We purchased a new faucet and sink stopper. But we also noticed that the sump pump was no longer working. We contacted Yuri based on his ratings, proximity, hours of service, and discount. He was responsive, very courteous, and offered very reasonable pricing. We were pleased with the outcome.

I purchased a "deal" for a furnace cleaning. Yuri called me within one business day to schedule. He gave me a two hour window (1:00 - 3:00) for our date of service, and he called me toward the end of that window to let me know he was running about fifteen minutes late. This wasn't a problem for me, and his proactive phone call was very much appreciated. Once here, Yuri put on his shoe covers and got right to work. In the course of tuning up our furnace, Yuri found that it was running low, and he made the proper adjustments to maximize its efficiency. He also informed me that although we have a two-stage furnace, we only have a one-stage thermostat. This set-up wastes gas since the furnace is regulating which stage it's in rather than the thermostat. We've been thinking about getting a Nest thermostat anyway, so I phoned my husband, and Yuri discussed the options with us. He's going to send us a quote for these different options so we can proceed with this later. Also, he saw that our humidification unit was installed crooked, so he'll fix that when he comes back, as well as put in a new filter and tray. I would recommend Yuri.

These guys are fantastic!!!!! They responded quickly within a hour to provide a written estimate. Once the job was agreed upon, they came back a few hours later and installed a new tank quickly and efficiently. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with their work. I will always contact them first for any additional plumbing need I may have.

Yuri e-mailed me promptly. I called back and appointment was set up. He arrived on time. I told him about a "new noise" I was hearing when the burner clicked off. Whatever he did in cleaning the furnace solved that problem. We also noticed my humidifier filter was leaking. I knew I hadn't changed it in a long time (a number of years) , so I bought one he had in his truck. It was an Aprilaire--same brand that I needed and the price was reasonable. I had purchased a $49 coupon that he offered on Angie's List for a 22-point furnace cleaning. Yuri was professional, neat ( he put "boots" on over his shoes to not track snow/water in) and thorough. I would definitely recommend him .

I am completely dissatisfied with them. They will never come here again and I would never recommend them. We had really cold weather here in New York the week that they came. They were running late and they said they would be here between 1 and 3. My husband took the call and he offered to have them come another day if this was too much for them. They came anyway so my husband brought them in and took them down and showed them what we wanted looked at. Instead of dealing with what my husband presented to him, he started looking at hte other plumbing and saying "who did this" and basically ended up p*ssing off my husband. My husband has been a cop for 34 years so he's dealt with people a lot. He came up and said I don't know who these idiots are but if they can't do the job get rid of them and we will have another company back. I did a deal with that other company through Angie's List and they were so good that when we had another problem I called them and asked for the same plumber back and he came and it was wonderful. And now I am sorry I even took the deal off Angie's List with these idiots. After he p*ssed my husband off he came back upstairs and proceeded to tell me how I needed $500 worth of plumbing work done. He went on about this other problem. I told him that all we did was call him here to look at one vent and check it to see if it's clear. I am not even convinced that they cleaned it out and checked it. I am not at all happy. The owner side tracks you. He gets talking about when you had your septic tank pumped out and who does this and that. It's none of his business. I didn't bring him here for that. I told him that I wanted him to give me a bill showing me what the charge was for coming here today. When he got finished I wasn't even sure what I was going to get. He came back in and gave me the paper and it was as clear as mud. When the other company came they showed me what their hourly rate was, they wrote down specifically the job that they did, and I knew exactly what the charge was and how much my $200 worth of plumbing from Angie's List went toward that bill and I paid the difference. This guy is an idiot. If it is a very simple task where he can come in and do it and leave then that's fine. But if he thinks he can milk you for something else he's going to. WHen you have a contractor come into your house and say "I am going to be honest with you here" that is a red flag. Because if they are honest they don't have to convince you they are going to be honest. I am totally dissatisfied. I think it was a total waste of my money. They came here on the 7th and it took him over a week to get back to me with the work that he proposed. And quite frankly when he got finished I couldn't understand it. He doesn't delineate things so that it's clear. He writes up his work like he talks, in circles. He gave me some credit but I can't even tell how much that would be to have them come back. As far as I concerned for the almost 2 hours he was here he stood around talking more of it. His partner did some of the work. He was unable to clearly define how much he charged me for being here and while he wrote up all this other stuff. If he were to come back, which isn't going to happen anyway, I wouldn't know exactly what I would be expecting. I cannot tell you how unhappy I am with him. It disappoints me because I looked at the other reviews and they seemed positive. It was my contention that he can be try to be Mr. Charming so if it's a simple task he can say all the right things. The reason that he came up and talked to me was he was hoping that I wasn't going to just kick him out. I tend to be a little more patient than my husband. He does not compare to the other Angie's List people I have come here, not even in the same ballpark. I have to give him credit for calling ahead when he was running late. He had other jobs to do and he just stood here shooting the sh*t instead of going on to the other jobs. That makes him late for someone else's job but it also tells me that is probably why he was late for my job. I thought his assistant was a lot more professional and delivered the message clearly. I would rather go to the other company and pay twice the amount.

