I liked the fee she was going to charge and there is nothing else outstanding.

Overall, Kathy was reliable and professional. She did a walk through of our home in July and gave us an estimate of $750. She told us that if it took her longer than her estimate we would not be charged more; if it took her less time she would deduct the cost. In the end, it did not take as long to complete as she estimated and she requested $700.00 which seemed fair. Her estimates were also in line with other estimates we received. Because our home was built in 1925 we were unsure what areas of the kitchen had lead paint. Kathy was very careful to maintain lead-safe practices. She was very thorough with her patching and repairs of different areas in the kitchen and the paint job looks fantastic. We are very pleased with the work and will likely call her again to do other areas of the house. She was easy to work with and we had no concerns about leaving the house while she worked. It should be noted that she does not accept credit cards - only personal checks. While this was not an issue for us, it might be something to consider ahead of time when budgeting for a larger paint job.

I am very impressed by how quickly cathy returned my call and set up an estimate. She kept all appointments we scheduled,and completed the work on time. Thank you cathy!

She did a great job and I was very satisfied.

This was a big job requiring primer, multiple coats of paint on walls and trim, and then touch-ups later on after builder and I dinged up the nice paint in a few places. Kathy is always a joy to work with. She is incredibly low maintenance. She does exactly what she promises, on time, and for the price she quoted. Her rates are very reasonable for all the work she does. I wish every contractor was as easy to work with as Kathy.

Our overall experience was very good. We wouldn't say there was anything that stood out either way. They did a very neat and clean job.

My interaction with her was excellent. I've not yet been able to use her but I give her a sterling recommendation. The customer service and support was just tremendous. I haven't used her yet to paint the house but I would when we get flushed with cash. She was amazing.

Kathy showed up at the scheduled time to give an estimate for painting nearly the entire interior of my house. We discussed current color trends and paint requirements. She suggested alternatives to painting in some areas that would have saved me money (and cost her). She measured rooms and within a day or two came up with a detailed estimate for the work and number of coats required depending on the existing wall covering. She also considered wall preparation. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. She scheduled a time when she could begin work and said she would contact me a week before starting so I could purchase the paint. A few days before she was scheduled to begin I ended up getting an "AS IS" offer on my house which I accepted. I contacted her to tell her that her services were no longer needed. Instead of her being upset her only concern was that my buyer was locked in and the sale would not fall through. She simply moved up some appointments she had lined up and wished me the best of luck. My new house needs some painting and I know who I'll call when I'm ready.

It went fine overall, as I mentioned above. She arrives, starts working and does not waste time. The area is spotless when she leaves.

This is the second time we have used Kathy to paint in our home and would use her again. We recommend her highly.

Kathy did a great job painting my master bedroom. It's a large room with several windows meaning lots of trim work. She did two coats of paint everywhere even though we might have got by with only one. She suggested painting the interior of the closets a lighter color to make them brighter which was a great idea! She did all the work in a single (long) day exactly as scheduled. I'm very sensitive to the accuracy of paint lines (i.e. not getting trim paint on the walls, etc.) and just had the hardwood floors redone so was sensitive to getting any paint on those. Kathy's work was flawless in this respect. The old trim paint was a glossy blue so it was hard to cover evenly and Kathy worked hard to get the new color to look even. I am actually looking forward to having another painting job for her to do!

She worked from the minute she got there, working when we talked. I stayed out of her way, but wanted to be there the first time because I have dogs. Like most dogs, they went to sleep after the initial thrill was over. Because I wanted to be there, she came on a Saturday. When I thanked her for coming on a Saturday, she said her family was out of town so it wasn't an issue. It was such a pleasure to have a relatively clean house.

She came out quickly to give us an estimate and came back quickly to paint. She did a great job and we felt very comfortable with her. I would highly recommend her.

Quick to respond to my call, met at my home, arrived for first cleaning as agreed upon. Kathy is quick and efficient and happy to do as asked. She will be cleaning for me on a regular basis.

They gave us an estimate fairly quickly but we ended up not using them. They responded promptly. They communicated clearly.

Very neat, for straight painting she's great. Calls back, is on time, But for prep work very poor. Didn't sand areas that needed to be. Poor spackeling skills and again not sanding. Painted over mollies, didn't remove. Didn't paint door trim with paint I asked for.

Due to personal circumstances we were unable to complete the painting of our home.. We had used this company before for interior painting and wallpapering and had a wonderful experience. We have a very old house therefore nothing is ever easy. Once again we were very pleased with the work done by this company. Arrived on time, estimate was fair and when the work was completed the cleanup was superb. This is the second time we have used them and will surely use them again.

The timing was perfect. We just moved to our new old home in Brighton. After two months of paint stripping and ceiling reparation, We agreed on call for help on home entrance and two of the four rooms for interior painting. One of the rooms required the use of a scafolding, it was installed by the contractor and used without a problem. Kathy visited us and after a couple of emails, the job was defined. Everything was on time and well done including the loft area and the high ceiling. After three quotations, this was the best option. We r happy.

Kathy arrived promptly at 9:00 am and worked until the work was completed around 5:00pm. She was very neat and we had no problem with leaving the house for a previously scheduled appointment. Kathy also called the previous evening to remind us of the painting and she answered our inquiry within hours. We really appreciate that. The guest bedroom looks lovely, as does the mantle.

When we called and left a message on her business phone, she promptly returned our call and was here when she said she would be for the estimate. She arrived on the date and time that was agreed upon. . I should add that our home is 186 years old, therefore nothing is even and the walls are a challenge. She did an absolutely wonderful job. My husband and I were thrilled. She also did a great job with the cleanup. We would highy recommend her.

It always goes well. I don't have to think about it when she is on the job.

Very well. She gets the work done quickly, the quality is very good, she works neat, and she cleans-up well! If the bathroom didn't look so good, I would never have known she was there! She is a delight to work with. She "gets" what I want immediately and makes good suggestions. She really knows her job. Besides that I trust her as a professional contractor to be fair in her pricing and estimates, and I can work with that!
