Setting up the apt was quick and easy. The tech came and determined I needed a new fill valve for an additional $30.00. The toilet still leaked so he came back with a generic valve seal. Two days later it started leaking again. I went to Ferguson Plumbing and got the American Standard valve seal that my toilet needed and replaced it myself...no more leaking. I could have saved myself $79. Lesson learned.

Terrible work; Napora's technician within 15 minutes of arrival broke an expensive part on the water heater (Power Vent blower) and told me it was $700 for a new one or he could install a brand new water heater for $1600. Prior to his visit, my water heater's flashing LED error code (1 flash - 1 flash) was showing a shutdown due to the burner not lighting after 3 cycles of the igniter attempting to light the pilot. The manual recommended I call a professional to repair it. I called Napora because of a search on Angie's List. For whatever reason, the tech they sent over didn't seem to understand the fault code or didn't actually look at it before he decided to pull the vacuum safety sensor off the Power Vent blower. The issue was not in the blower system or a vapor back-up of any kind. That would have given a different error code on the flashing LED and the igniter wouldn't be allowed to attempt to light the pilot. In pulling the sensor, the technician claimed he found the wire to the blower control board was dangling unattached due to the metal connect pin being broken off the board. He said he did not break it and that these things can happen due to vibration of the blower. I didn't believe that. Looking at the pin later, it is clearly not a fragile pin or board. I believe it is very likely the tech broke the connector pin by trying to pry the wire connector off with a screwdriver. He said he was unable to repair the broken board. He put the vacuum safety sensor back on and said it would be about $700 for a new blower assembly. To my dismay, the tech turned a small problem into a huge one. I was so angry that I asked him to leave, but not before he charged me $75 plus tax for a service call. Great service to come in and break an expensive part and not actually troubleshoot the real problem. I decided to call Rheem directly to see if I would need an entire blower assembly or could get a new control board, but I was told I could only order the assembly. With tax and express shipping, it came to about $460, which thankfully was not $700, but still I had to order a part that was working before Napora's tech took it apart. Plus, I knew the overall issue was something going on with the igniter that would need to be worked on still. Sure enough, when the new blower arrived and I followed Rheem's instructions on installing it (15 minutes), I was now back to the original issue of the burner not lighting. Rheem helped me troubleshoot it over the phone. Since I could hear the igniter clicking but couldn't see any spark, it had to be the igniter assembly. Why Napora couldn't figure that out instead of breaking the $470 blower I don't know. I ordered the igniter for about $150 including tax and express shipping. It came in today and I installed it in about 20 minutes, after which my water heater started right up and is working great. I was without hot water for a week when it could have been only a couple of days, and my wallet is about $400 lighter than it should have been. Don't trust Napora with your expensive appliances. Their tech didn't troubleshoot the problem correctly and he destroyed an expensive part without taking any responsibility.

Professional and showed up on time. Yuri was very knowledgable. He is the owner and also does the work which is something I like. I ended up going with a lower quote and slightly larger company but I'm confident Yuri would have been a great choice.

Yuri answered the phone when I called about setting up an appointment for an estimate. He came out that night, on a Friday, to give my husband and I an estimate. It was a very hot day and he asked how soon we wanted it done. Yuri called one of his employees and told us they would come back the next day, on a Saturday to do the job. We were amazed! The job was completed beautifully and Yuri and his employee were incredibly friendly and professional. We will definitely be using Naporas services again!

Faucet flooded basement, 8 months later, was not even functional Had another company inspect a/c unit, needed small repair to add many years to unit, contrary to first inspection Napora was also unprofessional

Great! I purchased an Angie's List special offer for both the AC and the furnace tune-ups. I thought that the coupon was a way to get into your house, find things wrong, and pressure us into a new furnace. I was wrong. They're a very honest company. Did what he was supposed to do, and said that it should be replaced eventually, but not now. When anything does need to be replaced, they are number one on my list.

Purchased my coupon through Angie's list on Tuesday afternoon. Received a call the next morning from Napora to set up my appointment one of the days and times I specified (Tuesday, 6/21, between 10 and 1). Appointment was set up for sometime between 11 & 1. Napora called at 11:00 to tell me they were 15 mins away. Arrived at 11:15. They were clean, courteous, efficient and I enjoyed our conversation while they worked. They had the replacement part needed to repair the toilet in their truck stock and were able to take care of both repairs by 12:30. We are thrilled that they have fixed our pressure problem and how the work was done. It's amazing how an experience that goes this easy & perfect can make your day!!

What a great experience. They will now be my heating and cooling guys. I found Louis to be very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Any question I asked Louis he took the time to answer thouroughly and without agitation. When he finished the inspections and cleanings he explained all of the findings, readings, measuremnets etc... I set up the appointment with Yuri and he was pleasant and prompt to return my calls.

Mr. Napora was on time, very polite and professional and completed the check on the AC unit. I asked for advice on longevity of the AC and Mr. Napora was very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend Yuri Napora for HVAC work.

Yuri did a FANTASTIC job. The pump is in a inconspicuous spot. The pump works flawlessly and is very quiet. He is friendly and very informative. He gave great insight and instructions on how to improve the efficiency of some of my other appliances. When he was finished with the pump installation, Yuri noticed that my household water pressure was not functioning correctly, he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it free of charge. He exceeded my expectations.

Inspection went well but, the technician noted a crack on the unit which will require getting a new unit.