Surpassed my expectations! Excellent job!

They did not pay for parts. I was suppose to get 200 dollars of service for 99. The work done took less than an hour and was not worth 200 plus parts

We moved into a new house in August. By October the cold mornings were increasing in frequency and for approx the 3rd time the heater did not kick in. I called Napora early that morning and Yuri came to the house by 10:00 am! He diagnosed the problem as an incorrect igniter which in-turn likely blew a circuit on the motherboard. The motherboard was not "standard" so he placed an order and was able to pick it up the following day. He was at our house by noon and was able to replace the igniter and the motherboard. He also did a cleaning of both the furnace and our dehumidifier. He was professional, honest and friendly. The cost of the motherboard was the main expense but I looked the cost up online and he did not overcharge me, if anything he undercharged for all of the work he completed. I waited to post my review because I wanted to be sure the furnace was working well and it's been great, even with today's below 0 temps! We will definitely call Napora again.

The replacement was done in a timely manner and very neat. He gave me advice on dripping faucets in bathroom and kitchen as to cost of repair and cost to replace. I decided to replace at a later date

Very pleased with the process. Scheduled appt. within 2 days. Ordered repair on Angie's list 12/26 and had work performed 12/30. Yuri made replacement look easy. Very personable, returned my e-mails within the day. Arrived on time. All in all, very pleased and will contact Napora H/C again when needed.

We contacted the company in the beginning of the season to get the AC installed. He worked well with our schedule and arrived each day prepared to work with the correct tools and supplies. Even though it was still cooler weather, the attic (where a lot of work was done) was steaming hot but we never heard any complaining from them. They wore suits and booties the entire time, helping to keep the house clean from all the dust and insullation from the attic. Another plus was that we have 2 very curious toddler boys who loved to 'check in' and try to help them, and the guys working were very careful around them. They kept the work areas neat, safe, and clean so that the boys couldn't get hurt if they happened to get away from me. Overall, the entire job was finished within 3 days. That summer was the most comfortable we have felt in our home in all the 5 years we've been here. Since then, we have given other random little jobs around the house to Napora Heating and Cooling. We have been happy with the service they provide and have had no problems with their quality. This shows that they can be trusted for big and little jobs and that they stand behind their workmanship.

Yuri did a great job on everything! When I had an emergency and needed his help, he came out at 9pm and stayed until 11pm until it was finished! I am a first time home buyer and he was very helpful, informative, and fairly priced.If I have any problems in the future, Yuri will be the first one I call.

Yuri is great! He is friendly & honest! He will not tell you things are broken just to make the money to fix them. While on site Yuri had to trouble-shoot and diagnose exactly what was leaking & from where the water was coming. Once he found the issue, he made the repairs as needed. But before just leaving the job site, Yuri double checked the system and found the faucet was leaking. The faucet was promptly changed out and wa-la no more water issues at my house! I have been doing business with Napora Heating & Cooling for 8 years, they have done heating, cooling & plumbing at my homes & business. Also Yuri always knows good references for people to complete other jobs around the house that he does not work with.
