The whole process was excellent. I mentioned the details above. In a world where people don't always keep their word, it is nice to work with someone who follows through, explains the work to the customer, and is dependable.

Process went very smoothly. Team showed up a little late but we had just gotten our first snow fall of the season so understandable. They removed 3 old furnaces and installed 3 new furnaces and 3 new thermostats. Team was done by 4:30 in the afternoon. So far so good, no complaints from the tenants. I'm happy with the experience and would use them again.

Napora Heating & Cooling took over the business from our previous contractor who sold & retired. This was Yuri's 1st visit and he arrived on time, using an interesting pair of shoe cover devices to keep from tracking dirt into the house. The work itself was performed quickly and efficiently. Afterwards, Yuri gave us a detailed, in depth review of the state of our heating system. He pointed out a few changes we should consider (one being a less restrictive version of our air filter to allow more air flow) and went on the explain what would likely need attention over the next few years. To his credit, he avoided the pitfall that many trades folks fall into - he didn't try to sell me something. In fact, he told us he didn't change our air filter because it "still looked pretty good". He told us about a noise that the motor on the furnace was beginning to make, that would need attention down the line, but not now. He was affable, knowledgeable, honest and professional. ALong with fiar pricing, an outstanding combination. We will use him again and can easily recommend Napora Heating & Cooling.

Service provider arrived punctually. Put "indoor shoe protectors" on so as not to track in dirt from the outside. Greeted our dog in a friendly way. Showed him to the furnace where he set about his work. He completed the work withing a half hour. All went well.

Yuri was professional and knowledgable. He was able to install the furnace within a week of us calling him (our furnace didn't die, it was on its last leg). His quote was the most reasonable of the 4 or 5 quotes that I received. He was also able to fix some of the duct work which was preventing hot air from flowing into our son's room. Yuri cleaned up after himself so there was no mess to deal with after he left. He also offered to fill out the paperwork for the RG&E rebate. We will definitely be using him again!

This was the second time I had used this company; I had him perform an inspection on my A/C unit earlier in the year and was very happy with how that went, so as a result when I saw the Angie's List deal for the furnace inspection, I immediately purchased it (I'm on a tight budget). He is the first HVAC technician I've been comfortable with. When I learned that he also does plumbing work, I decided that I would call him for plumbing work as well (my house is 83 years old) instead of calling other plumbers or HVAC technicians.

Yuri came at 6 pm on Tuesday night and stayed until 10 pm to finish the job. Great work!

If he actually did this, then why did the second company say that the heat exchanger was not leaking and the furnace needs to be cleaned.

I have used Yuri several times, he has done this and replaced my furnace added AC to my house. He also has gotten rid of all the old iron pipes in the house, and replaced the gas lines. He does a phenomenal job and has never had to come back twice for the same thing. I recommend him to everyone who asks me.

Contractor checked furnace over and gave it an overall good report. He seemed like a straight shooter, thorough and took the time to answer my questions. He also pointed out some ductwork that needs shoring up. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

Lost my phone number & couldn't find house but when I called again he made another trip from across town, went out to finish more calls and to pick up new heater. Came back that evening & I had hot water. Can't report on price as I don't have breakdown between part & labor & I did not get other pricing from anyone. Very polite & professional.

He was on time and very personable. When he discovered that my ancient plumbing needed some extra pieces to function with the new faucet, he went to Home Depot himself to get the materials. The work was done quickly, and seems of high quality. The cost was very reasonable. I will call them again for my plumbing needs!

They did a good job. Their service was fine. The price and quality was good. They put stickers of their company on my air conditioner and I could not get it off. I wish they would have asked me about that.

Yuri showed up when he said he would. He cleaned and inspected the furnace, then discussed with me all that he did as well as the condition of the heater (still in very good shape). He recommended using a different filter (cheaper) than the one I was using to help the furnace run more efficiently. He patiently and clearly answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to call him again and I would recommend this business to anyone.
