Heat stop working on cold Sunday night and called the emergency service. I left a message and got no response back that night. I do not have a contract with this company. I called again Monday morning and they proceeded to assist me with my problem. They came out the same day and got the heat started. Informed me I needed to replace a part and ordered it. Set up a appointment to come back and replace the part. Everything went well and I will be looking into signing a service contract with this company.

After it appears my initial estimate was lost internally I was recently contacted not only by a very coruteous rep but also the president of the company. My second experience with them was so positive there is a very good chance I will be a long time client of theirs.

We had no heat in our home. It has been bitterly cold in this area for days with more frigid weather to come. We really needed someone to come quickly and help make our home warm again. We called at 9:30AM on a Sunday and they were onsite at our home by 1PM. They assessed the situation and found a bad connection on the wires connecting the thermostat to the furnace. (my layman's terms). They responsive, professional, knowledgeable and nice too! We are so very thankful for their help and would call them again in a heartbeat. THANKS AGAIN!

Mike (R.?) came within four hours of our service call (and we do not have a service contract) so I thought that was pretty good. He professionally diagnosed the problem and kept me informed every step of the way via phone (I was not home). He replaced the parts, tested everything and then charged us a fair (but not low cost) price. I would rate him as excellent and the service provided by his company as outstanding, considering that a few other plumbers I called did not even call back until much later. Definitely would use them again and consider them for pre-planned project work.

Re-lit pilot light. I have a service contract with them for heat and A/C as a new customer. They have been polite, professional and competent in my limited experience.

They cleaned and sanitized the central air conditioning ducts. They clearly explained what they could and could not do regarding the mold problem and advised me how to repair the situation. It was so wonderful to deal with a KNOWLEDGABLE service provider who was willing to help. Neat, clean, courteous and they did a GREAT job.

Uncooperative. I have been a less than satisfied customer for several years. In the past I experienced a no show appointment by the owner with no explanation or apology. Yesterday I called to renew my service contract but was informed that it had been closed out and that I needed an inspection of my system for reissue. OK. The representative offered me two windows of service I believe 8 to 12 or 1 to 5. I explained that I work and asked for a call before. The agent put me on hold and consulted with her manager (Terry Fuller), the agent offered me a unacceptable window and refused a call ahead. There appears to be a serious lack in this companies customer service policies.

I hired this company to clean the air ducts to my gas furnace. I have approximately 15 vents and 1 zone. Aside from the woman answering the phone who seemed 'out of it' (she kept asking me if I was giving her my correct phone number and said there is a 5-hour window to wait for the guys to show up which is incorrect), the servicemen came promptly, assessed my near 50 year old furnace and were clean and thorough. The servicemen had to leave for about 40 mins during their time at my house but came back to finish the job without problem. They also accepted a $50 coupon I found in the paper. The forced air in my home definitely seems cleaner (less dust floating around). The guys' truck did leave oil stains in my driveway but I did not call the office to let my gripe be known so that is on me. Overall it went well.

I am very impressed with GallettAir Inc. Initial contact with the company by phone was pleasant, courteous and efficient. The service tech arrived within the appointment window, to perform a pre-service contract inspection. Fortunately, he discovered a problem with our boiler that would soon have caused a serious problem. He resolved the problem quickly, at what I consider a fair price. The service contract is in place, and I am confident that if I need emergency service, it will be handled properly. If anything changes, I will advise.

Came in and did an estimate that was exactly on the nose. I paid them upfront and they did not charge me one penny more. They installed a new humidifier and also stuck with their estimate. They are very prompt and left everything clean when they left. They showed up when they said they would.

The serviceman was late but the office had called to inform me that he was delayed Inspected all heating units changed all filters provided instruction on proper maintenance of system inspected hot water tank

They were punctual and very polite and professional. They explained everything that was to be done and made it a fact to protect our floors. They were also very thorough cleaning. They even went beyond their duty to tape up the dryer vent that kept coming apart at the seams. They went so far as to tell me how I can keep up the maintenance of the ducts and heating system. I will definitely doing business with them in the future! Thanks!

I scheduled an appointment and John Ronan came on time with his associate Dan. My furnace had never been cleaned and it was 15 years old. They whip cleaned my return & supply trunk lines, blew out all supply registers, changed the filter and sanitized the system. The work entailed making some holes in the trunk lines, but they were patched so well that I could not tell any work had been done. They did not try to sell me any extras - like mold clean up - and gladly took my $50 coupon. The work took a few hours and was done professionally and cleanly. I would recommend this company and plan to use them again.

