They replaced the switch, and it took them an hour to do the work with one tech. Since it was covered under the warranty, I didn't have to pay a service charge.

The heating system in my home stop working. I called GalletAir looking for help. They had someone working in the area and he came over within an hour. He replaced the broken igniter and the heat was working in no time at all. James was very polite and answered any questions I had.

Five guys arrived on time one was sent to homedepot to get lumber to strengthen the stairs before they removed old boiler very neat put floor matting down on floor and stairs they were there from 9am 7:30pm worked all day they did a great job nice and neat will use them again when 2yr parts and labor gar.runs for servic contract. All the workers were very nice and explained everything easy to talk to

All went well. Service guy was on time, professional and found and repaired my problem.

The experience went fine, however a rep from the company was suppose to come back and install a permanent filter as the temporary filter is still in place. They never came back, and they never called to confirm an appointment. Very disappointed with their lack of follow - up as this was an expensive job.

I don't get an immediate appointment. I usually have to wait a week or 2, but they keep the appointment. They are on time. If they are going to be late or when they are coming, they always give me a call and they say they will be here in 10 minutes or whatever. Their work is clean and they are very nice.

He came to the house. He was very friendly and he saved me $1000.00. He was honest.

I think they did a good job. They came when they were scheduled. They were a little pricey, but they did a good job. I have a yearly contract with them.

They came the day after I called. They were supposed to be at the house between 2 and 5 but the service person called around 4:30 to let us know that they would be late. That was fine with me because I was a new customer and it was a Friday afternoon. They could have told me I had to wait another day. Everything went fine. We're waiting to hear on the price of the service contract.

Paul was an extreme professional not only being an expert in his craft but being able to explain to us what had transpired and the solution. We are very pleased with the outcome of this service and the expertise provided and will plan to utilize for my annual service

This is how you run a business. I originally hired GA in April to fix my central AC. It wasn't until recently that I knew the fix wasn't the right fix because the AC was still running sub-par. Although there was a 30 day warranty on service, GA understood that I couldn't have found this out until the recent hot weather. They honored the warranty, clearly listened to all my concerns, and were extremely pleasant/friendly during their recent visit. They also gave my kids little portable fans for free and turned down a tip, even though I tried twice. Ok, the problem wasn't fixed the first time, but it happens and these guys certainly kept me as a lifelong client.

The employees were all excellent, the installation went smoothly however one unit in the second floor bedroom did not work properly from the minute it was installed. It took several visits before it was determined that there was a problem in the installation and the unit worked partially after that. Repeat calls and visits were disappointing as they continued to say that there was nothing wrong with the unit. Last summer I was told that it was too hot outside for it to really cool the room down. How come the other 4 units were cooling the room. Once again the summer is here and again the unit does not work. Would not recommend anyone to purchase this air conditioning.

John Ronan and his partner did an excellent job. They moved all the furniture out of the way and moved the furniture back. Please note that it was a rainy day and it could have left a big mess inside the house. They were very careful in keeping the house dry and clean. All the supply ducts were cleaned from the exit points in the room. They also cleaned the return ducts from the central A/C unit. They also inspected the unit and cleaned the coils and the filters. I had questions concerning my unit and he was very patient and answered all my questions. I would definitely used them again and even ask them to provide a quote if I plan to have additional A/C units installed

They said they would finish the install in one day and they did, despite having to make last minute changes of plans due to structural issues in the home. The installers were pleasant, patient when explaining each step of what they doing, and extremely hard working. I was very impressed. My wife had some misgivings about register placement and the man in charge of that aspect of the work, worked with her to come to a mutually agreeable solution. The install looks to be professionaly done. They cleaned up afterwards and the lead man with 2 of his guys stayed until 7PM on a Friday to make sure that everything was in perfect working order. We haven't had the chance to actually use the system given the unseasonably cold weather we are having. I will report back when we can test the system in hot, humid weather.

They came during the time window promised and very efficiently cleaned the AC duct work and inspected the air handler and turned on the system for the season. We also decided to sign up for a service contract. The men were extremely professional and we felt very comfortable having them in our home.

Even competitors told me that I could never go wrong hiring Gallett Air, and that's worth a lot. If you are looking for a high quality job and a well thought-out solution that gives you great comfort for your home, including humidity control and multi-zones, then you can't go wrong by hiring Gallett Air. Not to mention that they have a very solid infrastructure (lots of crews) and can start working right away. Highly recommended!!

Gallettair is an outstanding contractor. They just replaced my old central heat and ac equipment.The entire team is excellent. First i met with Mike Fuller who sold me the equipment. Mike is very experienced,smart and delightful to deal with. The price of the job was very fair and Mike takes care of everything. The job ran exactly as Mike said it would.The installation crew of John D,Kyle,Jimmy and Tom J were a pleasure to have in my house.They arrived on time and treated my house as if it was their house. The entire crew in addition to being highly skilled are professional and friendly. They respond to all questions and keep you informed.The entire crew is very hard working. My house was left spotless.I expect to replace my other hvac system in two years and will gladly use Gallettair.

It has a few problems. The whole system had to be cleaned out. They did an excellent job. They also repaired the major air intake going into the unit. I now have the unit under contract with them.

Went well we had a older unit do we had to wait 3 days for the part but once it came in they were ar the house to trace it. They were very knowlegable and definitely knew their stuff. I would highly recommend them.A bit high on pricing but they did an excellent

Job was completed very satisfactorily...on time, reasonable cost. We were very satisfied.

Crew arrived on time and and put down floor protection before starting work. Began by explaining all work that would be performed. Discussed and agreed upon placement of new AC registers in each room. Built a custom heating register to fit under new kitchen cabinet. Crew was polite and friendly, able to answer any questions that came up. Initial estimate was performed by Carmine, owner, and Tommy. Tommy informed the crew of all the work originally discussed from the estimate and was on-site at the beginning of each day to review the work and address any concerns or questions. Also made himself available as needed and called to confirm any decisions that needed to be made before doing the work not previously discussed. Job was done very professionally and crew cleaned up upon completion of the job.

All work done in a half an hour. We have gas hot water system with 3 zones and a super stor 45 gal tank No heat in 1 zone no hot water tested the zone valves, both bad, replaced valves cleaned up very professional very knowledgeable serviceman discussed service contract

GallettAir is a professionally operated company. This company installed a new gas boiler and hot water heater for me a couple of months ago. Since then I've reached out to them to come back with some follow up items and each and every time they were prompt, courteous and professional. It's not just about finding a company that sells a boiler or heater for the least expensive price. Even though Gallet's pricing was very competitive among the bids I received, most importantly their installation process and subsequent service calls were handeled very professionally. They are the entire package at a competitive price.
