+ -1 moreWe called Yuri @Napora at 8pm as soon as the gas furnace stopped working. We use their services in the past. He was at our house by 9, saw the problem and gave us a quote. In the meantime we worked out a price to install the gas water hear we bought last week - he was honest in letting me know what needed to get done to be up to code vs. cheap quote from Home Depot. Napora's team showed up the next day and, voila', job done. Excellent work, very professional, corteous, and timely execution. There may be cheaper contractors out there but we felt we could trust their work. thank you guys!

+ -1 moreAs always, everything went well. Yuri and the other techs are always professional, punctual and friendly. I have used them in the past and will continue using them. They really are available 24/7. Last winter my furnace stopped working and I called Yuri. It was after midnight and Yuri came right over, diagnosed the problem and got it running again. It needed a new pressure switch, which Yuri ordered first thing in the morning and sent his tech (sorry, can't remember his name) over first thing to replace the switch.

+ 0 moreNapora was quick to respond to all my phone calls. They were a little delayed in the initial visit and apologetic, but were on time for the second visit. The work was quickly done. The team was friendly and professional and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel like they pressured me into any work. They even advised me to wait on some of the work I was thinking of doing and suggested some things they thought I might be able to do. They were also flexible to my schedule. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: The reason for the call was the pressure release valve on my hot water tank was leaking. Before replacing the value, we decided to check the pressure in the house. Overnight, the pressure rose to over 120. I was told this indicated an issue with the pressure house pressure regulator. So I decided to replace the pressure house pressure regulator and also replace the hot water tank as it was 13 years old and I didn’t want to put $100 into a pressure release valve when I would probably be replacing the hot water tank soon. In addition, the handle on my shower was leaking, so I decided to replace that as well as the identical one of the same age in the second bathroom.