Paul, Tommy and his crew did an excellent job in removing an old boiler and installing a new one. They were very professional and courteous in their work, having had to work in a tight space. They worked till late hours to make sure that the work got done and that we would have heat and hot water before leaving. Highly recommend them.

It took months to get a appointment which was reasonable given all the repairs from Sandy and the estimator was professional and very helpful but the problem was that after promising a quick response and quote they called after 2 weeks indicating they were delayed and would get back shortly. Weeks later still no response. Sadly wasted all these months and have to start all over. They seem like an excellent company but it has cost us valuable months. They called immediately after seeing the review to indicate they though they sent the quote and offer their apologies and the technician immediately came over with a partial quote. They were suppose to provide two options (full house AC and partial whole house and split units) but we did get a very detailed quote for one of the options. The price seamed reasonable.

We have a service contract with Gallett and I find their service men knowledgeable and polite. Before the refrigerator repair which cost us nothing they installed a new water pump for the A/C the total price for that was $250.00 which seems to be the correct price for a new pump

Called in late June for an appt but so busy could not see me until July. Salesman was on time and very professional with excellent brochures, however, price was too high! Competitors offered more BTUs for $5500 to $6,800. They were the highest by FAR of all the vendors I interviewed.

Appointment was scheduled for about a week from the date of my call. Realized that our A/C ductwork had become dirty, but didn't know if there might also be mold present. Two skilled technicians came to the house, right on time, explained what they were about to do, and set about the task very efficiently and cleanly. (Using truck-mounted vacuum equipment.) We thought we might have mold on the coils, and the lead-technician went up into the attic, checked and concluded that absolutely no additional work there was needed! Did NOT try to sell us any additional, unnecessary services. They did make several suggestions about filters, that would keep the sytem cleaner longer. (Actually, was good advice!) They vacuumed up the area in which most of the work was done! They left the house clean! They applied the discount coupon from Angie's List with no hesitation. Cost was very reasonable. While I hope it will be a few more years until we need the ducts cleaned again, at that time we absolutely would plan to call them!

Very nice & neat work done. No mess left on premises. All the technicians & supervisor that came were very friendly & helpful. Most importantly PROFESSIONAL.!!! They even fill out & file all the tax rebate paperwork on the spot. Highly recommendable company!!!

we lost two 4 ton and 1 2.5 ton central A/C units during Hurricane Sandy and decided to replace the two 4 ton units now because we had an excellent experience with Galliettair previously which we had reported to Angie's List we decide to contact them again. All the office staff Teresa, Joanne, etc... were pleasant an helpful and an appointment was made promptly and we met with Mike Fuller who was also present knowledgable and honorable. we also decided to replace the 2 air handlers that were located in the attic. Although Mike helpled us with any discounts available the cost was still $16,000 at first they said they couldn't install until the first week of august, but on their own they came earlier and installed on july 20th of 2013 which was greatly appreciated. John, a no nonsense foreman was determined to complete the job in one day which he did. They had t hoist the units on to a 6ft. high platform reconnect the electrical wiring remove the old handlers from the attic and replace them. THey did that through the A/C vent in the ceiling. They also installed two new thermostats They were neat and thorough. They are returning to give us two large permanent custom A/C vents.

They did a great job overall. They especially did a fantastic job with the follow up work. It was a very personalized experience.

I called Galette after a bad experience with the company that installed my system. The girls on the phone couldn't have been nicer and they set me up with an appointment right away. Too bad the technician was 3 hours late. I repeatedly called for an estimate on the repairs and a service contract and each time someone said that they would get back to me and never did. I suppose they have so much business from Angie's list that they don't care of they lose a customer here and there.

They were great. He's a wonderful and nice man. He was professional and everything that you would want. He was very knowledgeable, I'm sure he would have done an excellent job. They're very busy so he said it would take them a couple of weeks before he could do an estimate and he was true to his word. He came about 2 weeks after. He looked around and gave me a printed paper. He has a nice folder with his company logo. It was nicely done. If it was quality of work, I'd have no problems hiring him but money was into it and the thing is I wouldn't go and nitpick the choice. If it was a minor amount, I would lean towards him from what I felt.

Very good. He explained how often to change them, and if there were any future problems to call them.

Everything was excellent. The owner came and was very knowledgeable and professional. The quote was a little high and I asked him why it was so high. He had to explain to me it was just because of the type of work that needed to be done.
