Description of Work: I had to reschedule the furnace cleaning several times before it was actually done. The cleaning was fine once he was available. He did inform he broke his arm right before my first scheduled cleaning so he was trying to get caught up.

We do apologize for the disappointment and or discomfort that may have been created. It's been some time since when the service has been performed. We normally will notify homeowners about their filters if they are dirty or if they new one. Most of the time homeowners would have filters that we would replace for them or the homeowner would provide and replace their own. I don't recall having the conversation about making a follow up call for a filter replacement. It's a simple task that most homeowners take care of on regular basis. We are greatly sorry if we caused any discomfort and would like to earn the trust back by offering a furnace tune up/cleaning at half cost of regular price.
