Please be advised that we "The Gutter Guy Inc" did NOT do this gutter clean nor is he in my system. Besides NOT being in my system I also checked out our schedule for that day November 10th and he was NOT on my schedule. Please have customer remove this F and put it towards the correct gutter company. I appreciate your help in this matter.

Description of Work: The Gutter Guys provided a gutter cleaning service for me on Saturday Nov 8, 2014. John was always easy to get a hold of and the crew arrived on time on the day of the service. They did a great job and cleaned up afterward as well as giving me a complete assesment of the atate of my gutters along with a quote for recommended future maintanence.

Description of Work: They took down our old gutters and put up new ones in about an hour. When my husband came home he noticed they didn't put 2 downspouts in the back of the house like we asked. We called them up and they were very professional about it they apologized and returned within a couple of days to fix it like we originally wanted with 2 downspouts at no extra cost with no fuss.

Description of Work: They replaced all the gutters and fascia on my two story home. Marty was a gentleman to deal with. He gave an excellent price and completed work when he said it would be done. They did my whole house in under 4 hours in the pouring rain ! When they were done everything was cleaned up like they had never been there. Would highly recommend. John Whitton

Description of Work: Marty and his crew did an excellent job and our gutters look excellent. Marty was prompt to answer all questions and returned phone call quickly. We had some minor repair work done which necessitated taking the gutters down and reinstalling after the original job was finished. Marty had his men over to take care of it and charged me nothing. I highly recommend The Gutter Guy!

We have been calling these People ever since they called and the phone is constantly BUSY. This MUST be a crank call, or even more sadly, it is probably a competitor sadly trying to get our A grade down. I figured this out after the 14th call, looking at the name, (Member name removed), that sounds a lot like another saying that I won't say, but you can figure it out. We have been deluged with phone calls and have been working 7 days a week, 16 Hrs a day, so if we don't get to you soon, we WILL call and let you know. After the winter we have had, every other house has had a Gutter fall off, we must get 100 calls a day and we have been trying our best to get to everyone, but to have someone do this to us is NOT RIGHT. I would give out the phone # so any or everyone can call and see what I am talking about, but that is not right, so I am not going to STOOP that low, SORRY

IT IMPRESSED ME AS TO HOW QUICK THEY WERE. THE JOB WAS STARTED AFTER I LEFT FOR WORK, WHEN I GOT HOME THE WORKERS WERE GONE AND THE WORK WAS DONE. WE'VE HAD SOME HEAVY STORMS, BUT THE GUTTERS ARE HOLDING UP WELL.
