Since I can't climb ladders anymore, I have to assume that they did good work. I know that the water that used to be pouring out over the gutters is now going through the gutters and down the leaders, as it is supposed to do. Pedro was very good at customer service, very professional and polite. Oh-- and they clipped some tree branches that were banging against the gutters during windy days and storms. I was very pleased and will call them next time.

They were very responsive and helpful. In fact, I received a return call the morning after my call to them. The workers were punctual and cleaned up. They offered other services but I declined. They were nice about accepting my decision. As requested, I was provided with a list of houses in my area to view their work and product. The owner even came back with a sample of their gutter. Two other companies didn't call back until their work was finished.

We've used Gutter Guy in the past. But over the last year and a half they have become extremely unreliable. They've messed up both last year and this. This fall, I called them about the 5th of November and asked for a cleaning during the last ten days of November or the first week of December. They promised me about that timeframe. When they didn't show up by about the 3rd of December I called them and they promised they'd be by within the next week. They explained they'd taken a four day Thanksgiving weekend and were busy. They never showed. As a result, when it rained 10 days ago, my basement flooded. I strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you can get them to give you a firm date. They charge $150 for a 20 minute gutter cleaning which is pricey, but I was willing since I'm too old to do that climbing. Never again with this guy as they just cannot be relied upon. When they actually show up, their work is fine.

We removed the bulk of the old gutters and replaced fascia that needed to be replaced prior to the crew's arrival. The crew arrived about an hour after the appointment time. We originally dealt with Marty who really seemed to know his stuff and made excellent suggestions. This crew of two, while pleasant and friendly, were definitely not experienced in this type of work. Placement of the downspouts were not as originally laid out and end caps are leaking as we speak. Suggestions for the placement of the down spouts seemed to indicate a lack of knowledge on the crewman's part. The placement of the downspouts are not aesthetically & consistently placed i.e. there were three originally in the in front of the house, now the one in the middle is in front, one is in the back, one is in the middle of the gutter (which I understand is not efficient as the gutter is slightly graded for proper drainage). Some have leaders on the bottom leading the water away from the house, some just drop next to the foundation. The absolute worst of it, though is that rather than move the placement of the downspout or extending the gutter itself another inch or so for sufficient clearance on the bottom elbows, they chose to hack away at two of our recently finished (literally two weeks ago) cultured stone siding stones and in the process cracked them. These were the corner stones no less and just like the rest of the stacked stones are all different shapes and sizes per box; we do not have the same two left in the remaining pieces and we will have to purchase another box in the hopes there are those two same sizes will be there in order to replace them. This was done without our knowledge and permission while I was inside the house. We have spoken to the owner and we are awaiting his response. The owner, Gary has been in touch with us and is trying to make good on the stones and the work. Unfortunately, between the weather and both of our work schedules and illnesses, we have not been able to rectify it yet. I feel he is honest and will do the right thing. For that, I will upgrade my review to a C. Once it is completed, I will update again.

They were very good. They cleaned up and gave me a good price compared to other people that I checked out on. They were reliable and on time. I felt they were very honest.

The crew worked quickly and efficiently. They listened to my input and did a great job. I would recommend them.

HE came on the date he said he would and charged what he said he was going to charge. Everything was done to my satisfaction. His work was excellent.

I called The Gutter Guy on Thurs for an estimate due to the overwhelming favorable reviews on Angie's List. On Friday, Marty showed up, measured, and emailed a detailed quote on the same day. I called him back and he scheduled me for the following Monday, between 8 and 10 AM. On Monday, at 10:30 AM, when no one showed up, I called the office and was told that they had lost several employees over the weekend and that they would call me to reschedule. By mid afternoon, no one had called and I left an angry message on Marty's voicemail and sent an email requesting a call back by 3 PM or I would go elsewhere. A few minutes later, I received a call from Gary, the owner of the business. I told him that the least they could have done was pick up a phone to let me know that the crew would not be coming. Gary explained that they had, in fact, lost employees over the weekend. The employee they had lost was Marty, who had done my measuring and quoting. Gary explained that Marty, who had worked for him for many years, had started his own gutter business and taken several of his crews with him, without any prior notice. After hearing this I realized the reason for the disarray and agreed to reschedule with a very apologetic Gary. The next day, the crew showed up on time and did a great job of installing the gutters. I especially like the fact that this company offers the larger, 6 inch gutters and larger leaders, which are better at handling large volumes of rain and also less prone to becoming clogged with debris. Many of the companies I had called, do not offetr this product. Hopefully, Gary has resolved his labor problems. I would definitely use him again.

