Napora Heating & Cooling

Yuri Napora replaced 3 toilets for us. We purchased the toilets prior to his visit. He showed up on time, explained the work involved and did a great job. He even let me clean under and around each toilet after the old one was removed prior to installing the new one, which probably slowed him down a bit. He was professional, friendly, courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend him and hire him again!

The install could not have gone any smoother, other than it being almost 95 outside the day they performed the install of the new high efficient heater so we could not test. The tankless water heater runs great, and the recommendation of the outside wall installation by Yuri was spot on... I would highly recommend Yuri for your installations and/or service.

In the end, we were very satisfied with the job Uri and Napora Inc. did. We would recommend Napora and will use them again.

Very well. It turns out my 12 year old furnace had never been looked at since the previous owner replaced it.

Yuri fixed the garbage disposal , educated me about garbage disposal and the leaks (they were not actual leaks) and fixed my faucet in the bathroom...an extra! Clearly knowledgeable and efficient! Now my go to HVAC/plumbing service

He had to come back to replace it and it went fine.

The tech came to do the flush but I thought there was more to do for checks then just drain the tank

Although the original work was adequate, one toilet continues to run, and the company did not call back with estimates for further service on another toilet and a faucet, even after I called them again

After a few months, and after a big freeze, I noticed a small problem with a leak in my outside tap installed by Napora Heating & Cooling , in spite of a guarantee that it would hold over our Rochester, NY freezes. My water bill had risen and so when I discovered the leak on Sunday - I called Napora Heating & Cooling to schedule a repair of the leaking tap problem at their earliest convenience. My thought was they'd let the leak run until the next workday - but to my surprise and delight Yuri came immediately to help out. That same professionalism I'd seen initially in my experience with this company, had Yuri return my home a few hours later the day I contacted him - to repair the faucet problem and ready the tap for the next freezes. All is perfect again! I cannot recommend this firm highly enough, and I am especially grateful for their expertise and professionalism along with willingness to do excellent work and then help out so quickly and efficiently if a problem arises. Yuri's conclusion was correct. After removing the trap in the basement, the water was flowing again and the feted water in the p-trap was no longer shooting into my face.

No response from them despite having paid for the service

The job was done on time and everything appeared to go well. The compressor was in good shape and the entire unit seemed to check out OK. The technician was pleasant and seemed happy to answer all of my questions. I didn't have occasion to use the air conditioner for a couple of days, but when I turned the unit on nothing happened. I called the vendor. The technician who did the work along with the owner of the business came over immediately. Long story short, a switch of some sort on the blower had tripped for an unknown reason. They quickly found the problem, the system was reset and everything was good to go. There have been no problems with the AC or furnace since. I am very impressed by the speed of the response and the competence of the folks at Napora. I expect to call them first for any HVAC needs in the future.

It was very quick and the guy was very responsive to my questions. He was willing to show the work that was performed.

They said not to replace it because it was probably the pipes, not the toilet

Adjusted the valve instead of replacing it, so it was less than originally quoted. We discussed the possibility of some further work to be done next year.

All went we Myron did a great job and installed a new filter for humidifier.

It was quick and to the point. Explained what I needed to know and gave me information of what to look out for.

We aren't qualified to judge whether the technician met or exceeded professional standards for this type of work, but he took about as much time as previous techs from other firms and seemed at ease with the add-on humidifier system. We suppose only time will tell on work quality. We should add the technician was very polite and well-spoken. He called before coming, kept his appointment and answered all questions. We're very satisfied and glad we took this offer.

The worker who came was on time and professional. He replaced the flap (which was included in the deal), 166.72 but said I also needed another part. I appreciated that he took the time to leave and buy the part right then so he could finish the whole job that day. My toilet has been working fine ever since.

Called Napora, given a 1-3pm window for an appointment. We receive a call saying that he is running behind, and will be a little late. Received another call saying that he was on his way and leaving Webster. We accept and understand that things come up. It happens. But an hour and a half later.....still no plumber. So an entire afternoon wasted, time off from work, for someone who never showed up. Unprofessional and disrespectful.
