The first day they came, they diagnosed the problem but the unit had to defrost for at least 24 hours before they could fix it. They did not charge me and then put me right back on the schedule for the next business day. At that time, they came and did a minor adjustment, only charging me for a service call but not for the minor repair. Both service men who came were incredibly nice and provided me with excellent information.

The rep. Mike Fuller was professional, cooperative & accommodating. He was a pleasure to work with & is there if you need him. The installers were professional, respectful of our home & did a fine job. I would not hesitate recommending them.

My experience with GallettAir continues to be a 5 star experience. I came home from work during the horrible heat wave a couple weeks ago and my central AC was not working the temp in my house was over 90 degrees!! I was beyond crazed at this point due to the heat and the late hour I am thinking I have to try and sleep in this sauna of a house well not the case I contacted the owner Carmine and he came out to my house at 9:00 that night to take a look at my system. It turned out it was a factory recall on a part he returned with the part fixed my central AC and my home was cool in no time. Carmine truly cares about his customers and goes that extra mile again and again. I remain extremely confident and happy with my choice of GallettAir and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We called Gallettair on the morning of a July 3rd because we were having issues with our air conditioner. First we were shocked that someone picked up the phone during a holiday weekend but as soon as the operator heard it was leaking through our ceiling she immediately tried to get us scheduled. By the afternoon Matthew was at our house diagnosing the problem and providing cost effective options. He was patient and knowledgeable. We felt confident in his service but more so he provided us immediate solution and a long term plan.

The repair went quickly and properly, Carmine was one of the nicest people I have ever met. I will use his services forever and now my brother and my neighbors will be using his firm. He doesn't need to advertise. His excellent and honest work speaks for itself. I highly recommend GalletAir fro all your heating and cooling needs.

We are VERY pleased with the AC installation that GallettAir did for us. The work was done neatly and efficiently and the installers seemed to be knowledgable and experienced, and willing to patiently answer all of our questions. The office staff is also a pleasure to work with.

They came quickly, on time, figured out our issue right away (issues actually- there were three of them), and our house is now freezing again. Pretty sure the whole visit took maybe 20 minutes. Thank you!

I hired Gallett to do some routine maintenance on my air conditioner. When they finished, a piece of insulation was hanging down. I called them and they came back to put it back in. A week later, the insulation is out again, so I call Gallett and they said they aren't coming back to put it back in because I never paid for that work. Then a few days later, the compressor started going out in my unit. I called them to have them come back and look and they originally gave me an appointment. They called later and asked if the unit was working, I said that it was working inter-mentally since they came out. They told that since it is working they will be not be coming out. I felt that they were nasty about it when they said they wouldn't be coming. UPDATE: 6/16/2017 Gallet called me this morning and explained the problem because Con-ed dropped the power by 5%. We were able to work things out and I am satisfied with his explanation.

I called GallettAir on a Friday and they were able to get to my house on Monday (on time). They figured out my issue quickly and recommended the best way to resolve my issue for the long term. They gave me all the options and prices up front. I ended up signing a service contract for both of my units which ends up being a great deal to help keep my system up and running each year. Would highly recommend.

They told they were going to come at a certain time and they came at that time. They told me they would not leave my house until it was all completed. They had to do everything from scratch. I was very impressed.

Install went fine but was done in late fall so I have not used it yet.

They just came, they checked, and everything is alright.

Smoothly and efficiently. Detectors installed and connected to my phone via my wi fi connection. Have worked with them previously and find them to be an excellent company.

Called to get a price on a service call simply to install a filter & re-hang some ductwork. I was told $270 for the first hour, $85 each additional. I replied I thought that was expensive, & person I spoke with told me that they were very busy & that was their fee. I could have done without the attitude, however.

The guy who showed up said he was the service manager but he gave me no confidence he had any idea what he was doing. He promised he would email my estimates for several different systems I was interested in but I never heard anything from him again. Why would you do business with someone who didn't seem to know what they were talking about and then never responds with an estimate.

Wanted $85 - $100 up front........... did not use went with DML&S. There was no charge to come and they fixed it! Very compassionate in what they do and it had nothing to do with no charge to come through the front door! They are a family owned business and seem to really care about their customers!! I am a customer of their's now!!!

