It went well, slightly more difficult than anticipated due to structure of house. He was prompt and completed the work quickly and also provided a quote and advice on our whole house air cleaner and humidifier.

We moved into our house on Wednesday. Before the movers showed up, my daughters tried to hook up the hose. It took forever to find the hose bib as it was wedged between the deck and the side of the house. Because there was less than 2 inches between the hose bib and the bib, they couldn't get the hose completely screwed on. As soon as they turned on the faucet, water began spraying everywhere and it would not turn off. We figured it might just be a broken washer, but the screw was stripped so we couldn't open it up. We turned off the outside water valve and decided to make it a problem for another day. Sunday morning, the toilet clogged. My daughter tried the plunger. The water went down in the toilet, but sewage began bubbling up into the tub. I have never seen anything so disgusting. We had been in the house for less than a week and my dream home had become a money pit. I cursed the previous owner, cursed the home inspector, and then turned to Angie's List. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get anyone to come out on a Sunday or, if someone did come, I worried the charges would be exorbitant. I called a couple of places, but only got answering services. However, when I called Napora, Yuri answered! He agreed to come over in a few hours. In the interim, another plumbing service called back to say they maybe could come over but the hourly rate would be time and a half because it was Sunday. Ouch! Yuri came by and quickly assessed the situation. Because the clean out valve couldn't be found, he needed to remove the toilet to insert the auger. Since he was removing the toilet, I asked him if he would put a new one on. I was worried he'd say it would have to wait until Monday, but Yuri didn't mind the extra work. I also asked him to replace the hose bib. Because of the incredibly awkward location, he suggested moving it to an accessible location. Yuri took the time to explain everything to me and gave me very fair price quotes for every job. He even offered to go to the store to pick up the new toilet for me. The work took nearly 5 hours to complete. When he was done, the line was clear, I had an awesome new toilet, a new frost free hose bib in a much better location, and he even cleaned up the disgusting tub mess. There was no additional charge for the Sunday call and everything came to less than $1000 (which included the cost of the new toilet and new hose bib)! Yuri also took the time to talk to me about some other projects I want to take care of in the future, including insulating the attic and remodeling my very cramped mud/laundry/utility room to make it more functional and spacious. Yuri was not only professional, he is an all around nice guy. I will definitely be calling Napora again when I'm ready to tackle these projects.

Yuri (owner) had a difficult job (access to faucet was from a finished basement ceiling and it was really hard to get to the inside plumbing for the faucet), but he was able to be successful! We really appreciate the extra effort he gave in order to get this done! I only gave a B+ for price (in our case, it was completely worth it because of the difficulty level), but Angie's List had the same deal (installation of outdoor frost-free faucet) la few weeks later for $125. I do understand that this could happen because of busy and not-so-busy times for different services, but some people might not know the prices on Angie's List are not always the same - so just FYI: either be happy with the price it is when you buy it or else wait until you see a price you will be completely happy with. We were so satisfied with Yuri's service that we have already scheduled him to clean our furnaces this fall!

He was on time. He notified me that my fan was noisy because I needed a new part. He told me the cost and told me I could wait awhile. He appeared to have done all necessary service.

Other than being a bit behind schedule, everything was excellent. Mr. Napora knows what he is doing and he does it with care and professionalism. We highly recommend him for plumbing work and, we would guess, heating and air conditionong work as well--he is a hard worker and learns what he needs to know to do a job right. And we didn't mind the "behind schedule" bit because we know he is taking the same care with each of his customers.

Yuri is very professional. I purchased a laundry tub that required additional pluming work. If this was any other plumber, they would have used the tub and charged me extra. Instead, Yuri ran out to Home Depot, purchased the correct tub and installed it for no extra charge. After he was done, he took a few minutes to install a new kitchen faucet that he did not know about at the time of the initial quote. I was truly impressed by his work and his clean up. There was nothing left to clean up when he left. He took everything away, the old tub and the old plumbing. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing work needed.

I chose this provider because he had a deal and he had good reviews. I was a little nervous because there was a window time frame of his arrival and he came towards the end of that frame. However, once he arrived, he did the job (checked the temperature of the cooling system, cleaned out the unit on the outside of the house) and educated me on a few things dealing withe a/c unit. He made some recommendations and I would use him again. He was very straight forward and I liked his "keep it real" attitude. I can't tell if the unit is running better than before, but there is a peace of mind knowing that I got it done.

I have the highest praise for Yuri-he is the consummate professional. Yuri arrived on time, worked efficiently and effectively. I plan to use him for any future work in my home.

Yuri was great to work with. He responded quickly to my inquiry and easily set up a time to do the work. He called to confirm, called to let me know he was running a little late then showed up as promised. He was professional, courteous and very helpful. When I had a question about functioning of one of the faucets, he came back without hesitation. I would definitely use him again.

Came to my place in time (sharp!). Found the attachment point (I could not find it myself - that was why I looked for a service). It turned out that the faucet was going through the wall and was attached inside the house in the basement. The previous owner of the house had installed a hanging ceiling in the basement so the access to the attachment point was really complicated. Nevertheless it took no time for Yuri (the provider) to get to it, to remove the old faucet and put a new one in its place. But before doing it he showed me what he was going to put in, explained the benefits of the new model and answer my questions. The faucet works fine! Highly recommended!

It went fine. The serviceman was very friendly and did a good job. I don't believe there was anything extra beyond the big deal price. He was very knowledgeable.

It went very well. I have an aging unit (about 15-18 years old) which I'm trying to keep running as long as possible, as I can't afford to purchase a new or even a refurbished unit. I was very happy with the work he did and the information he provided m. I definitely would contact him again in the future.
