Mr. Napora was very professional and courteous, I quickly got the impression that he was full service, no job too big (or in this case) too small. Following a quick inspection he got right down to business and worked quickly and effectively to replace faulty outdoor water faucets. Quality work throughout, very knowledgeable and experienced, pleasant to talk to, an overall great experience. I spoke to him regarding a future install of a tankless water heater, will definitely contact him again for any/all plumbing and HVAC needs. Yuri Napora was great! He performed the service well that I promised to have him do the furnace tune up this coming Fall. He was very professional, immensely thorough, and very competent. It was very good. The guy was great. I actually ended up making an appointment for my furnace. He was clean and took care of everything.

I was contacted to set up an appointment in a timely manner and they were able to work with my schedule. The provider arrived on time and made suggestions but I never felt pressured to perform a repair or replace the system, even though it is getting old.

Yuri did a great job cleaning and tuning up my AC unit. He answered all my questions and explained it so that I could easily understand the technical stuff. He checked out my return duct to see if it needed cleaning and he was honest in telling me it looked fine and didn't really need to be cleaned. He helped me set up my new dehumidifier and helped me out with a couple other things. I asked about hot water tanks and he took the time to explain all the options to me. He is very personable and professional. I would definitely hire Yuri for future work and would highly recommend him to others.

It turned out really well. I've hired him to come back twice to do other things for me. I really liked him and I'll use him again for other services. He seems very knowledgeable and he has really got an engaging personality. I enjoyed talking with him. Sometimes you just hit it off with somebody who comes to your house to do work and you trust them to come back and do more.

Went well. Cleaned inspected everything. Suggested we raise up the unit to avoid water pooling.

He arrived slightly early to work on the unit. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answer all of my questions. He was very neat and left everything better than he found it. He went above and beyond expectations and improved the set up of the unit at no extra charge.

Started out as a furnace cleaning and inspection, but the inspection revealed a problem with the heat exchanger. This is a major problem for a furnace since a leak there could cause deadly carbon monoxide gas to seep into indoor air. This was caught early due to the careful inspection by Yuri. This wasn't unexpected since the furnace is 12 years old, but certainly wasn't happy news. In future I think I'll schedule such inspections during the off season. In this car we had yo immediately repair or replace the furnace since it was still below freezing outside. Fortunately I had looked into a new system a couple of months earlier, so i already had other quotes in my hands. But, no worries, Yuri gave us a good price. Decided to upgrade to Amanna high efficiency furnace and ralso AC, Since it was the sane age. Got a rebate for going high efficiency so that took out dome of the bite. Yuri came back later the same day with the new furnace and had it installed and running by dinner time. Excellent responsiveness!! He came back a few days later with the outdoor AC unit (I wasn't in a hurry for AC I'm March). That installation was completed quickly and competently as well. Had to DSL them back about a week after the installation because the furnace was leaking water on the basement floor. Thus was simply an unglued fitting on the drain, which Yuri quickly fixed. Again, very responsive!! I rally liked Yuri and his assistant, Mike. They were very competent and professional, and didn't mind me sticking my nose in to observe, :) they patiently answered all my questions and concerns. The furnace is working fine. Remains to be seen about the AC. Until we get some hot weather, but in testing it seems to work fine. I'll come back with an update in July. I recommend Napora.