This is probably the best experience I've ever had with a service company. Their price was competitive. They got to us in less than a week, completed the job in one day, as promised. They had to bring in extra men and worked 11 1/2 hours, but they got it done. Jonathan and Jordan, the main crew, were polite, professional and a delight to deal with. They covered all my carpets, vacuumed better than I do, cleaned away any fingerprints they left and carted away all the debris. Great experience!

They were great ! We found water leaking from our bedroom ceiling last night ( at 9pm)and that was related to our AC. I called the number and someone called me back right away. The gentleman said he would have someone call me in the morning. First thing this morning I was called and scheduled. Mike came. He was neat, professional and repaired the problem right away.

Wanted to leave a review for our first service contract emergency call. I called GallettAir late Monday night to report we had no heat and they were very responsive, they did say it may be some time as their trucks were spread out on other calls (understandable). The tech called when he was on the way some time later and when he arrived, did a very thorough job troubleshooting our heating system, replaced some parts, etc. VERY professional and friendly. It turned out that there was an issue with our gas pressure and he advised us to call National Grid, and told us what exactly was wrong and made sure National Grid was coming to fix it on their end. He assured us our system was working properly and National Grid should be able to take it from there. (National Grid did come and fix the issue with the gas) The pleasant surprise was the phone call the next day form the GallettAir technician to make sure everything went OK. That's terrific customer service.

Called to make an appointment. Told me they would be there between 12-5. I told them to call before they came that day. Salesperson called at 2:30; called him back in 30 minutes. No response. Called again 45 minutes later b/c did not hear back. Told me because he didn't hear from me, he could no longer make the appointment. Would never use this Company.

It was in the middle of a heat streak and despite being very busy they made time for a same day call since I would not be available for a week. All the necessary parts for repair service see on the truck. The service man was very quick neat and polite. The redt of our evening was nice and cool!

Fantastic work!!! Carmine & Pauly just replaced my water heater. My water heater initially stopped working a few months ago while I was out of town. I then asked a friend to get it replaced. He then asked a friend who is a "plummer". To make a long story short they replaced my power vent water heater with a standard water heater that requires a chimney which my home is not built with. I cant count the number of times I had to manually light the Pilot because it would go out whenever it was windy.... After deciding to have the water heater replaced communicating with GallettAir was a breeze. I found the staff very professional. My initial installation date was cancelled; however I was informed in advance and I was able to choose a date that worked well for both of us. On the day of installation I was notified by the office when they were en route to my destination. During the installation process they had no problem answering my questions regarding the heating system. They were very professional I felt as ease working with them. And most of all they cleaned up after they were finished. Overall it was just a pleasure working with them. I hope to continue doing business with them. However, I do hope my Rheem Power vent water heater keeps working for years to come...

Very professional crews and manager/estimator. Our situation was unique in that my baseboard heating system needed to be bypassed and a heater coil needed to be installed on the existing A/C air handler to provide a new heat source. .Although the job was not technically complex it required a seasoned professional to do the work. New ductwork had to be installed as well as a new connection to the existing boiler to provide the necessary hot water supply to the new heating coil. Mike and his team were highly professional. Although it did require two different crews to accomplish on two separate days the work was done quite satisfactorily. The job some has some additional work to still be done, (changing two return vents and filters, as the air returns that they put in are not functioning well. Much to his credit Mike came back and is now going to change out the return vents and install permanent metal air filters which will make it much easier to maintain. I will provide a follow up to update the review after the new returns and filters are installed. Also during the installation, in the attic, one of the workers inadvertently stepped on one of our recessed lights and damaged the ceiling. It's a tough arear to work so although unfortunate I can easily understand how it could happen. They will make good on the repair. Additional items. When my system broke down I had three quotations. GallettAir was in the middle on pricing however what drew me to use them was the write-up. Mike provided an assessment of the current system as well as a detailed estimate of the work to be done. Since I don't know all that much about heating and cooling systems it provided me with information that I could understand easily. This not only helped me in making my decision but also gave me confidence that these people knew what they were doing. I will provide a final update when everything is finalized. Needless to say, I would recommend this company without hesitation.
