my central air wasn't working and was making a lot of noise. I shut it off until they came and it was a simple matter, took 10 seconds for them to figure it out. They didn't even charge me for the call, we set up a scheduled maintenance for tomorrow while he was here. Yari is the one who comes every time we call and he is phenomenal and very kind and courteous. He installed my new furnace Dec 2021 in less than 3hrs. Great job too. I wouldn't choose anyone else. We recently started a hardwood floor installation, but had to stop when a leak was discovered. I called Yuri who came out as soon as he could. He had to cut through drywall, found and fixed the leak, cleaned up and was gone in an hour. He showed me the leak, explained what probably happened and answered all my questions. He is a true professional- knowledgeable, proficient, and has high standards. He wants to be sure his customers are satisfied with the job before he leaves. Bonus- Anytime I've called Yuri (he has also installed my furnace and AC), he answers the phone. No leaving messages and waiting hours or days for a call back.

I would give Napora more than 5 stars if I could! I called Napora after 6pm on a Friday not expecting to hear back until the next Monday. Yuri called that same night, diagnosed the problem and got us up and running again. He was kind, knowledgeable and so quick to respond. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It went very well responded quickly came to find problem, I knew I needed a new furnace and couldn’t afford it so Yuri worked with me to fix problem as fast as part needed was available. Would recommend him to anyone and plan to use services again

OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend this firm. He did the job exactly as he said he would, in the timeframe he anticipated. He cleaned up after every step and left nothing for me to do except stand and watch as he and his worker did the entire job in 5 hours. I really wasn't quite sure what to expect, but I can say that he exceeded my expectations by a wide margin. I will be using him again for the wide range of services he performs. The price for the service was very reasonable and the finished job looks great!

Yuri is a true professional. Polite and friendly. Very knowledgeable. Prompt and stayed until the job was done. Left the work area all clean and neat and the tub is ready to use. I would not hesitate to use him again!

Yuri arrived exactly when he said he would and took care of all the work we needed done for a fair price.

We have worked with Yuri for years on multiple properties. Both for HVAC and plumbing. Recently we had a water backup issue in our basement. Yuri did an amazing job fixing it and charged hundreds less than the other guys quotes!

We had a toilet that wouldn't stop running and had trouble refilling the tank. They took a look, explained what was wrong and advised on a replacement. They came back shortly after the initial visit and replaced everything for us. Quick, thorough, and professional. We'd hire them again.

Napora had replaced my back outdoor faucet about 1 1/2 years ago & had done a great job, so I called them again for the front one. Replaced the faucet & part of the line into the house. Myron was very friendly & professional & got the work done in a timely manner. Great job!

As usual the service performed was great. They call ahead of time to let you know an arrival time and were thorough with the service performed and take the time to answer any questions .

Napora is an outstanding heating/air conditioning contractor. Myron showed up on time (and called to say he was on the way) and performed a very detailed inspection and cleaning of my almost 20 year old central air system. He explained everything he was doing and left everything neat and tidy. Can't beat the annual $60 deals on this service as well! I highly recommend Napora.

From my initial phone call with Yuri, until the installation with Myron, everything went well and was professional. Myron called before arriving to let me know of his expected time of arrival, he arrived on time, assessed the situation and went to work. He realized he required a special part, so he went to Home Depot to get it and returned promptly. After installing the new faucet, he showed me where an existing leak (in a pipe) persisted. He took the time to show me the issue and he explained how he could fix it on the spot... which he did. Very pleased with my experience and will use Napora for future plumbing needs.
