If I could give an A++ on this review I would. This is not the first time that we've hired NaporaI. I called Yuri Napora at 4 am because my preasure valve had failed which caused the overflow valve on my hot water tank to overflow. He asked me if I had turned off the water to the water heater and then told me he would pick up the part needed. Yuri came and replaced the faulty valve early that morning and then loaned me some big fans and dehumidifier to finish drying up the wet floor. This worked beautifully, no mold, no permanent water damage. He is a very kind, honest man and his technicians are also great. They take the time to explain what and why they are doing something and they give good, reliable advise. I would not hesitate to recommend Napora to friends & family.

Wow! Napora’s is wonderful. My mother is in the hospital and our water heater died. I was able to coordinate with Yuri Napora as to when they would be able to come and replace my hot water heater. Yuri called me at the hospital to give me time to meet his team at my house. They did a fabulous job plus they were friendly and clean. It took no time at all and their workmanship is excellent. The price was very reasonable and I couldn’t be happier.

Yuri was professional from start to finish. He diagnosed my problem and offered solutions at a fair price. Work was completed promptly and correctly. I will contact Yuri as future plumbing problems arise.

I was very nervous that the wall would have to be taken apart but they was able to repair the shower pipe and shower head. They was prompt and priced very reasonable.

I've just moved to a new house in a new area, and needed a knowledgeable and reliable professional to help me with learning and maintaining my boiler system. I contacted Napora Heating & Cooling based on their location and great reviews. Yuri answered the phone himself right away, had availability that week, and scheduled a service call within 24 hours. Although it wasn't an emergency, it turned out that there was a fair amount of air in the pipes that needed attention. Yuri took the time to explain to us what he was doing and answered all of our questions. Now there is consistent heat without all the noise, I know a lot more about troubleshooting any similar issues in the future, and I know who I will call when I need any boiler work or maintenance! Highly recommend!

They did an amazing job! Very professional and gave me lots of information. Also noticed a slight issue with my air valve in my water heater and put a screw in to fix it. Would highly recommend, went above and beyond to make sure my furnace was not only cleaned but in good working order.

Removal of old water heater and installation of new one went very well. The service was done very quickly and efficiently. Yuri and his team were very casual and humorous, but very professional about what they were doing and their job. Yuri answered other related questions for me and left the area neat and clean.

Excellent service - I would definitely hire them again. The technician arrived during the scheduled timeframe (1-hour window), he called to let me know when he was on his way, and he completed the work quickly & efficiently.

The work was completed professionally and timely. I am very satisfied with the quality workmanship. I plan on using Yuri for additional projects in the future.

First I call for estimate and he gives it to me over phone have to ask him to come over. Then I have to call him because I know he forgot tells me someone will be there in 20 min, 20 min later some calls and says they will be there in 10 min. This guy gives me a estimate for a steam humidifier because of the size of home only to find out by other hvac people (2 others) that is not true. And to top it all off he charge sales tax and others say its a home improvement there is no sales tax. Went with a another company 50% yes 50% lower. And with a furnace cleaning.

Yuri and his team workers are excellent workers very timely and efficient. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed and free of charge duct cleaning! We reached out to 4 other established heating cooling businesses but none of these so called prominent companies came close to the fair estimate and truly exoediant response that we received from Yuri Napora! If you are looking for excellence,efficiency and a timely work experience Napora Heating and Cooling cannot be beat! We highly recommend this company very pleased with the EXCELLENT SERVICE Napora is known for in Rochester. Thank you, Yuri. We will see you back next year for our duct cleaning maintenance. Great company. Timely, professional and pleasant to deal with.

Yuri took the time to explain the options and was able to replace the system in less than a week. Other companies told me I needed to wait a month in the middle of summer.

Napora did a great job replacing a new 50 gal power vent water heater on the same day. Very knowledgeable and responsive! Were pleased with the service. Would def recommend!

Excellent. Called on Friday morning and had service that evening around 6pm. Other company called stated they could not arrive until Monday. Technician fixed problem and recommended cleaning and inspection of air conditioning unit. That was scheduled for Tuesday and technician arrived when stated. Very happy with prompt response and professionalism.

Myron arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and made sure I understood what issues I might have in the future and how to prevent problems. I had both my furnace and air conditioner serviced and recommended that I do my best to service annually for optimal functioning. He even told me how to properly put in my air filter (which I had backwards). I will definitely hire again
