best cleaning I"ve had, but good enough. I would definitely recommend them and have used them again.

Quick and painless. Called, received an immediate response with quote. Came within a week. They look great. Seem to work well. (Not much rain since they were installed). Will be calling this week to have them replace ones on my house.
