+ -1 moreGreat job. The toilet is new but the original plastic flange was cracked and caused the slightest leak. All fixed....great work.
Description of Work: The flange under the toilet in my master bathroom was cracked. Napora Plumbing removed the toilet, replaced the flange with a stainless steel ring and re-mounted the toilet.

+ -1 moreIt went well I assume. The technician said it was ready to go for the season. He just went to the basement and did his work, no interaction with me other than to turn the thermostat up. It is hard to rate when you really don't know what was done and it isn't anything you can see like painting a room or something like that. He was professional and I gather he did the job. He did give me a business card and mentioned other services they provide. We spoke about a potential plumbing job.

+ -1 moreThey confirmed my suspicions with one of my toilets and demonstrated what i needed to do to fix it on my own (replace water regulator). They put a new flapper in as part of the service call. It took me 30 minutes to do it myself, if that - easy. That also led me to fix another toilet on my own. Ended up solving 2 problems in 1 call with their guidance. They didn't try to oversell me like other plumbers have. Will definitely call them again.
Description of Work: They had a $49 special to evaluate issues with one toilet and perform a whole-house plumbing inspection.

+ -1 moreThe Napora rep got it so the water would shut off once the tank was full and half the time I got a full flush. He said that I needed a new toilet. He also checked my water pipes and said they were OK. After the rep left I adjusted the float a hair and now I get a full flush AND the water shuts off after the tank is full. If this doesn't last then it's time for a new toilet as suggested.
Description of Work: Toilet would not give either a full flush or the water would continue to drip. When I got a full flush the water would drip and if I got the water to shut off once the tank was full I couldn't get a full flush.

+ -1 moreMyron came as arranged and replaced the two faucets. Both faucets he replaced leaked, and we were worried about the likelihood of them freezing in the winter. He also helped with taking down and replacing an air cleaner which was in the way of one of the shut-offs. That was service above and beyond the call of duty. (Thank you, Myron!)
