The entire experience was perfect, overall. I had gotten two other estimates prior to meeting Marty from The Gutter Guy, and made my decision not solely on price (which was a bit cheaper than the other two), but also on the fact that The Gutter Guy was highly recommended on Angie's List. After our initial meeting, we were able to schedule an appointment for about a week a later. A team of three arrived at around 8:30am and worked tirelessly until about 2pm until the job was complete. They cleaned up all the debris when they were done. I asked them after they finished the job if they had enough material to put a matching leader on the air conditioning vent pipe (which was not part of the original contract, so it was wishful thinking on my part), but they just didn't have enough material. After they left Marty called me and told me his crew mentioned my request, and he wants to send them back on another day to do it for me at no extra charge. This kind of service is very scarce nowadays, and I was very impressed, to say the least. They came back and installed the leader to hide the vent pipe, and now everything looks great. I highly recommend The Gutter Guy. They're fair, honest, and go out of their way to make a customer happy.

They showed up as scheduled and replace the leaders and gutters very quickly. I have a small house so it was not that big of a job. I was very happy with the results.

They arrived on time, talked to me before starting the work and then did the work. They cleaned up well and took the old gutters away.

Outstanding service across the board from "The Gutter Guy". Work was completed as scheduled and made a significant impact on the curb appeal of the house. Great job in installing new aluminum trim on new windows and doors. Great job in the cleanup and property was left spotless of all materials, scraps, etc.

There was a confusion as to my starting date, however Marty made it up to me and his crew did an excellent job. A screen was torn during installation and the crew took it with them and it was returned, fixed, 3 days later. Can't ask for more than that. My husband and I would recommend Gutter Guy.

Other than coming 1 hour late and NOT calling the 2 men did a great job. and they cleaned up after themselves and wouldn't accept tips! Marty, the salesman, was a great salesman.. very friendly and charming and kept his word regarding price and quality of work.

The work was initially 80% finished. It took 4 months to complete the job. If it weren't for Angie's List, the work would still not be finished.

The men came when they said they would and completed the job efficiently. They were very professional and cleaned up the area when they were done. I would definitely recommend the company.

I hired the Gutter Guy to clean out the gutter of my house in April of 2012. The workers were punctual and performed the intended job as expected. Although they I did not climb up the ladder and inspect the gutter myself, I have to say that the job was done correctly as all gutter were free flowing again and the one gutter that began to fall down was fixed and had not falled since.

I called and was able to get an estimate for my job the next day. After that it was a slow process to get the men to do the work. Apparently they're quite busy, so I had to get on the schedule. After approximately three weeks, I got a call that the men would come the next day. They were prompt and did a fine, quick job to complete my repair. I would definitely use The Gutter Guy again, especially if I weren't in a big hurry (which I wasn't).

Guys came out and finished the job in one day. On-site foreman walked me through job, and then worked with me on direction I wanted gutters to run. Very neat; high quality work.

Job went well. Marty came by for an initial estimate when he said he would. We scheduled the install once the roof was completed. He under promised and over delivered as he originally told me 7 days, but came in 4. His crew did a nice job. Took off all old gutters and asked all necessary questions upon finding coax cabling attached to the downspouts. I did watch them a few times, and did catch a placement issue and stopped them before it went up fully. No big deal, but just a brain fart on their part. They repaired a 7' section of fascia that was very rotted. That looks much better now. They cleaned up failrly well, I helped because Id rather not step on sheet metal and rusty nails. There were a lot of nails left over from the roof install still in the gutters, so I cant really blame them for not finding every one. Possibly they should use one of those magnetic rollers that roofers use to clean up. They did get out a leaf blower and that did a nice job with the dirt that came out of the old gutters. I would recommend them to friends and family. Marty is a nice guy, easy to talk to.

They came when you were away, did the whole job, and left the bill. They came when they said they were going to come and did the job right. I am very happy with their work.

I contacted Gutter Guys because I needed a cleaning. The receptionist took my information and explained that they would be able to clean my gutter when they are in my area, within approximately 12 days. I agreed, and eventually she contacted me the day before they were going to come by. The next day they came by and I was very impressed with their professionalism. They went straight to work, and cleaned it no time. When they were done, they informed me about their findings and suggestions. Great Company! I will make them my go to company. I highly recommend them!

They were great. Their price was good and they came on time.

A totally positive and painless experience! The salesman responded within 2 days. The office staff was pleasant and forwarded the changes I requested within another 2 days. The crew arrived and completed the work in barely more than 90 minutes! The job site was left clean. I found only one screw and a small piece of sheetmetal from the old gutters in a bush at the back of the house. Since installation there have been a number of heavy rain storms not to mention a hurricane and everything is as tight as when installed. I would not hesitate to recommend The Gutter Guy.

It went well. The workers were very courteous. Getting the appointment was a bit more difficult as we were scheduled for the following week but they called and asked to come one week earlier because they would be in the neighborhood. We were concerned about their working on a wet surface (it had rained earlier that morning) and getting all the leaves, which we assumed they got.

It went as planned. No surprises.

Marty was very effective in evaluating the situation, showing me the type of materials that would be used, and providing a reasonable estimate, both for cost and time needed to do the work. The workcrew came on time, checked the drywell drainages for capacity (they passed), removed the old gutters and downspouts, stripped the rotted facia and replaced it, fabricated the new gutter system, installed it, and, threw in a roof repair and a skylight caulking for good measure. Marty was there at times to supervise, but really the crew knew exactly what to do and how to do it. They finished early, and there were no debris left after they cleaned up. Since there was less facia damage than we had estimated, they came in under estimate. I decided to wait for a real rainstorm before posting a review. That rainstorm was Hurricane Sandy. For the first time in years, we had no water in the basement after a rain. Two weeks later, when we got phones and power back, I called The Gutter Guy to ask if they could fix the damaged section of gutter that was hit by a flying tree limb. They came promptly, repaired 6 feet of gutter, cleaned all the gutters, and blew the debris off my roof for $150. Everyone at The Gutter Guy from telephone reception, to installation, to repair (and Marty, of course) was friendly, professional, prompt, and highly competent.

I was very pleased with their service and would use this company again in the future.

It took a while to schedule, but when they did come, they did a good job.
