Description of Work: Installed a humidifier. He was training a worker on this job. I wanted one kind of humidifier ($400). Initially he agreed, however in the end, he said there wasn't enough room and he installed a more expensive one. What do I know? He said he also did plumbing. I'm having a problem with my hot water, and he agreed to fix it. We talked several times but he never followed through.

Description of Work: my furnace died. He came the next day and fixed it. I was so impressed with his work and professionalism that I bought a new furnace/AC from him. I knew the old one was worn out for 2 years. Installation for the new one is set for 12/10/15.

Description of Work: The owner took apart my furnace to try to prove that the heater exchange was cracked, which it wasn't. Broke the seals to the furnace in the process, then insisted that my furnace was unsafe, in order to sell me a furnace. My furnace is 10 yrs old, in great condition, and the heater exchange is under warranty. He did not bring this up, but insisted that the best idea was to buy a new more efficient furnace from him. I had to hire someone else to put my furnace back together with new seals. I also paid for the shipping of another heater exchange which was automatically covered by the maker of my furnace, while the 1st heater exchange was returned to the company for examination. It cost me $480 to repair what Yuri damaged.

Description of Work: I bought the deal that was posted on Angies List. I received an email to call for an appt. There was some difficulty setting up the appt but once it was set all went well with the service call.

Description of Work: Provider was told at time of order that service was to include checking checking of kitchen plumbing roof vent. Provider missed initial commitment due to difficulties with project before mine (understandable and acceptable). When provider did come to premises weather was heavy rain so provider could not get onto the roof. Note that he had fallen off a ladder on a previous job and was still in a cast. |We have had several exceptional days since the time provider was at premises and provider did not come back or even call. |While provider was on premises he spent as much time talking on phone as he did working on my problem. The only thing he did was verify the problem was likely the roof vent which which I had already advised as I stated above. |So bottom line provider did not meet expectations at all and did not do what I had asked for.

Description of Work: This was a furnace inspection. The provider came on time on the arranged date and did the work promptly. He also suggested that our furnace was getting old and should be replaced.
