"07-28-22 We had service man out to treat for yellow jacket nests in two exterior wall locations. A week later the bees were still there. We phoned to request another treatment and were adamantly told to wait another week for treatment to take effect. A week later the bees were flying in and out with no problem. We phoned to report this and a service man was out the next day ( 08-12-22) to retreat the nests. By 08-18-22 there was no change and bees continued to freely fly in and out of the nests. For less than $10.00 I purchased a bee treatment powder at a local hardware store and within 2 days the bees were gone. So much for "Professional Service" at a cost of $200.00 plus tax. SHAME ON YOU!"

Terminix sent out a sales person,Brad, who couldn’t identify the bugs, took samples back to the office and said his sales mgr who he said had 25 yrs of experience, a degree in entomology, and would get back in touch. Before leaving the house he tried to sell us on a contract for spraying the outside of the house! Needless to say no call ever came and today, 6 days post the Brad visit, we received an 800 call from Terminix asking me how things were going. I don’t need to tell you what I told the operator! Run, don’t walk, away from this company."