After mis-communication's with The Gutter Guy's office, Gary Zarza, the owner of the company, rectified the situation quickly and the job was done. His crew was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were very satisfied and would use The Gutter Guy again.

We had contacted Marty as we had a problem with our gutter system. He was at our house the very next morning to assess the work that needed to be done. We have a drywell system and were not familiar with how the system worked. Marty was very professional and knowledgeable . He got right down in the dirt and was able to replace the gutter with a PVC pipe connector after determining that the gutter that went into the drywell had deteriorated. The job was completed on the same day. He was very professional and did not look to do work that was not needed. We give Marty an A+ and recommend using his services.

He was very efficient, punctual, and did great work. His quote was accurate, no hidden charges. And they cleaned up well.

Did an excellent jog

Only complaint was the original estimate didn't include what we considered to be a necessary section of roof and on the day of installation the crew arrived several hours later than promised. Otherwise we were very happy with the results and would recommend them.

We received a very fair estimate for this job, as our rear leaders / down spouts were difficult to access. One was wedged behind a shed and the house, while the leader on the other side went through my deck and under it. Also both the front and rear gutters had cable TV wire running along their paths, but this was no problem for the workers.. On the scheduled day we had planned a little vacation, but their office worker said they could do the job without us home. I left them a check at a specified backyard location and left for a couple of days and hoped for the best. Upon returning from our trip I immediately noticed our spanking new and shiny white gutters and leaders around the entire house & attached garage. Curb appeal was up to new levels as our old, dirty dented up old gutters were gone.. Their work was top notch and impeccable. When I walked around the property I couldn't even find a nail or any debris on the ground. If you are looking for a gutter guy, call the GUTTER GUYS !!!

They did a good job. They were reasonable and were very attentive. I liked them so much I even purchased a service plan from them for a clean every 6 months.

I got a few estimates. They were not the cheapest, however not much more , pricing was fair, and they got back to me with a price and a date and it was done. It looks like the problems have all been addressed. The workers were knowlegable and polite. I would reccommend.

I drove around and looked at what his product looked st addresses around my house and was not pleased with what I saw. The Price he quoted twice what I would up getting

I was impressed that the Gutter Guy's actually stuck to their price. Typically, when gutter cleaners come to my house they raise the price by at least 3X because of the size and slope. I was told on the phone that they don't give estimates and larger houses are $150. I said "great"...sign me up. I received a courtesy phone call that the guys were on their way and 10 minutes later they were there. They did the job fast, they cleaned up and never said a word about charging more. I'll certainly be using them again each year.

They did well and worked with me on the house painting time line.

They came on time, removed the old gutters, added soffits where needed, replaced with new gutters and left no mess. They were in and out within a very short period of time.

called on a monday and the woman who answered the phone was rude- i figured maybe she was having a bad day, i waited on hold and was disconnected, called back and she yelled at me, said I would get someone any faster. said someone would call within 3 business days, no one called, on Saturday someone was on my front lawn measuring, they never called or gave me any indication they were coming, when I told the guy I hired someone else he was VERY angry. I tell everyone I know on social media NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

We got them from Angie's List. They were fine. They did their job. (3:23) they seemed to be fair and fairly priced. They did a good job as far as I can tell. The price seemed to be comparable to others so pricing seemed fair. They were on time and so forth. I intend to use them in the future. Update: The Gutter Guy was actually supposed to show up to my home the very next day, but never showed. I attempted to get in touch with him and he never called back. So I will not be using him again. Note-- The grades are reflective of his previous work the year before.
